The count: Wallace interrupted the candidates 15 times, overwhelmingly interrupting Trump more often. Bidan interrupted a total of 19 times, and the President a mere 10 times.

When put in perspective, it's obvious what was happening- POTUS was debating both Wallace and Biden and yet, according to the numbers above, was much better disciplined than the other two.
