I think they're maneuvering to bait Trump to drop out by making bullshit rule changes. It's an obvious setup that viewers will be aware of beforehand and Trump has already put the moderator on notice that she's about to be Scullied, so a risky gamble, IMO.

I think Biden will drop out for some reason if Trump doesn't say fuck it.

Best strategy would be to unload a bombshell before the debate so normies will get pissed at the moderator for not addressing it. That, or let Trump start discussing to it see if the moderator cuts his mike.
