To wrap up the Hunter bath tub pic location, the house at 7560 Jalmia Way, LA, was owned by Karma Trust, a proxy for Kunal Nayyar, star in Big Bang Theory. Karma Trust was managed by his agent Roger Seth Haber, who is an agent for some big stars like Lena Headey and James Gandolfini (deceased).

The house was sold Jul 7, 2020 to Arthur and Diane Stanman, who seem to be innocent people, he owns a florist shop and a beverage distributor.

Roger Seth Haber doesn't seem to have a naughty track record, at least that I could find. But as noted, you can't make it big in Hollywood without being comped, so who knows.
