That's now how it works. One is free to do according to one's nature. Man is of the sin nature. He therefore sins. What sins he chooses over others or how often he chooses to do so is irrelevant.
That is why, when one is born anew from above, one is given the nature of Christ Jesus, and thus, the mind of Christ. Christ Jesus had never sinned, and it is according to that Nature one in Christ is refashioned, while also being accounted that perfect Righteousness Christ fulfilled, thus, being saved from eternal condemnation. With a new mind, a man in Christ grows daily into the full stature of Christ, however, he does not reach perfection until his flesh is put off. At the day of Judgment, that new creature will be brought into incorruption where he will never again sin.
