Riot. Attempt to start civil war.
Tie up justice system even further to make hands tied.
Attempt to bring in foreign 'peacekeeping' elements.
Lights out.
EAS activated.
Military intervention.
Round up. Hopefully with little to no bloodshed.
Huge bombshells begin to drop.
People wake up.
All part of the Storm and the Great Awakening.
