What he doesn't say is that the 2018 omnibus bill included amnesty for illegals plus changed sponsorship from a family member to "any concerned party" so the wall is pointless since any third world shitbag can easily gain access through any other third world shitbag that's already here. The "suspended entry" only makes them need to have one additional stop before they land their criminal asses here.
