Why Harper? Could it have something to do with Harper Woods, Michigan? A self described suburban city located on the eastern border of Detroit, Michigan with a population of 14,236.

It is seemingly innocuous and I honestly haven't found anything nefarious about the location except for it's Russian ties. "St Sabbas the Sanctified Orthodox Monastery in Harper Woods, Michigan, is a monastery of the Russian Orthodox Church (Julian calendar) under His Holiness KYRILL, Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia, and is under the protection of His Eminence Metropolitan HILARION. Attached to this Monastery is a restaurant, Royal Eagle located on six lush acres, shared with the monastery, with several acres reserved for future construction. The Royal Eagle is a full service restaurant except for alcohol, and specializes in heritage settings like seven course "Russian Teas".

Harper Woods only caught my attention because "Lizzo is coming to Detroit and Harper Woods to campaign for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris." She was there Friday, October 23, 2020. That's a pretty obscure place to be for campaigning.

The Russia connection also caught my attention as "Russia's richest woman Yelena Baturina has refused to discuss her alleged payment of $3.5 million to Joe Biden's son Hunter."

But her brother, Viktor Baturin, 63, has told DailyMail.com the money was 'a payment to enter the American market.' For construction, although the article I will link here discusses an office set up in New York, it all just stinks of coincidence which we have been taught, does not exist.

There is more digging to be done, but I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to share what I have so far found.
