Private companies involved in Voting is a no no. It should be totally transparent - observational by the public - State controlled totally or Federally.

Public access mandatory for all stages. (The setting up process, the selection of voting personnel, the counting, the deliveries of votes. Security excuses can not come above protecting the integrity of the vote.
