Looks like someone is covering loose ends. Any digs done? A quick search reveals nothing (only pic related)
Reminds me a lot of the dots used on printers, called Machine_Identification_Code
Sauce yeah I hate wiki too

Thanks anon, interdasting indeed.
How do you think secure documents are made? In the early days there were watermarks, this is just a more modern variant.

Love all you Patriotfags nohom
Paper (just look at banknotes) can be used to insert security markers, never implied that official ballots were printed with a "normal" printer, but if they were, DHS could trace those too if they wanted.
Also don't link using Hooktube here, they broke it so it wont work properly.

Inb4 BHO Birth Certificate was faked
They circumvent Hooktube, effectively disabling it. Vid should work for you now?
Around 2018 this happened:

I rememeber watching races flip on this board.

US Cyber command poised to support US election securityโฆ

So yeahโฆ It's the cover-up that gets you caught methinks.
From what I understand -someone correct me if I'm wrong- the problem with the felt tip/ink bleedtrough is that the machines that read/count the ballots can get 'confused' and invalidate the votes. The votes still can be manually read/scanned.
But if the intention was to hand out ink markers/sharpies intentionally because you planned to skew the vote, you would be able to discard the 'invalid/unreadable' Trump(R) votes and manually scan/correct the Biden(D) votes.
No proof, just recapping what I read from following various sources today.
Pic rel.
>Also, I noticed the bleed through and purposely did not vote for the judges on the back to be sure my Trump vote was not compromised.
Doubt everybody would have this level of foresight. Smart anon o7
Your image looks from halfchan.

Could explain pic related. Just one vote.
Hope they do a recount with DHS around.
A lot of people just flat out refuse to believe it, even when told.
Someone with more mathskills than anon has used Benfords law to run forensic analysis on the election results. Seems to suggests (human) fraud indeed.
