Sure you can. If it's in the pulp, embedded in the paper itself, a particle that will not take ink, a size so small the human eye can't see it.

There is plenty of crap in pulp paper.

You don't need multiple drums on the offset printer if you embed the nanochips in the pulp of the paper itself.

Who would know? Only the people that mixed the chips into the pulp before the paper was manufactured.
