Anons, I thought I’d review posts with the terms “vote-by-mail” to help me focus on a good diggz project regarding a Countermove. My educated guess is that an operation is in progress and has a specific name. There’s more, but here is a summary:

Gen Nakasone has been tasked with Election Security oversight/execution and is working with the DHS and in coordination with the relevant National Guard Units. The DHS is responsible for election integrity and learned from 2016, observed in 2018, and was readied for 2020.
