My point is that particles in the pulp cannot be arranged into specific patterns.

Inkjet printers. Masse printed ballots are not made with inkjet printers. It will be a huge offset printer.

Quite possibly. This may be the missing piece of the puzzle to how they manage to justify using the military court system for civilians. If Biden steels it then Trump can retire to Mar-a-Lago and spend the rest of his days playing golf and watching from a safe distance the rest of Plan Z.
