DOJ Tells Prosecutors Armed Federal Agents Can Be Sent to Examine Ballot-Counting Locations to Investigate Voter Fraud

The Justice Department told prosecutors on Wednesday that armed federal agents can be sent to ballot counting locations to investigate voter fraud, the New York Times reported.

Federal law prohibits armed federal agents from being stationed at vote counting centers unless force is determined “necessary.”

The Justice Department believes the law allows armed federal agents to post up at vote counting places after Election Day, The Times reported.

According to The New York Times, in an email, senior DOJ official Richard P. Donoghue said the law “does not prevent armed federal law enforcement persons from responding to, investigate, or prevent federal crimes at closed polling places or at other locations where votes are being counted.”

What We Don't Elect Matters Most: Central Banking & The Permanent Government

If we avert our eyes from the electoral battle on the blood-soaked sand of the Coliseum and look behind the screen, we find the powers that matter are not elected: our owned by a few big banks Federal Reserve, run by a handful of technocrats, and the immense National Security State, a.k.a. the Permanent Government. These entities operate the Empire which hosts the electoral games for the entertainment and distraction of the public.

The governance machinery controlled by elected representatives is tightly constrained in what it can and cannot do. It can't do anything to stop the debasement of the nation's currency, which is totally controlled by the Politburo of the Fed, nor can it do much to limit the Imperial Project, other than feel-good PR bits here and there.

The president wields vast powers but even the president is powerless to stop the debasement of the nation's currency and the enrichment of bankers, financiers, corporations, etc., who fund the campaigns of the gladiators, oops I mean politicians.

If we set aside the term Deep State and simply call it the unelected machinery of governance (Permanent Government), we get a clear picture of its scope and power. Presidents, senators and representatives come and go, but the machinery of Empire grinds on, decade after decade.

A great many people and places in America don't matter to the Fed or the Permanent Government, and so they've been abandoned to their fates. The darlings of the Fed and Empire are clustered in Silicon Valley and other urban hubs where the technological and financial machinery of global hegemony are fabricated and maintained.

Those far from these centers of banking, finance and Big Tech have little to no stake as owners of meaningful capital. All they have to sell is their labor, and that's been losing purchasing power for decades as financialization and globalization have stripmined rural America and enriched the bankers, financiers and speculators who serve the Fed and unelected Permanent Government.

The Fed and the Permanent Government have been very, very good to the few at the expense of the many. Partisan Officials Overseeing Tight Race in PA Openly Anti-Trump: Saying ‘President’ Before Trump ‘Demeans the Office of the Presidency’

Deeply partisan officials are overseeing the tight race in battleground Pennsylvania, some of who have publicly expressed disdain for President Trump.

Three Democrat officials overseeing the process in Pennsylvania — Gov. Tom Wolf (D), Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D), and Attorney General Josh Shapiro (D) –have publicly expressed opposition to President Trump in deeply partisan ways in the past. Now, they are urging the American people to trust them in fairly overseeing the process that could very well determine the next President of the United States.

On Thursday, former acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Richard Grenell brought attention to a 2017 tweet from Boockvar, who openly expressed her anti-Trump views on social media.

Attorney General Shapiro, however, has publicized his anti-Trump sentiments in recent days. On Saturday, three days prior to the election, Shapiro stated that “if all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose.”

“Does anyone know why a sitting Attorney General in a swing state is assuring us Trump will lose his state tomorrow ‘If all the votes are added up…’?! Does he know or is he planning something we’re clueless about?” former New York State assemblyman Dov Hikind said at the time.

“Can someone explain to me how the attorney general of PA knows the results of the election the day before the election itself?” political commentator Dave Rubin asked.

On Election Day, Shapiro doubled down, actively encouraging voters to reach out to Democrat officials for issues related to voting or their ballots:

His partisan remarks in the days leading up to the election, and thereafter, triggered mounting calls for him to “step aside.”

“Shapiro cannot be seen as having his thumb on the scale, acting in the dual roles of legal arbiter of the vote and a candidate deeply invested in its outcome,” Pennsylvania GOP Attorney General candidate Heather Heidelbaugh, demanding Shapiro to “appoint a trusted and impartial deputy to oversee any legal questions and disputes in which that office might play a role concerning this election.”

Others have accused him of actively trying to “steal” the election in Pennsyvlania from the president.

Trump Camp Rips Fox News — ‘Finger on the Scale for Joe Biden’

The Trump campaign released a scathing statement Thursday ripping into Fox News for putting “a finger on the scale for Joe Biden” after the fake news outlet called Arizona early for the decrepit Democrat.

“A Clinton-Voting, Biden-Donating Democrat Runs the Fox News Decision Desk,” the statement reads in bold.

“Democrat operative put his finger on the scale and declared Joe Biden the winner before the votes were counted,” the statement accurately adds.

“Aaron Mishkin, the director of Fox News’ election decision desk, prematurely called Arizona for Joe Biden before hundreds of thousands of ballots had been counted,” the statement continues. “Even left-leaning election analysts like Nate Silver have criticized his decision.”

There is no question that Mishkin and Fox News deliberately called Arizona early on Tuesday in a deliberate attempt to rig a close presidential election where who was perceived to be the winner would be very important going forward.

Fox News refused to call easy pro-Trump states like Texas, still hasn’t called Alaska, but Arizona — which is still way too close to call according to everyone, including Democrats, Fox called immediately and prematurely, not because the numbers were there, but to shift the Trump-Is-Winning narrative in the event of a close election.

Which is what happened.

It worked.

Worse still, Fox won’t retract the call, which means Fox will declare Joe Biden president-elect before all the votes have been counted.

Fox News is worse than CNN and will hopefully never recover from this. Their reputation is shot and they deserve to lose all their right-leaning viewers.

The reason Fox News is worse than CNN is because CNN only claims to be objective and unbiased — which is a lie of course, but nowhere near as wicked as the Fox News lie — which is to lure us into believing Fox News is on our side.

Military Sending Rape Cases to Court-Martial Without Enough Evidence to Convict, Report Finds

Military units are sending rape cases to court-martial without enough evidence to convict the accused – a miscalculation that harms the military justice process, a Pentagon advisory board has found.

In a report released last month, the Defense Advisory Committee on Investigation, Prosecution and Defense of Sexual Assault in the Armed Forces found that of 235 cases of "penetrative sexual assault" rape or sodomy sent to court-martial, nearly a third, or 73, did not have enough evidence to convict.

According to the committee, 71 of those cases "predictably … resulted in acquittals of the accused on those offenses at trial."

Of the two remaining cases, one was overturned on appeal due to insufficient evidence.

"There is a systemic problem with the referral of penetrative sexual offense charges to trial by general court-martial when there is not sufficient admissible evidence to obtain and sustain a conviction on the charged offense," committee members wrote. "In the Committee's view, the decision to refer charges to trial by general court-martial in the absence of sufficient admissible evidence to obtain and sustain a conviction has significant negative implications for the accused, the victim, and the military justice process."

As part of their mission to advise the secretary of defense on the military's handling of sexual assault cases, the committee members, including legal experts and retired military personnel, reviewed 1,904 cases of rape that were prosecuted and closed in fiscal 2017.

They found that no action was taken in 70%, or 1,336, of the cases. Fifty-one cases, or 2.7%, were referred to nonjudicial punishment, and charges were preferred in 27.2%, or 517, of cases.

Of those eventually sent to court-martial, about half were tried for sexual assault while the other half were tried for a charge other than rape. Eventually, 91, or less than 5% of the original cases, resulted in a conviction of sexual assault.

In its extensive review of the case documents, the committee found, however, that commanders rightfully decided when to charge the accused or take no action in most of the cases.

The members concluded that there is "not a systemic problem with the initial disposition authority's decision either to prefer a penetrative sexual offense charge or take no action."

Advocates for victims of military sexual assault and some Democratic lawmakers have sought for years to remove convening authority in such cases from commanders.

Mail-in Ballot Count ‘Halted’ in Philadelphia as Democrats Challenge Court Order Allowing GOP Observers

Officials “halted” mail-in ballot counting in Philadelphia following a court order allowing GOP observers to watch the vote count — a ruling that Democrats are now looking to challenge.

Philadelphia paused the count around noon Eastern on Thursday after Democrats took an issue with a court ruling allowing Republican watchers to stand six feet from those counting the ballots. Two Democrat officials told NBC that Democrats are taking their complaint to the state’s Supreme Court:

The Military-Industrial Complex, Israeli-Style. New Docuseries Touts Virtues of “Iron Dome”

A new documentary series produced in Israel tells the story of the Iron Dome missile system, but as Kathryn Shihadah reports, it leaves out crucial details about how the weapon is used and who funded it.

A new docuseries produced in Israel chronicles the development and use of Israel’s multi-billion dollar, U.S.-subsidized Iron Dome missile defense system. The mechanism, an extension of America’s own military-industrial complex, is designed to intercept primitive rockets from Gaza and epitomizes Israel’s approach to Palestinian resistance: denial and disproportionality.

These factors also play a part in Israel’s defense industry as a whole – an enterprise that profits from the suffering of Palestinians who are forced to live under the thumb of modern-day colonialism and occupation by Israel’s structure of institutionalized apartheid. Palestinians oppose their systemic oppression in a David vs. Goliath scenario, resisting their occupier with homemade rockets; while Israel, one of the largest militaries in the world, uses the most modern and sophisticated weaponry on the planet to terrorize its victims.

Israel is both joining and competing with the U.S. domination of the global weapons industry. The three-hour series entitled “Iron Dome” premiered around the world last month in Hebrew on Izzy, a platform that calls itself “the new way to experience Israel.”

Denial of facts

The series features Israelis from the town of Sderot, near the Gaza border, as they look back on the past twenty years or so and discuss their two primary enemies: rockets, and an Israeli government that for a long time didn’t seem to care about them.

The first rocket came from Gaza in 2001 and the first rocket fatality in 2004. By 2007, 10 Israelis had been killed – all but one in Sderot – and the Israeli government, at last, got behind the development of a missile defense system: the Iron Dome.

Israel came down hard on Gaza in the winter of 2008-2009 in hopes of bringing an end to the rockets that had by then taken 12 Israeli lives. The incursion, which featured Israel’s latest weaponry at the time, killed 1,400 Palestinians, over 450 of them women and children, and nine Israelis.

The “Iron Dome” series does not mention these statistics, nor does it divulge the source of Palestinian anger and resentment: being kept illegally in exile in Gaza, and under occupation since 1967. Gaza is the world’s largest open-air prison, with a dense population of nearly two million people with no ability to leave. Israel retains complete control of its border and not even humanitarian supplies, human rights monitors, or journalists are allowed to enter.

This brutal Israeli blockade has been in place since 2007, severely limiting Gazans’ access to food, medicine, and other staples, and earning the enclave the nickname “world’s largest open-air prison” and the designation “unlivable.” Its two million residents grapple with malnutrition, a severe shortage of drinking water, electricity – and hope. Suicide rates have been increasing at an alarming rate.

Israelis interviewed in the series appear unaware of these realities – and indeed, Jewish Israeli citizens, on the whole, are in the dark about the realities of occupation as the Israeli government keeps Palestinians behind walls and out of sight.

The “Iron Dome” docuseries is a continuation of this invisibility, and by extension, the invisibility of oppressed people under the fist of the U.S. military-industrial complex as well.

Why Does Biden Have So Many More Votes Than Democrat Senators In Swing States?

In most elections, the majority of votes are cast "down the ticket" - meaning, a voter supports both party's presidential nominee and state Congressional candidates. In fact, according to Pew Research, "overwhelming shares of voters who are supporting Trump and Biden say they are also supporting the same-party candidate for Senate."

Typically, this means that that the number of votes for a presidential candidate and that party's Senate candidates are relatively close.

Twitter user "US Rebel" (@USRebellion1776), however, found that the number of votes cast for Joe Biden far exceeds those cast for that state's Senate candidates in swing states, while those cast for Trump and GOP Senators remains far closer.

In Michigan, for example, there was a difference of just 7,131 votes between Trump and GOP candidate John James, yet the difference between Joe Biden and Democratic candidate Gary Peters was a staggering 69,093.

In Georgia, there was an 818 vote difference between Trump and the GOP Senator, vs. a 95,000 difference between Biden and the Democratic candidate for Senator.

In Georgia, it's even worse.

Where they're currently "finding" new Biden votes.

Yet, in two non-swing states, there was "no massive flood of mysterious empty Biden votes," leading US Rebel to suggest "It's fraud."

In Wyoming, the difference on the Democratic side is is just 725 votes, while in Montana the difference is 27,457.
