You can get free star chart apps that you point at the sky to see stars/moon etc. Some of them have 'time machines' onthem so you can see the stars at any given date/time. Can a London anon stand in the correct place and grab a load of dates and times for the moon being by the Eye?
This may also be possible remotely with an online app. I'll dig.
