New Baker Intro

Hello Anons, First off let me say a big thank you to the US Boatfag baker that has been so awesomely looking after the UK QResearch bread. I am a new baker but UK Based, My skills are not as developed as Boatfag but please bear with me whilst I get settled in.

For those of you new here, this is where UK Anons discuss and research all things Q related and investigate goings on in the UK. Q monitors this board and posts here from time to time so if you spot something you think Q should know about post it up for us all to see.

This board is heavily infiltrated by shills and clowns who try to divert us away from the target and prevent people from posting, we are clearly over the target with our research. These shills can be savage and rude to try to prevent you from interacting with the community, ignore them, we welcome all of you. I would advise you lurk first to see how things work before posting, if you are attacked by a shill or a clown do not let it anger or upset you as they are only doing what they are paid to do, it is however important to not feed the trolls so please do not reply.

As the bread fills up with crap, finding the good stuff can be hard, if you see something you think is notable please say so by replying to that post as it will make my job a lot easier.

In my case, the digz on these pics has been almost all-consuming of my time on the boards. That is because of my reasoning on the availablel evidence. And, as that evidence has grown, my concentration has increased as has my efforts. But I do not expect other Anons to do as I have done and continue to do. Anons are as welcomed to cast skeptical eye on the London Pics digz as they are welcomed to contribute in any other way within their means. It is a special flagship dig, I believe, for the UK bread and as such can not be a waste of time. Moar eyes will see the relevance of UK in the broader scheme of things across our globe.

On the other hand, we have reached very narrowed time ranges for each and every pic, at this time. Might this or that pic be moar narrowly bookended, we will get there.

The real werk continues based on the results of the London Pics digz. W have werked on the where and the when. Also the effort is drawn to the who, what, and why - and HOW. The time ranges are the framework - the Timeframe. Not a concusion but a beginning, the foundation, of harder digz yet to be undertaken.

Many UK anons will be moar familiar with the GENERAL breads than with the UK breads. And the general pool of skillz and talents and resources is at this time much moar deep than the UK breads. All of this can change in an instance because UK anons are alert and effective wherever they apply themselves. Just think of the time range digz as prep that will stand for a very long time. Prep in setting the stage but also prep in how research is held to a high standard.

Perhaps the most accessible portion of the context of the LONDON PICS is SPYGATE and it origins. Thus far we understand that 2015/2016 was a critical period, however, these pics were taken 2013/2014 and so suggest that Q wants us to expand our thinking to a time before DJT was a candidate for president. In effect, it almost takes the spotlight off DJT and his campaign. And that is odd because the centre of SPYGATE, supposedly, was DJT and his campaign. Whatever these pics are about it is bigger than that that.

To expand from the immediacy of DJT's part in the SPYGATE context, one moves from the assumption that the pics were taken 2014/2016 to the confusing actuality of 2013/2014. Nailing down the time range for each pic has had its problems along the way and there are limits to just how narrowly we can make each time range fit the available evidence. But we have moved the bookends back about two years and done so with the utmost of care for adhering to direct evidence.

So on one level the pics are about testing the limits of our research and tuning our methods to a much bigger and deeper series of digz into the origins of Q's posts that feature the pictorial evidence in LONDON. I would now say that there is an effective team of forensic photo diggerz here in the UK bread who have helped form a shared set of methods to spot and verify details within the camera frame. That is transferable to other digz. We have proceeded organically, with open source vids and pics and docs. Q has prompted us with guidance and this has developed our diggers and their methods and resources.

On other levels there are the time ranges themselves - products of research. And various offshoots into topics that broaden the scope of the LONDON pics too.

Who are in these pics? What is depicted in each of these scenes? How is this meaningful and how doe sit fit into Q's overall purpose in communicating with Anons? Why has our attention been brought to attend to any of that?

A question that Q has asked in posts that seemingly are not about these LONDON pics is something that is asked silently just by Q posting these specific images. That question is, WHY ARE WE HERE? As in here, here in this pic, and as in, here, scrutinizing and studying these images?

Let me just add my request now: If anons come across any pics of London Eye while digging, please look to see if it might have a Sun or Moon behind i, AND if the pic is dated. Looking for any DATED pics of either the Sun or the Moon behind or near London Eye. Why? Because we are trying to get an idea what elevation that Moon is at in the NSA Traffic Cam ROT1(aka ROT1). Why do we want to know the elevation? On any given night the Moon may be higher or lower than the previous night. It is cyclical and gradual. The larger sampling we have, the better we are able to choose between different dates that may be our best close matches.

NIOC-Owned North Sea Field Given US Sanctions Waiver

The US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued a waiver that will allow the bypassing of US sanctions placed on the Rhum gas field in the UK’s North Sea, which is 50% owned by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), Energy Voice reported.

The conditional license, granted under certain conditions to be implemented by November 4, will allow UK oil and gas company Serica to complete its acquisitions of BP’s stakes in the Bruce, Keith, and Rhum fields.

Serica’s potential purchase of Total’s interests in the Bruce and Keith fields is contingent on the completion of its deal with BP, which is expected to be wrapped up on November 30.

The waiver stipulates that the NIOC’s share of the proceeds from Rhum will be held in escrow while US sanctions remain active. Iran will also have no say in the field’s operations. The license is valid until October 31, 2019, but may be renewed.

Certain US and US-owned entities will be allowed to continue providing goods, services, and support involving Rhum.

“We welcome the constructive approach taken by all parties. This outcome protects a valuable British asset which, together with the Bruce and Keith fields, produces about 5% of UK offshore gas production,” Serica CEO Mitch Flegg said.

US sanctions on Iranian energy activity are set to take full effect on November 4, restricting international entities from dealing with the Islamic Republic.

North Sea operator Serica Energy has secured a way to protect its Rhum field from US trade sanctions until 2021.

Rhum, around 240miles north-east of Aberdeen, is co-owned by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and the United States has placed sanctions on foreign firms working with Tehran after Donald Trump decided to pull America out of the Iran nuclear deal.

Serica took over as operator of the field in November last year from BP after receiving a waiver from the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

That waiver was due to expire on October 31, however Serica said it has now been renewed by OFAC through to 2021.

The new waiver ensures Serica can continue “providing goods, services and support” to Rhum, which accounts for around 5% of UK gas production, until February 28, 2021.

The license can be renewed if Serica applies and continues to meet the required conditions.

Under the deal, all revenues generated to the benefit of NIOC are held in escrow.

Serica chief executive Mitch Flegg said: “In production terms during Q2 2019 Rhum was the third largest gas field on the UKCS.

“The receipt of the renewed and extended License and assurance is an excellent outcome which protects this valuable British asset.

“Serica appreciates the support of the UK Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) and the relevant departments of the UK Government for its application.”

Serica acquired stakes in the Bruce, Keith and Rhum assets in November having completed a series of transactions with Total, BHP Billiton and Marubeni.

The deals hinged on the success of the Rhum deal with BP going through, which relied on a sanctions waiver being secured.

When stacked together, the four acquisitions gave Serica 98% of Bruce, 100% of Keith and 50% of Rhum as operator of all three assets.

Four oil tankers were stripped of their flags following an investigation into allegations that they secretly transported Iranian oil, which would have been a breach of US sanctions.

An NBC News investigation found that the four ships all made secret visits to Iranian waters in 2020, collectively picking up millions of barrels of oil, according to data from maritime research company Tanker Trackers.

A July 31st report from NBC News featured 15 ships. Four of these, the Giessel (IMO 9246279),the Ekaterina (IMO 9196644), the Lerax (IMO 9181194), and the Amfitriti (IMO 9273337), were sailing under the flag of St Kitts & Nevis. Five days after the report was broadcast the St Kitts & Nevis Ship Registry decided it would no longer allow the tankers to fly under its flag.

Vessels that have been stripped of their flag effectively are unable to operate. Ports will not allow entry and the vessels will be uninsurable.

St. Kitts & Nevis International Ship Registry said that the Giessel was de-flagged on August 4th following press reports that it had visited an Iranian port.

Glad someone else is taking an interest in lunar science. Posting this chart for new eyes. It shows why we are interested in the Waning Gibbous phase of the Moon as we try to find a match for ROT1.

Our ROT1 Moon is in the Southeast sky around or after midnight. That is where the Waning Gibbous Moons are found. It helps us narrow a search within a given month to be searched, yielding a few good possible matches for position and time.

At a basic understanding, as you look at the chart, imagine 3 hours for every 45 degrees across a 180 degree horizon.

135 degrees is Southeast. The bearing from Hungerford Bridge, as best we can tell, is 151.5 degrees. If we understand that the ROT1 pic shows both restaurant ships being closed, then we are inferring that the pic was taken some time after 11pm. None of the other lunar phases provide a match for being in that part of the night sky as seen in ROT1.

This vid showed the temporary frame bollards in place at all three bollard positions on the two islands. It also showed the memorial. So a comparison is called for between various images we have collected. This vid of 25 MAR, SV images of MAY, stockphoto of 2 MAR, and CH1.

So in chronological order -

2 MAR - only 1 of 3 perm hooped twp-legged bollards, no memorial

5 MAR - Coroner report stated the fatal accident at 6am

7 MAR - Coroner started investigation - completed about year later.

CH1 - resembles 2 MAR

25 MAR - memorial and temp frame bollards

Bollards at this location had been damaged, removed, without replacement during previous years. Temp frame bollards did appear during special events, like the LONDON RIDE 100 captured in vid during JUN 2013 and 2014, but did not remain for long. The Coroner report stated the missing bollards had been missing for about 3 years. This suggests that frames might not have been put in place immediately after the fatal accident.

That year and in previous years, fatal road accidents were relatively rare in Westminster so the fatality at this location may have prompted the City to place the frames. Or, possibly, the Coroner's investigation had highlighted interest in the lack of bollards at that location, the lack of lighting, and the type of bollard - perhaps outdated hooped type that may have contributed to the severity of the accident for the victim. Rising questions about such during an investigation might have been enough to prompt the placement of the frames.

What might be the significance of this for our dig? Timing. The investigation began, officially, on 7 MAR. This was triggered by new law that required one when a death is sudden or due to an accident. The family and friends sustained the makeshift memorial at that traffic island and on that bollards long after the hooped bollards had been replaced by the rebound type and lighting was improved - done by JUN 2014. The vid shows that the memorial was in place, along with the frames, no later than 25 MAR and possibly earlier than that. CH1 showed no memorial and no frames, just like the scene appeared on 2 MAR 2014. Think it is reasonable to assume that the scene was much the same on 5 MAR 2014. This helps when comparing the images we have available to us.

BOLLARD images compared.

Add the lunar info. Moon position in ROT1 resembles position during evenings/nights of 17 to 19 mar 2014. For now, put that aside, and focus on evidence in the CH1 scene alone.

In CH1 the bollard on the western position of the island in question appears to be in the form it was on 2-MAR. We have discussed possibility of it appearing slightly padded as if something was or had been attached. Put that aside, also.

There appears to be at least one individual near the western bollard. That indivdiual may be carrying something white like a wrapping. But this may be an adult walking with a child wearing white. Either way, the individual/s appear to be approaching the island, stepping onto it. On the other hand, could be stepping off it and walking away. The presence of individuals in that position by the island does not suggest walking across the street in a straight forward right angle from or to the sidewalks such as can be seen in various SV images and other vid/pics. That is especially so when temp frames have been at the island as the frame bollard itself was placed on the street surface, on the painted stripes, rather than on the kerb. But it also seems to be so in most images before and after the replacement of the perm hooped bollard. People tend to stand on the island or in-between the islands. Not ahead of the island. Could be an irrelevant detail, however, seems to me that the individual/s in CH1 closest to the western island were travelling in an unusual pattern.

Near the sidewalk kerb in CH1 there appears to be a small group of 2 individuals. Are they random individuals, IDK, but they seem grouped and waiting at the kerb rather than crossing the street that they are facing during a lull in the traffic. Are they 'attending' a visit to the bollard - the group and the individual/s closest to the island?

There are other details to compare but here I'll continue with comparison with the two individuals in CH1 at the lower left corner of frame. They are heading west on the sidewalk by Whitehall Gardens. Compare them with the vid screencap of a man and a woman standing near the makeshift memorial at the western bollard. In prev discussions, it was speculated that the man in the vid wore a blue scarf and that one of the individeuals in CH1 also wore a blue scarf. It was speculated that the length of jacket matched either the man's or the woman's in the vid. Indeed, the trouser legs of the woman on the island resembles that of the individual who is pointing in CH1.

Compare the vid screencap with SV MAY 2014. In both the memorial has the same large photo and white wrappings. The flowers are different. Fresher in the vid. Now the group on the island in the vid seems to resemble groups in the pics on the sites of charitable events done in remembrance of the accident vicitim. Not certain. But consider that the memorial has been freshened up recently - in the vid - and this rather large group of individuals stood, apparently waiting during a lull in traffic. That lull was about to be interupted as can be seen in various SV images, but they do seem to be lingering. Can't be certain, but this group could have just laid down the fresh flowers at that memorial.

Ok, a lot of ifs in this. But now compare CH1, the vid, and SV image and it seems to me that pair walking toward the scene in CH1 includes the woman who would later appear on the island in the vid. She might be the sister. In CH1 she is pointing ahead. Might this have been a pic taken early in the Coroner's investigation period just prior to the City being prompted to place the frames - and to permit the extended upkeep of that memorial at that location?

The implication would be that the frames were not there as soon as we had earlier imagined. And, at the same time, the frames may have appeared around the same time that a group of friends and family first began setup that memorial.

1. Yeap, all through the daylight hours, certainly, due to the parade itself. Next day would have been middle of week - so not during daytime on 18 and 19 MAR 2014. But whatabout early morn on 17 MAR? Revelers no, but other indications of a parade route - such as those portable barriers that would block traffic, rather than pedestrians. The type of barriers that block pedestrians are used during events like races. Now, given that there is light traffic in CH1, couple of cars arranging themselves in the turn-left lane on Northumberland, which suggests other cars in the lane ahead of them, and few vehciles heading toward Traf Sq in the distance, and that lone black vehicle near the hotel, well, could be early morning BEFORE the parade. Can't be certain that the process of elimination rules out 17 MAR 2014. If CH1 was taken in the evening - yeh rules out, but early morn, not so sure.

1. The yellow signs look a lot like the temporary yellow notices that get posted on poles to announced suspension of parking in the parking spots nearby. Can confuse drivers and so they tend to be posted quite in advance of whatever event or circumstance is planned at those kerbsides. Had speculated that a parade would cause restrictions on parking there; also that cleanup crews or roadwork might require suspension of parking - for example cleanup after a parade or pickup of fallen leaves or other maintenance.

THIRD study finds that COVID-19 antibodies fade “very, very quickly,” rendering vaccine useless

The third such study in recent days to make this suggestion, a new paper published by researchers from Guy’s and St. Thomas’ National Health Service Foundation Trust in London has determined that the antibodies developed after infection with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) only last a very short time, meaning any future vaccine for the novel virus will be certifiably useless.

After analyzing the immune responses of patients and health care workers who became infected with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), researchers from this institution found that the antibodies created to destroy the virus waned rather quickly, typically within just a few short weeks. After a couple of months, only 16.7 percent of patients still had any antibody response at all.

“The study found that 60 percent of the patients had a ‘potent’ antibody response at the peak of their battle with the coronavirus,” reports reveal. “After about two months, however, just 16.7 percent of the patients had a potent antibody response.”

These findings, along with those of earlier studies that reportedly came to similar conclusions, have drastic implications for the development of a vaccine for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19). In essence, there will never be a vaccine good enough to combat the novel virus, no matter how “potent.”

“Not only do antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 fade, and perhaps fade quickly, studies have also shown that only 15 percent of those who test positive for antibodies make the neutralizing antibodies necessary to develop immunity in the first place,” says Dr. William Haseltine. “And not all of those who make neutralizing antibodies make them at high levels. I have always, at an instinctual level, and a lifetime of observation, assumed CH1 to be morning because of the characteristic morning dew on the sidewalk giving a slight sheen. You won't see that at late afternoon/early evening. Dew happens in the morning, like a chilled glass that is being exposed to warmer air. Cold evening/warming air of morning. But…speaking timewise, using the closest measurement, the Waning Gibbous Moon PRECEDES the Sun by about 9 hours.

Moar, BOLLARDS pics compared - vehicles on road.

If the walk was wet from rain, then, vehicles might still show some signs of that? Or windows on buildings?

The bike hiring dock is pretty much full of parked bikes in CH1. Compare with the 2-MAR stockphoto in which there are about half or more slots are empty. In 2-MAR got a view of the motorbike parking and the other blue boris bike dockiNG station there. The bike spots are fairly empty there also. The morotbike spots almost full. Can't compare with CH1 coz no vue of those two places.

Another potential time of day marker is the presence of vehicles on the streets in the parking spaces and in traffic lanes.

In CH1 there is PUSH bike parked against a do-not-enter sign next to the hotel. No PUSH bikes in 2-MAR pic. That is, apart from the one bike, the others are parked blue boris bike hires at the dockign stations. None of any sort in the traffic lanes. Likewise no morocycles in traffic lanes. So both types of vehciles - push bikes, push bike rentals, and motorcycles - are not in the traffic flow in either of these two pics. That common element may point to similarity of time of day and/or time of week or some othr common circustance.

Both of these images show cars and vans and such maneurvering into the left-turning lane on Northumberland at the junction. Don't have a view of that lane at the junction while the left/right turning lane looked empty. Not sure about the sequence in which each lane got is green to turn. Under the bridge heading south on Victoria, there are three lanes. Two on the east are straight ahead and the one on the right is right-turning. The two straight ahead merge at the junction and narrow where the parking spots begin near the entrances to the HISP and the TATT.

In the 25 MAR vid we get a glimpse of the lanes in the junction from under the bridge view. The go ahead lanes get their green phase at same time. The right-turning lane off Victoria waits but is the next to get green phase. Also waiting are BOTH of the lanes on Northumberland that move traffic into the Embankment - left-turning and right-turning.

I may be mistaken but I think both of the Northumberland lanes that flow into Embankment get the same green phase, which stops flow from all directions on Embankment - straight ahead, left turn into Northumberland, and right-turn into Northumberland. The left-turn off Embankment at corner of Whitehall Gardens may have its own green phase which is more advanced than the straight ahead lanes across the junction. Again, I could be mistaken, but it seems the left-turning lane off Embankment and the right-turning lane off Embankment share the same green phase and are subject to merging. Don't recall a give-way sign there, though.

Ok, so figuring the flow through light phases might help figure volume of traffic just out of shot on the two roads. In both CH1 and 2-MAR the westward lanes are fairly empty. Red buses on 2-MAR but not CH1. Looks like parking spaces are fairly full on both sides of Whitehall Place and on the north side of Northumberland - but the spaces on the south side of Northumberland seem less occupied in the 2-MAR pic, at whatever time of day it was in that pic, versus CH1 at its time of day.

The presence of the buses on Sunday 2 MAR both in flow and in parking is an itneresting contrast with CH1 with no buses in view. In CH1 the black car near the hotel may or may not be rolling into Northumberland traffic - turning which way, IDK.

And in the vid the blue boris bikes parked are more than in 2-MAR pic while less than in CH1. And in the vid can see that the left-turning lane off northbound Embankment into Northumberland waited for green while the right turning lane off southbound Embankment flow in green phase into Northumberland.

So the straight ahead in both directions had green and the turning lanes where red. Then the right-turning lane on southbound Embankment got its green while the two lanes on Northumberland flowing into northbound Embankment were on red.

What we'd see in both CH1 and 2-MAR pics was a moment when the turning lanes were in red phase, I think, because no flow in westbound Northumberland - near the junction within shot. The vehicles in the previous flow are up at TRAF Square. In 2-MAR pic there is one car turning right off westbound lane but is hung up between the island because of the quie in the left-turning lane on eastbound Northumblernd at junction - which faced red phase.

Ok, so with that scenario, can we compare volume of traffic and type of traffic in such a way as to gain hints for time of day or time of week?
