What is a "promontory?"
>A promontory is a raised mass of land that projects into a lowland or a body of water. Most promontories either are formed from a hard ridge of rock that has resisted the erosive forces that have removed the softer rock to the sides of it, or are the high ground that remains between two river valleys where they form a confluence. Throughout history many forts and castles have been built on promontories because of their inherent defensibility. The promontory forts in Ireland are examples of this.

We The People are the rock upon which this nation was built. We are that promontory. We are MAGA. We must stand firmer than soil. We must be the mountain face. The winds and torrents are bashing against us, but we must not allow ourselves to be eroded. Never shall we tumble and fall to shadow in the dark valley below, washed away by the geologic progression of time.
If we were weak, the erosion would destroy us and wash us away to sea like so much silt and sand. But we are not sand. We are boulders. Ice and sun and rain and wind may wash over us, but we will remain even as the valley below deepens.
