Our state votes are counted in GERMANY by a SPANISH COMPANY electronically, with a 6 hour time stamp difference, that appears when they change the votes and send them back to the United States. This is what it looks like to me. The team at Security Operations is asking why our votes are being sent to other nations to count???? Why are the passwords freely available on line to change votes, from here clear to Germany.

This diagrams work done by Russell Ramslind and his team at Security Operations Inc. during the 2018 Midterm. It is their diagrahm of the global election system. His testimony is on their findings which he explained in this on line interview. Passwords were freely available on line without a hack, enabling them to test this system from the US to Germany and back, in the 2018 midterm election.
PIC RELATED 2 (22:33 time stamp) is a slide from the testimony giving the results of the research. The black arrows in the pic are showing every entry point where they were able to enter and change the vote. This was NOT a hack. The passwords to change the vote were freely available on line.
