IDEAS TO IMPROVE THE NOTABLES- ANY?

I would like the following:

1. A brief explanation (not Entirely based on the words of the link). We are under time constraints that don’t always allow us to go look up the nugget of wisdom.

1. Photos with captions. You may know who you are posting, but many of us don’t get the significance, especially without a single word of explanation.

I guess I’m saying don’t be a cryptic as Q, you aren’t that good at it, and If you are trying to communicate effectively, you are not succeeding.

As for the smartass comments to come, Why bother? Your ego need a micro boost? I’m asking for efficiency, clarity and helpfulness.
