Served as an expert for defendants Sequoia Voting Systems and Premier Election Systems in an action alleging infringement of U.S. Patents 6,892,944, 7,036,730 and 7,077,313 concerning electronic voting technology. this guy was used by the state of NJ to say that Sequoia voting machines (now Dominion) were secure even though they had a huge study done by Professor Appel of Princeton. The lawsuit against NJ was brought by an assemblyman at the time who is now the MAYOR OF TRENTON
