Yeah I've been noticing some strange capitalizations today as well.
V has been capitalized for "vaccines" too. The first letter of other words have also been capitalized.

I got confused as well when I was first researching in corporations.
"Foreign" simply means that its HQ is domiciled in another State or jurisdiction than where it normally operates. A jurisdiction can include country.
This is why you see a lot of corporations based in Delaware but its actual offices somewhere else.
In Canada, there's a rule where a company has to include a certain number of Canadian Directors for corporations registered in certain provinces or territories. Other provinces or territories don't have these rules; meaning foreign directors can make up the whole board. → Opportunity for subversion

Been waiting to do a bromide flush with iodine but need to get the accompanying supplements along with it. The flush is supposed to be strong too.

Based on the data I'm seeing (in Canada), flu numbers are way down and COVID numbers are way up.
