Current Actual Election Result Update: President Trump Has 13 Paths to Win 2020 Election — Biden Has Only 10 Paths to Win

Based on actual results and accounting for states currently not called, still counting, recounting, under investigation or audit, or states with election issues now in the courts, President Trump is winning the 2020 Presidential Election.

Here is what we currently know in reference to the 2020 Presidential election. A number of states have been called but a number are still in question. Here is a list of those in question.

Pennsylvania – perhaps no state in US history was involved in more fraud during an election than Pennsylvania this year. The state is run by corrupt Democrats who already claim Biden is the winner. But Rudy Giuliani a couple days ago visited the state and went through the plethora of fraud involved in the 2020 election. There is no way an honest person would claim that the current results there are legit after watching that hearing. Giuliani has a case moving forward through the courts which will reverse hundreds of thousands of votes in the state which were counted illegally. This case is ongoing. Once the case is heard in front of a just court, Trump will win Pennsylvania.

Wisconsin – this state as well now shows Biden in the lead but early in the morning after the election more than 100,000 votes magically appeared in Milwaukee. A recount is ongoing. In addition there is a lawsuit alleging more than 100,000 votes were illegitimate that went for Biden. This court case is ongoing as well. The current lead for Biden is only 20,000. The recount or the court case will likely end in this state landing in the Trump column.

Michigan – this state is also full of fraud. Democrat leaders here did all they could to steal the election for Biden. Like Wisconsin, there were over 100,000 votes dumped in Detroit on election night and the lead here was stolen from Trump as a result. On Wednesday night Sidney Powell filed a complaint against the corrupt Democrats running the state. This case is ongoing. Once the illegal votes are eliminated President Trump has a very good chance of winning this state as well.

Georgia – this state too has much fraud. The President was winning this state on election night by 100,000 votes. But then the counting in Atlanta abruptly stopped due to a water main break at the center where votes were being counted. The water main break never happened along with a free and fair election in the state. After the election, a program was put in place to basically harvest a number of ballots to give Biden the lead which currently stands at around 13,000. There are two cases now in the courts, one initiated by Lin Wood and another by Sidney Powell on Wednesday night. When brought in front of a just court Trump will win this state.

Nevada – there is much fraud here as well. Signatures were not verified on hundreds of thousands of votes. It is likely that President Trump will win this state if any of the ineligible votes are eliminated here as well. There are cases outstanding in Nevada as well. Biden currently leads by 34,000.

Arizona – no one knows what the hell is going on there. Due to the delays in counting and recording a winner, it is likely this state is being stolen from President Trump as well. What a mess. Biden currently leads by 11,000 votes.

When accounting for the above states with cases in the courts, the President Trump is leading Joe Biden with 232 electoral college votes to 227 for Biden.

Amid speculation that Israel is on war footing over a possible strike in Iran in the coming weeks, moments ago Iranian state media reported that the country's top nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was assassinated in Damavand, east of Tehran. He was reportedly accompanied by his bodyguard when they were attacked by a “suicide” attacker at the entrance of Absard town.

According to Iran Front Page News, Fakhrizadeh was killed by shooting, but before the shootout, his car has been stopped with an explosion at Mostafa Khomeini Blvd. Several others are also reportedly killed in the incident, but haven’t been identified yet.

Medical records of Brazilian PRESIDENT among 16 million Covid-19 patients EXPOSED after passwords published online – report

Personal data of some 16 million Brazilians, including their medical records, was reportedly left exposed for almost a month after a data scientist published passwords for government Covid-19 databases.

A Brazilian newspaper reported that it managed to access the medical records of President Jair Bolsonaro, his family members, seven ministers, including Health Minister Eduardo Pazuello, 17 governors and other high profile figures.

The records were stored in two databases listing people with suspected or confirmed Covid-19 infections and those admitted to hospitals for treatment, the newspaper Estadao said. There were entries for some 16 million Brazilians in them, and they contained some highly sensitive information, including personal details, pre-existing conditions like cancer or HIV, prescribed drugs or even which hospital floor a patient could have been found.

This trove was exposed by a single data scientist, who published a list of logins and passwords necessary to access the databases on his personal page on the computer code repository GitHub. The newspaper said it was tipped off about the existence of the breach and verified the authenticity of the access credentials. The passwords were leaked on October 28 and removed only after Estado started digging into the security breach.

The person responsible for the leak was identified as an employee of the Albert Einstein Hospital in the city of Sao Paulo. He told the newspaper he uploaded the spreadsheet while working on a computer modeling project and forgot to remove it. The passwords have since been changed by the authorities.

The health ministry and the hospital promised a thorough investigation into the leak, but said it apparently happened due to a human error rather than a design flaw in their systems. It was not immediately clear why such sensitive databases seem to be protected only by passwords and didn't use some form of multiple-factor verification. More robust systems require additional information before giving users access, for example, a short code texted to a person's phone when they attempt to log in.

Portland Rioters Cause Thousands Of Dollars In Damage On Thanksgiving Night

Rioters in Oregon’s largest city on Thanksgiving caused thousands of dollars in damage, authorities said.

A group of people dressed in black clothing were witnessed smashing windows along Hawthorne Street in the early hours of Nov. 26, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Officers canvassed the area and found that damage had been inflicted upon at least 10 businesses in the area.

“Some of the damage was sufficient to provide access to the interior of retail stores so officers contacted responsible parties and stood by while contractors or employees boarded up windows. Grocery stores, banks, an auto service center, a package distribution and mailing center, and local business storefronts were damaged,” the bureau said in an incident summary.

A New Seasons Market, a Chase Bank, and Portland Cider House were among the businesses that were damaged, photographs and video footage showed. Multiple Antifa logos were sprayed with paint onto the buildings.

Three people were arrested: Chester Hester, 24; Nicole Noriega, 38; and Bailey Willack, 23. They were each charged with 10 counts of first-degree criminal mischief.

According to Andy Ngo, a reporter who is an expert on the far-left Antifa network, Willack is a member of the network.

Police said another adult was found with a semi-automatic pistol. That person, who was not named, was referred to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office.

Pope pens op-ed on perils of consumerism and ideology. US Left reads, ‘Justice ACB is a bad Catholic & horrible person’

Pope Francis has written a piece in the New York Times, calling on humanity to find a way to become better after the Covid-19 pandemic. Left-leaning Twitter users have alleged it’s a reply to the Supreme Court’s latest decision.

In the article, published on Thursday, the head of the Catholic Church shared with New York Times readers his hope that the highly visible coronavirus health crisis will awaken the people to other crises that they have been ignoring: hunger, violence and climate change. Then, he says, maybe we can rediscover our interconnectedness, overcome the traps of individualism and consumerism, and forge “a better, different, human future.”

But many seem to have interpreted it as a well-timed commentary on the political situation in the US – in particular, the ruling of the US Supreme Court late on Wednesday which put religious freedom ahead of Covid-19 restrictions.

The 5-4 decision temporarily blocked New York rules restricting religious gatherings, which were passed in October. They were challenged by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn and Orthodox Jewish congregation Agudath Israel, which complained that the restrictions were less severe for some secular institutions. Justice Amy Coney Barrett played a key part in the decision, considering that the Supreme Court ruled in the opposite direction in a similar case which was reviewed while late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was still in office.

China to charge 12 anti-government protesters caught fleeing Hong Kong in speedboat

Chinese authorities have announced that they will formally charge 12 anti-government protesters with border violations after they were arrested trying to flee Hong Kong in a speedboat three months ago.

Officials in Shenzhen’s Yantian district stated on Friday that “The investigation of 12 Hong Kong people who were found unlawfully crossing the border has ended,” allowing the court case to proceed.

The individuals have been held incommunicado in Shenzhen’s Yantian Detention Center since August 23, accused of unlawfully crossing the border and organizing an illegal border crossing, crimes that could see them sentenced to up to seven years in prison.

However, they are potentially facing a more significant charge of being separatists, which, in certain cases, can result in the death penalty.

A relative of one of the individuals detained has claimed that the legal process the detainees have been put through is not fair. Human Rights Watch claims that Chinese authorities have threatened the careers of lawyers who were hired by the families of the defendants, instead asking them to choose from a list of approved legal representatives.

The lawyer provided to the group by Chinese authorities has passed on letters to family members that claim conditions in the prison are good and they are being treated well, but family members have raised questions about whether the praise is genuine and the information accurate.

The 12 accused, aged 17 to 33, include activist Andy Li, who was arrested under Hong Kong’s new national security law for “colluding with foreign elements” about a fortnight before the attempted escape and was out on bail. The group was reportedly attempting to flee to Taiwan.

Brazil's Bolsonaro Says He Won't Take Coronavirus Vaccine

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro said late this week that under no circumstances would he ever take a coronavirus vaccine - especially not a Chinese-made jab.

The right-wing leader has repeatedly warned his countrymen that Chinese vaccines are dangerous and should be avoided. A few weeks ago, Brazil temporarily halted trials for the Chinese-made vaccine produced Sinovac. Still, Bolsonaro was furious when the trial was allowed to resume less than 48 hours later. Sao Paolo has already agreed to start importing millions of doses of Sinovac's jab, despite resistance from Bolsonaro.

Now, Reuters reports, Bolsonaro said Thursday evening in a public statement broadcast across multiple social media channels that he would not take the COVID vaccine, the latest in a series of statements he has made expressing skepticism toward certain vaccination programs. In statements broadcast live over multiple social media platforms, Bolsonaroadded that Congress was unlikely to require Brazilians to take a vaccine.

"I’m telling you, I’m not going to take it. It’s my right," he said.

Brazil has the second highest number of coronavirus deaths in the world, and it's also far and away the worst hit country in Latin America.

Bolsonaro has for months played down the seriousness of the pandemic despite having been infected with the virus in July. Bolsonaro also expressed skepticism over the effectiveness of wearing masks during his speech, implying there was little conclusive evidence of the effectiveness of masks.

The president has joked that Brazilians needn't worry about being forced to receive the jab, since the president doesn't intend to make receiving a jab mandatory - except for one's dog (or dogs, as he once joked).

NHTSA Opens Investigation Into 115,000 Teslas Over Faulty Suspension Complaints

In what appears to be continuing spillover from Tesla's recent contested recall of its Model S and Model X vehicles in China due to suspension issues, U.S regulators are now investigating the issue. The U.S. NHTSA announced on Friday it had opened an investigation into about 115,000 Tesla vehicles over front suspension safety issues, according to Reuters.

It said it would be looking into 2015 to 2017 Model S and 2017 to 2017 Model X vehicles after having received "43 complaints alleging failure of the left or right front suspension fore links".

Recall, Tesla had already issued a "service bulletin" in February 2017 warning about conditions that could cause the suspension to fail. Potential suspension issues with Tesla's Model S aren'5 news. Many issues regarding Tesla suspensions were discussed on Twitter and Reddit under the guise of Tesla vehicles having "whompy wheels" for the last few years.

In fact, as we noted last month, suspension issues are one of the oldest ongoing critiques involving Tesla's manufacturing (before Musk shattered Cybertruck windows live on stage, before Model 3s had dirt collect in their bumper and before Model Ys saw their roofs fly off). Legacy complaints involving suspension date back years, to Tesla's original run of Model S vehicles.

We pointed out that the Chinese had noticed the issue, resulting in Tesla having been forced into a recall of 30,000 Model S and Model X vehicles made for the Chinese market over suspension issues.

We also noted last month that a similar issue could affect up to 200,000 vehicles in the U.S. market.

The issue surrounds "a weakness in the Model S and Model X suspension that can lead to a cracked linkage after an impact."

Recall, as far back as 2016, we were reporting about an investigation into the suspension of Tesla vehicles. Back then the issue wasn't just the suspension themselves, but a potential coverup of the issue by Tesla:

Six US oil executives convicted in Venezuela on corruption charges

A Venezuelan court has found six American oil executives, known as the Citgo 6, guilty of a wide-ranging corruption scheme, immediately sentencing them to prison on Thursday.

The men all worked for Citgo, a US refining company owned by Venezuela’s state oil firm PDVSA. They were arrested in the capital Caracas three years ago after arriving there for a business meeting.

Citgo’s former president, Jose Angel Pereira, was sentenced to over 13 years in prison and given a $2 million fine. The others (all vice-presidents of the company at the time) – Gustavo Cárdenas, Jorge Toledo, Tomeu Vadell, Jose Luis Zambrano, and Alirio Jose Zambrano – received sentences of between eight and 10 years. They could be released on parole in a couple of years, defense lawyer Jesus Loreto said.

Five of those arrested are Venezuelan-Americans with roots in Texas and Louisiana, and one is a permanent US resident, according to media reports.

According to the Human Rights Watch, the group was accused of signing a deal that was “unfavorable” for Venezuela’s state oil firm. The men have denied any wrongdoing.

Alirio Rafael Zambrano, whose two brothers are among the defendants, said that they were “undeniably innocent” and victims of “judicial terrorism.” No evidence presented in the case supports a guilty conviction, he said, as quoted by the New York Times.

One of the lawyers, Maria Alejandra Poleo, said the case was "void of evidence,” adding: “Of course the defense will appeal the decision.”

Last week, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that Washington will continue to do the “utmost” to bring the men home. “The US government has repeatedly called for the unconditional release of the Citgo 6 and their return to the United States. These six Americans and their families have suffered long enough; it is time for [President] Maduro to put politics aside and let these families be reunited,” said Pompeo.

In 2019, Washington introduced sanctions against Venezuelan state oil firm PDVSA (which accounts for about 95 percent of the country’s export earnings) after recognizing opposition leader Juan Guaido as interim president.

Banned COVID Kits Come From CCP-Backed DNA Research Firm Endorsed By Obama/Biden

The Obama-Biden administration facilitated the expansion of Chinese Communist Party-linked BGI Genomics into the U.S., forcing the Trump administration’s Departments of State and Homeland Security to block states from using the firm’s coronavirus test kits.

The Obama administration allowed the Chinese firm to gain a foothold in the U.S. through its Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS), allowing BGI to acquire the California-based firm Complete Genomics.

The 2012 deal was highly controversial, seen by many as a national security threat as it granted a Chinese company access to the genetic data of millions of Americans. Any company in China – public or private – can be requisitioned by the Chinese Communist Party to “support, assist, and cooperate with state intelligence work.”

A recipient of Chinese government loans, BGI Genomics counts researchers affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party, hosts a Communist Party committee, collaborates with Huawei, and is a partner in the Genebank program, a collection of DNA sequences that describes itself as “approved and funded by the Chinese government.

And these concerns have re-emerged in response to the firm offering coronavirus test kits to states nationwide – market access made possible by Biden and Obama’s CFIUS greenlight.

Officials from the U.S. State Department and Department of Homeland Security were forced to warn authorities in Nevada to refuse using any of the 250,000 coronavirus test kits donated by BGI.

According to documents obtained by the Associated Press, the correspondence “illustrate how the U.S. government actively — if quietly — tried to keep the state out of a project involving the Chinese firm BGI Group.” These warnings “led the office of Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak in April to direct a Nevada hospital not to use any of the donated 250,000 test kits as officials turned down an offered laboratory deal.”

“U.S. intelligence agencies have warned that foreign powers like China could exploit samples to discover the medical history, illnesses or genetic traits of test takers” the report added.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, for example, has identified BGI as having “ties to the Chinese Government,” raising red flags about how the foreign regime could exploit its possession of Americans’ DNA material.

The Trump administration also moved to blacklist various subsidiaries of BGI in response to the firm collaborating with the Chinese Communist Party in repressing Uyghurs through genetic-based surveillance systems.

Wales announces new Covid restrictions as earlier gains from firebreak lockdown begin to ‘fray’

The Welsh First Minister has warned against complacency and introduced a new wave of measures to tackle rising Covid cases across the country, including the closure of indoor entertainment venues.

Speaking on Friday, Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford said the virus was “cruel and relentless” as he announced the closures of cinemas, bowling alleys and other indoor entertainment venues.

The new restrictions on the hospitality industry are due to kick in next Friday.

“Now I know just how hard the sector has worked to put in place measures to protect the public and I know this will be a worrying time for all working in the industry,” he said.

Drakeford said further details would be available on Monday and that the government would be working over the weekend to put together a financial package for the afflicted businesses.

He said he did not expect a return to the firebreak lockdown, which was implemented for 17 days over October and November, instead favouring targeted measures.

“We will focus these on places where we meet and where coronavirus thrives, drawing on the recent evidence from the UK SAGE group of experts about what interventions have had the biggest impact on the virus,” he added.

As Food Lines Grow, Gov’t Gives $140M in COVID Relief to Child Traffickers, Murderers, Rapists

When the politicians on taxpayer funded salaries sit around and discuss which businesses to keep open and which businesses to shut down, they never consider limiting their salaries or cutting their funding. They simply force people out of business and offer nothing in return. In states that do offer some relief to shuddered businesses, the programs fall far short of the mark for small business owners, enrich already large corporations, or as the following case illustrates, puts millions in the pockets of murders, rapists, and child traffickers — some of whom are on death row.

Scott Peterson, convicted of killing his wife and unborn son, Cary Stayner, convicted of murdering two woman and children, and Isauro Aguirre, convicted of torturing an 8-year-old girl to death, all have two things in common. The first thing they have in common is that they are all on death row in California prisons. The second thing these disgusting monsters have in common is that they, along with murderers, rapists, and human traffickers in 35 California prisons, received pandemic relief amounting to over $140 million.

The LA Times reported that this was “the most significant fraud on taxpayer funds in California history,” according to a letter obtained by The Times.

“It is a manifest problem that cannot be ignored, and the governor needs to take steps to address it,” said McGregor Scott, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of California.

Prosecutors told the Times that the fraud is entirely and easily preventable and they asked Gov. Newsom to step in and “turn off the spigot” of payments to incarcerated people. However, according to Sacramento County Dist. Atty. Anne Marie Schubert, who helped form and lead a task force on the issue, the Employment Development Department (EDD), seems unconcerned with the problem.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo accuses the Supreme Court of politicizing COVID-19 after it struck down his house of worship regulations

Pot, meet kettle

In a display of rich irony, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) accused the Supreme Court of playing politics with the novel coronavirus after it struck down his regulations that purported to severely limit the size of worship services in certain areas of the state.

Cuomo, whose regulations had previously withstood a series of legal challenges, responded to the Supreme Court's rebuke of his regulations by musing, "You have a different court, and I think that was the statement that the court was making. We know who [President Trump] appointed to the court. We know their ideology."

Of course, Cuomo's dismissal of the Supreme Court's decision largely ignores the fact that the Supreme Court struck down his regulations in a 5-4 ruling largely because it found that Cuomo's response to the novel coronavirus was based largely on politics, and not on science.

The court specifically noted that many non-religious activities have not been restricted (or have been differently restricted) by Gov. Cuomo's regulations for no apparent reason other than the fact that liberals enjoy to do them — and certainly not for any public health-related reason.

As the court's per curiam opinion noted, "It is hard to believe that admitting more than 10 people to a 1,000–seat church or 400-seat synagogue would create a more serious health risk than the many other activities that the State allows."

Justice Neil Gorsuch, writing in concurrence, sarcastically noted the somewhat obvious fact that, observing the state crackdown on Christians and Jews who assemble to peacefully worship while leaving liberal protesters completely unmolested, it is difficult to avoid the conclusion that the state's regulations were not based on science and public health (since a virus does not care why people gather), but rather on whether certain activities were favored or disfavored by the state's liberal governor.

Tech news site Protocol published a profile recently of Christine Su, the senior product manager for conversational safety at Twitter. Su’s approach to the platform’s censorship will focus on “transformative and procedural justice.”

Tech news site Protocol recently published an article titled “How a Young, Queer Asian-American Businesswoman is Rethinking User Safety at Twitter,” which profiles Christine Su, Twitter’s senior product manager for conversational safety. Su describes herself as an “activist-entrepreneur” who spent six-year running a startup called PastureMap that aimed to help ranchers plan climate-friendly grazing practices.

Protocol outlined Su’s aims at Twitter, writing:

A woman with an MBA and a master’s in land use and agriculture might seem like an odd choice, but she’s been interested in mission-driven tech work for years. It’s what drove her commitment to PastureMap and then her decision to join Twitter. “As a queer women of color who is an Asian American in tech in rural America, that experience is a very intersectional one. I’ve had plenty of experiences moving through spaces where I wanted more safety,” she said. After years of worrying for her sister’s safety (she’s a journalist covering sensitive topics in the Middle East and now China) as well as her own, Su knew she wanted to focus on building safety and inclusion for people who are the most vulnerable.

Transformative and procedural justice are the foundation of Su’s vision for a safer Twitter. The once radical concepts challenge the notion that we should just punish people who cause harm, instead offering an alternative: a pathway to repair the harm that has been done and to prevent its recurrence (transformative justice), and a set of fair rules that make harm rarer in the first place (procedural justice). Transformative justice has recently gained attention for its role in addressing sexual assault on college campuses, and a version of it has been adopted into the official legal system in New Zealand. Academics and activists have argued for years that the concepts could transform conflict resolution.

Su’s goals sit at the heart of what could become a very different Twitter one day, if — and it remains a very big conditional — the company is serious about the changes it’s been signaling over the last year. Women and people from marginalized groups have documented disproportionate levels of abuse and harassment on the platform for years, and, until recently, Twitter did little to change that. Its content rules stayed stagnant, and time and again, people reported incidences when abuse went ignored and harassment continued unabated. But Twitter has bowed to recent political pressure, expressing clear interest in stricter rules for what people are allowed to do and say.

Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has declared, “Now we take Georgia, and then we change America.” Now failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams is leading an effort to win both seats, teaming with a group of Hollywood entertainers, including NBC’s The Voice star and singer John Legend and actor-rapper Common for a “Rock the Runoff” get out the vote concert.

Stacey Abrams, who lost her 2018 election by more than 50,000 votes and refused to concede, will be joined by Legend and Common, and others for a December 3 concert to raise money for the two Democrat candidates for U.S. Senate that face a runoff election on January 5.

Two Democrats are vying to win seats in the U.S. Senate, and if they do, the balance of power in the upper chamber will switch from GOP control to the Democrats. Democrat Raphael Warnock faces incumbent Republican Kelly Loeffler, while Democrat Jon Ossoff is challenging siting Republican Senator David Perdue.

The streaming event is sponsored by the Fair Fight PAC, a money-raising political action committee that Abrams started after losing her bid to become governor of Georgia. Abrams claims to have started her PAC to “mitigate voter suppression.”

Tickets for the online concert range from a “grassroots” cost of $5 to a “host” level of $25,000. Tickets are ostensibly open for purchase only to U.S. citizens in compliance with U.S. election laws. Also performing in the virtual concert is Earthgang, Ben Gibbard of Death Cab For Cutie, and the Indigo Girls. Others may be announced later.

Abrams and her retinue of entertainers are far from Hollywood’s only denizens trying to cajole Georgia voters into electing the Ossoff and Warnock. Hollywood elites including Mandy Moore, Alyssa Milano, John Cusack, Jon Cryer, Kerry Washington, and others have begun raising money and advocating for the leftist Senate candidates in Georgia.

Some celebs, such as Debra Messing, even joined phone banking efforts to get these two Democrats elected.

Govt Scientist: Kissing Grandma at Christmas Could Deliver ‘Deadly Dose’ of Coronavirus

More government scientists have sought to frighten Britons over the prospect of getting too close to their loved ones at Christmas, including telling people that kissing their grandparents could deliver “a deadly dose” of coronavirus.

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Boris Johnson confirmed that restrictions will be relaxed for five days over the holiday period so that Britons may enjoy family Christmases. However, multiple rules have been attached to the festivities, namely related to the order that no more than three families can interact in a “Christmas bubble” during that time.

The announcement was followed by Professor Andrew Hayward on the government’s Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) saying that spending Christmas together will lead to a third coronavirus wave and deaths.

While Peter Openshaw from the New and Emerging Respiratory Virus Threats Advisory Group said on Wednesday, according to The Times, that Britons should “meet outdoors if possible”, a suggestion not far off from the World Health Organization which said that people should gather for picnics in the park on Christmas day.

Openshaw also made the alarming statement that “kissing your grandparents may be delivering a deadly dose of the virus”.

“Be pleased to see them but keep a safe distance,” he said, echoing Health Secretary Matt Hancock who appeared to suggest last week that families should not even be hugging one another.

SAGE’s Graham Medley also said that people should socialise outside and even suggested “opening all the windows” in December when having family around. However, Medley made the dire assessment that that would only halve the risk of transmission, saying that if “a lot of people” take the “risk” of enjoying a family Christmas, then it may result in another lockdown in January.

The UK is set to come out of its second lockdown on December 2nd, but the country was informed that regional tiered restrictions would come back into force immediately afterwards. On Thursday, the government released the tiers, with significant parts of the country from the north to the south under the strictest level, Tier 3. Just Cornwall in western England, the Isles of Scilly off the Cornish coast, and the Isle of Wight in the south are in the lowest, Tier 1.

With some 99 per cent of England in the top two tiers, Brexit leader Nigel Farage predicted public rebellion, saying: “This is lockdown in all but name. I think that mass rulebreaking is coming.”

U.N. Seeks ‘New Social Norms,’ Declares Itself a ‘Trusted’ Coronavirus News Source

The United Nations has joined the World Economic Forum (WEF) to announce a global coronavirus news service, declaring the time has come for “new social norms” that seek out and correct “wrong” information.

Observing that social media is a mechanism for driving opinion on a host of issues, the two globalist organizations announced Thursday they want to “combat dangerous misinformation.”

“When COVID-19 emerged, it was clear from the outset this was not just a public health emergency, but a communications crisis as well,” Melissa Fleming, chief of global communications for the United Nations, said.

“We’re trying to create this new social norm called ‘pause – take care before you share’,” Fleming continued. “We’re equipping people, through this new social norm, with a bit of ‘information scepticism’.”

The U.N. is also encouraging social media influencers to help spread what it selects as “real news about the pandemic,” recruiting them in their tens of thousands to spread the digital messages the U.N. itself has deemed necessary.

“So far, we’ve recruited 110,000 information volunteers, and we equip these information volunteers with the kind of knowledge about how misinformation spreads and ask them to serve as kind of ‘digital first-responders’ in those spaces where misinformation travels,” Fleming said.

U.N. chief Antonio Guterres is pleased to enter the global information age and seek out “wrong think.”

Based on my review, there is easily enough identifiable fraud in this year’s election to have it overturned in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and probably many other states.

Despite Big Media promoting a group of ‘experts’ claiming this was ‘the most secure election ever‘, the real evidence indicates a totally different story. The fraud in this year’s election will be cause to overturn the currently reported election results.

So here’s why I am saying this

Let’s start from the top. The Trump team doesn’t have to produce evidence “beyond a reasonable doubt” concerning unprecedented fraud in this year’s campaign. Complaints such as those filed by the President and his team, only need to show a “preponderance of the evidence”. This is the absolute LOWEST burden of proof, sometimes called the 51-49 standard, or the “balance of probabilities” standard.

The Three Burdens of Proof, (or standards as they can be referred to) are as follows:

Beyond a reasonable doubt: The highest standard the law imposes. …

Clear and convincing evidence: An elevated standard that requires a judge or jury to have substantial assurance that the allegations are correct.

Preponderance of the evidence: The lowest standard.

The Trump team only has to prove a preponderance of evidence to win his cases.

The Overall Picture

According to our records President Trump entertained 1.1 Million supporters at events from Labor Day till the election. Joe Biden entertained less than 2,000! Trump’s events this year were even bigger than 2016 and he contracted COVID which kept him home for a couple weeks. Trump absolutely crushed Biden in rallies – it was as if Biden knew he didn’t need to campaign.
