'New affidavit notes 'historically strange' surge in incomplete Nevada voter registrations

A data scientist testifies that thousands of Nevadans listed casinos and temporary RV parks as their 'homes'

A recent analysis of the votes in Nevada cast in the 2020 presidential election is showing an inexplicable jump in problematic voter registrations. The analysis will likely give the Trump campaign another legal path to challenge Joe Biden's victory in the battleground state.

 

In an affidavit filed by Republicans challenging the results of the election, a data scientist testifies that she found a surge of incomplete voter registrations, in addition to voter registrations listing casinos and RV parks as the "home or mailing addresses" of the individuals registering. The faulty voter registrations come from the congressional district that covers most of Clark County, Nevada, of which Las Vegas is the county seat.

 

Dorothy Morgan, the data scientist in the affidavit, said that she observed a "historically strange" surge in voter registrations that were missing the sex and age of the voter. When those pieces of information are left blank, it is impossible for a poll worker to verify a voter's identity.

 

In 2016, Morgan said that she saw 68 voter registrations of the sort described above. In 2020, she says she saw more than 13,000 – 74% of which were submitted between July and September of this year.

 

In the affidavit, which was originally provided to the Washington Examiner, Morgan wrote, "This investigation found over 13K voters whose voter registration information revealed no sex or date of birth. Not only does this mean we cannot verify whether these voters are old enough to vote, it is also historically strange: While one does not expect voter registration information to be perfect, it is very strange that there were very, very few of these kinds of imperfect records with missing or invalid information until this year – when there are 13,372 of them."

 

"I have also identified dozens of voters who listed as their home or mailing addresses a temporary RV park and casino," she continued.

 

In an interview she said that what "I saw is that you have a handful of people and then all of a sudden you have 13,000 people making that error in 2020, and that's just, that's not right."

 

The affidavit was filed on behalf of Dan Rodimer, who lost his congressional election to Rep. Susie Lee in Nevada's Third Congressional District. Rodimer lost by a margin of about 13,000 votes – though, a judge dismissed Rodimer's case this week.

 

President Trump's campaign continues to find evidence of problematic ballots and voting patterns in Nevada. Campaign attorneys were recently granted a December 3 hearing to present key pieces of evidence, as well as more than a dozen depositions.

Trump says Twitter censorship is a national security issue

 

President Trump took aim at Twitter late Thursday, saying it was putting out false trends, censoring Republican lawmakers and creating a matter of national security.

 

He called for Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which provides a legal shield for publishers on third-party content, to be terminated.

Florida Walmart evacuated after Black Friday parking lot fire

 

A Walmart in Brooksville, Florida was evacuated just minutes after opening its doors on Black Friday after a tractor-trailer in the store's parking lot burst into flames, police said.

 

The blaze began just after 5 a.m. in a tractor-trailer near the Cortez Boulevard store, according to the Hernando County Sheriff's Office.

 

A deputy who was already stationed at the superstore heard an explosion at the western end of the facility, according to a statement from the sheriff's office.

 

After rushing to the scene and checking the three parked tractor-trailers for people, the deputy was able to help the only occupant to safety. The fire appeared to have originated in one of the trailers, then spread to the neighboring two as fire crews arrived at the scene.

 

The store, which was evacuated, has since reopened after fire crews were able to extinguish the blaze, according to an update from the Sheriff's Office at 8 a.m.

 

Nobody was injured in the explosion and ensuing fire. The Sheriff's Office said it was still working to determine the cause.

Current Actual Election Result Update: President Trump Has 13 Paths to Win 2020 Election — Biden Has Only 10 Paths to Win

 

Based on actual results and accounting for states currently not called, still counting, recounting, under investigation or audit, or states with election issues now in the courts, President Trump is winning the 2020 Presidential Election.

 

Here is what we currently know in reference to the 2020 Presidential election. A number of states have been called but a number are still in question. Here is a list of those in question.

 

Pennsylvania – perhaps no state in US history was involved in more fraud during an election than Pennsylvania this year. The state is run by corrupt Democrats who already claim Biden is the winner. But Rudy Giuliani a couple days ago visited the state and went through the plethora of fraud involved in the 2020 election. There is no way an honest person would claim that the current results there are legit after watching that hearing. Giuliani has a case moving forward through the courts which will reverse hundreds of thousands of votes in the state which were counted illegally. This case is ongoing. Once the case is heard in front of a just court, Trump will win Pennsylvania.

 

Wisconsin – this state as well now shows Biden in the lead but early in the morning after the election more than 100,000 votes magically appeared in Milwaukee. A recount is ongoing. In addition there is a lawsuit alleging more than 100,000 votes were illegitimate that went for Biden. This court case is ongoing as well. The current lead for Biden is only 20,000. The recount or the court case will likely end in this state landing in the Trump column.

 

Michigan – this state is also full of fraud. Democrat leaders here did all they could to steal the election for Biden. Like Wisconsin, there were over 100,000 votes dumped in Detroit on election night and the lead here was stolen from Trump as a result. On Wednesday night Sidney Powell filed a complaint against the corrupt Democrats running the state. This case is ongoing. Once the illegal votes are eliminated President Trump has a very good chance of winning this state as well.

 

Georgia – this state too has much fraud. The President was winning this state on election night by 100,000 votes. But then the counting in Atlanta abruptly stopped due to a water main break at the center where votes were being counted. The water main break never happened along with a free and fair election in the state. After the election, a program was put in place to basically harvest a number of ballots to give Biden the lead which currently stands at around 13,000. There are two cases now in the courts, one initiated by Lin Wood and another by Sidney Powell on Wednesday night. When brought in front of a just court Trump will win this state.

 

Nevada – there is much fraud here as well. Signatures were not verified on hundreds of thousands of votes. It is likely that President Trump will win this state if any of the ineligible votes are eliminated here as well. There are cases outstanding in Nevada as well. Biden currently leads by 34,000.

 

Arizona – no one knows what the hell is going on there. Due to the delays in counting and recording a winner, it is likely this state is being stolen from President Trump as well. What a mess. Biden currently leads by 11,000 votes.

 

When accounting for the above states with cases in the courts, the President Trump is leading Joe Biden with 232 electoral college votes to 227 for Biden.

Kristopher Sean Matthews, 34, of South Carolina has plead guilty to a terror charge for plotting to bomb or shoot up sites including the White House and Trump Tower, reportedly inspired by ISIS, according to federal authorities.

In a hearing before a U.S. magistrate judge in San Antonio, Matthews plead guilty to a conspiracy charge to provide material support to the Islamic State group.

 

Matthews acknowledged that since May 2019, he had conspired with Jaylyn Christopher Molina, 22, of Cost, Texas, to share information on the bomb making process for the purposes of domestic and foreign attacks on behalf of ISIS. Matthews also admitted that the two had conspired to radicalize and recruit other individuals to support the Islamic militant organization.

 

Molina and Matthews were both indicted by a grand jury on October 14, each for one count of conspiracy to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization and one count of providing material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization. When he is sentenced on March 4, Matthews, who remains in federal custody, faces up to 20 years in federal prison. Molina, who is also in federal custody, faces up to 40 years in federal prison if convicted.

Medical records of Brazilian PRESIDENT among 16 million Covid-19 patients EXPOSED after passwords published online – report

 

Personal data of some 16 million Brazilians, including their medical records, was reportedly left exposed for almost a month after a data scientist published passwords for government Covid-19 databases.

 

A Brazilian newspaper reported that it managed to access the medical records of President Jair Bolsonaro, his family members, seven ministers, including Health Minister Eduardo Pazuello, 17 governors and other high profile figures.

 

The records were stored in two databases listing people with suspected or confirmed Covid-19 infections and those admitted to hospitals for treatment, the newspaper Estadao said. There were entries for some 16 million Brazilians in them, and they contained some highly sensitive information, including personal details, pre-existing conditions like cancer or HIV, prescribed drugs or even which hospital floor a patient could have been found.

 

This trove was exposed by a single data scientist, who published a list of logins and passwords necessary to access the databases on his personal page on the computer code repository GitHub. The newspaper said it was tipped off about the existence of the breach and verified the authenticity of the access credentials. The passwords were leaked on October 28 and removed only after Estado started digging into the security breach.

 

The person responsible for the leak was identified as an employee of the Albert Einstein Hospital in the city of Sao Paulo. He told the newspaper he uploaded the spreadsheet while working on a computer modeling project and forgot to remove it. The passwords have since been changed by the authorities.

 

The health ministry and the hospital promised a thorough investigation into the leak, but said it apparently happened due to a human error rather than a design flaw in their systems. It was not immediately clear why such sensitive databases seem to be protected only by passwords and didn't use some form of multiple-factor verification. More robust systems require additional information before giving users access, for example, a short code texted to a person's phone when they attempt to log in.

Portland Rioters Cause Thousands Of Dollars In Damage On Thanksgiving Night

 

Rioters in Oregon’s largest city on Thanksgiving caused thousands of dollars in damage, authorities said.

 

A group of people dressed in black clothing were witnessed smashing windows along Hawthorne Street in the early hours of Nov. 26, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

 

Officers canvassed the area and found that damage had been inflicted upon at least 10 businesses in the area.

 

“Some of the damage was sufficient to provide access to the interior of retail stores so officers contacted responsible parties and stood by while contractors or employees boarded up windows. Grocery stores, banks, an auto service center, a package distribution and mailing center, and local business storefronts were damaged,” the bureau said in an incident summary.

 

A New Seasons Market, a Chase Bank, and Portland Cider House were among the businesses that were damaged, photographs and video footage showed. Multiple Antifa logos were sprayed with paint onto the buildings.

 

Three people were arrested: Chester Hester, 24; Nicole Noriega, 38; and Bailey Willack, 23. They were each charged with 10 counts of first-degree criminal mischief.

 

According to Andy Ngo, a reporter who is an expert on the far-left Antifa network, Willack is a member of the network.

 

Police said another adult was found with a semi-automatic pistol. That person, who was not named, was referred to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office.

Pope Francis has written a piece in the New York Times, calling on humanity to find a way to become better after the Covid-19 pandemic. Left-leaning Twitter users have alleged it’s a reply to the Supreme Court’s latest decision.

 

In the article, published on Thursday, the head of the Catholic Church shared with New York Times readers his hope that the highly visible coronavirus health crisis will awaken the people to other crises that they have been ignoring: hunger, violence and climate change. Then, he says, maybe we can rediscover our interconnectedness, overcome the traps of individualism and consumerism, and forge “a better, different, human future.”

 

But many seem to have interpreted it as a well-timed commentary on the political situation in the US – in particular, the ruling of the US Supreme Court late on Wednesday which put religious freedom ahead of Covid-19 restrictions.

 

The 5-4 decision temporarily blocked New York rules restricting religious gatherings, which were passed in October. They were challenged by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn and Orthodox Jewish congregation Agudath Israel, which complained that the restrictions were less severe for some secular institutions. Justice Amy Coney Barrett played a key part in the decision, considering that the Supreme Court ruled in the opposite direction in a similar case which was reviewed while late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was still in office.

A Republican poll observer from Pennsylvania’s Delaware County told a Senate GOP Policy Committee hearing in Gettysburg on Nov. 25 that he witnessed a range of Election Day irregularities, including 47 USB cards that went missing.

 

Greg Stenstrom, who, besides being a poll watcher, said he’s an expert in security fraud, told the hearing that he witnessed a number of chain-of-custody violations, including around mail-in ballots, the balance of votes from drop boxes, and the handling of USB card flash drives—all of which he said broke rules defined by the Delaware County Board of Elections and the election process review.

 

“They didn’t follow one,” Stenstrom said. “It shocked me that this could happen.”

 

He described witnessing a situation in which data on USB cards was uploaded to voting machines by a warehouse supervisor without being observed by a poll watcher, which he said he saw happen at least 24 times.

 

“He’s walking in with baggies, which we have pictures of and that were submitted in our affidavits,” Stenstrom said, adding that Democratic poll watchers also witnessed this occurrence.

 

Stenstrom said he was told by an attorney that it’s normal for several USB cards to be left in machines and then brought back by the warehouse manager for input into tally systems. He added that when he later raised the issue with U.S. Attorney William McSwain and some law enforcement officers, he was told it is unusual for more than two drives to be left in voting machines.

 

He said he was later told that “these 24 to 30 cards that were uploaded” were unaccounted for, adding that “as of today, 47 USB v-cards are missing.”

 

“People ask me all the time, how do people commit crimes? I know there’s a lot of theories here. And I always look for the simplest thing. People that stick USB sticks in, putting ballots in—a very simple thing. Only takes a couple of people, doesn’t take a big conspiracy,” he said.

 

“As a forensic computer scientist, my interest is in the data—where did it go? Where did the spoilage go? How did the data come in and go out of the system?” he said.

 

He called for an audit.

Anons - I've been praying on how to move into this next phase where we have to help awaken those around us who have been sleeping. I'm struggling with preparing myself to be compassionate. I want to twist the knife instead. The time is coming very soon. Could use a little autist/anon wisdom here.

 

Clearly the perpetrators of all this need justice, and they will receive it. In trying to follow the path of light, I don't know how easy it will be to quell feelings of delight. Justice delivered should provide a sense of satisfaction in it's own right. I worry that I will thoroughly enjoy watching them go down, not out of a sense of justice, but as a result of the rage and hatred that has been building up in my spirit for many years, and watching them suffer. I don't want to admit this to myself, but I know I will not be able to find it within my heart to pray for these evil ones.

 

And what I'm really worried about is my inability to forgive those around me who were not involved in the crimes, but who listened to fake news, derided our POTUS, ridiculed deplorable, mocked us as conspiracy theorists, jumped on the BLM bandwagon, called us racist/stupid/insane. Many are people who I at one time cared for, even loved. I am trying to find forgiveness in my heart, and I know Q has instructed us to reach out to them and help them through what is coming. I just don't know if I can.

I work for a company named Appen. We are a 3rd party freelance contract company. A few years ago facebook approached us with an offer. He couldn’t legally censor people on his platform because he plead to congress that he was an open forum. So, he uses several 3rd party companies to Fact Check, and otherwise censor, information.

Justin Trudeau has been taking action in Canada, China, and America, to prepare us for the Great Reset, and by us, I refer to civilians. Part of this process is to work with Zuckerburg and Dorsey to restrict the flow of information, and to push the statutes of the Reset into peoples minds, repetition is the key here.

We coordinate our efforts with a company in India, from our base in Canada, to provide our censorship services to Facebook. A lot of this information, you probably already guessed. But here’s what you might not have known

We have specific directives on what to fact check and how to fact check. I’m going to list off a couple of these directives:

First off, primarily conservative and right leaning posts on twitter and facebook make it to our service.

Left leaning posts are to be ignored and never manually flagged, it doesnt matter if it violates ToS or even federal law. If facebook gets in trouble they blame us, and they can’t do anything because we’re not based in America, so we give the government the run around and nothing can be done. It’s worked so far.

Zuckerburg created a program that feeds posts automatically into our service, it analyzes content in posts, searching for common images and lines of text, and if it matches any of our guidelines it gets automatically flagged and entered into our system to be Fact Checked. So we don’t just go looking for conservative posts, Zuckerburg sends them to us with his automatic program.

4)If there are multiple ideas in a conservative post, only 1 of them needs to be potentially disputable. We are to flag an entire article as disputed/false/discredited/untrue/etc even if theres only 1 idea thats not completely confirmed.

Even ideas that are confirmed, don’t matter unless its a left leaning idea. What this translates to is as long as we all push the same idea, what we say becomes truth. That’s standard psychology, and American’s are the easiest to manipulate with this. The only thing making it difficult is their Freedoms that are not common in most countries around the world, which forces us to deal with America in a different way.

Pennsylvania Poll Watcher Describes Election Irregularities, Including 47 Missing USB Cards

Stenstrom also said that it recently emerged that “virtually all chain of custody logs, records, yellow sheets, everything was gone” in Delaware County.

 

“They had a signing party where they sat down and coworkers were invited back to recreate those logs,” he said. “And our understanding as of today was that they were unsuccessful in getting them all.”

 

He said the situation is that there are up to 120,000 ballots that remain “in question.”

 

“There’s no cure for this, no remedy for this,” he said. “I don’t believe, as a citizen and an observer to this, that anybody could certify that vote in good conscience.”

 

At the same hearing, President Donald Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani said that the type of election irregularities that witnesses described in Pennsylvania also occurred in other battleground states.

 

“What we’re going to describe to you, with these witnesses, happened in roughly the same way in Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Georgia—the primary device was mail-in ballots,” Giuliani said, characterizing the election in Pennsylvania as a “sham.”

 

“We don’t want to disenfranchise anyone. We want to disqualify 672,000 votes so 72 million people are not disenfranchised,” Giuliani said. “Because that’s what happened by the cheating that went on here.”

 

The former New York City mayor also suggested to Pennsylvania Republican state senators that they have the power to vote and choose their own electors, saying that the Constitution stipulates that state legislators have the authority to nullify a state’s electors and can send their own to the Electoral College. Pennsylvania’s House and Senate are both controlled by Republicans. The Electoral College meets on Dec. 14.

 

Pennsylvania Senate Democrats, in response to the GOP hearing, said Giuliani is “[peddling] unsubstantiated voter fraud claims in any place that will have him” and won’t accept the “loss with grace or a modicum of dignity.”

 

On Nov 24, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, announced that the results of the election were certified by the Secretary of State’s office. Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Michigan’s Board of Canvassers also certified their elections, although legal challenges are pending.

 

However, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough on Nov. 25 ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race. She also blocked the certification of all the other election results.

 

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, a Democrat, said she has seen no evidence of voter fraud or mass irregularities that would overturn the election results in the state, which show that Biden leads Trump by about 80,000 votes. Election officials in other states where the results are being challenged have echoed those claims.

China to charge 12 anti-government protesters caught fleeing Hong Kong in speedboat

 

Chinese authorities have announced that they will formally charge 12 anti-government protesters with border violations after they were arrested trying to flee Hong Kong in a speedboat three months ago.

 

Officials in Shenzhen’s Yantian district stated on Friday that “The investigation of 12 Hong Kong people who were found unlawfully crossing the border has ended,” allowing the court case to proceed.

 

The individuals have been held incommunicado in Shenzhen’s Yantian Detention Center since August 23, accused of unlawfully crossing the border and organizing an illegal border crossing, crimes that could see them sentenced to up to seven years in prison.

 

However, they are potentially facing a more significant charge of being separatists, which, in certain cases, can result in the death penalty.

 

A relative of one of the individuals detained has claimed that the legal process the detainees have been put through is not fair. Human Rights Watch claims that Chinese authorities have threatened the careers of lawyers who were hired by the families of the defendants, instead asking them to choose from a list of approved legal representatives.

 

The lawyer provided to the group by Chinese authorities has passed on letters to family members that claim conditions in the prison are good and they are being treated well, but family members have raised questions about whether the praise is genuine and the information accurate.

 

The 12 accused, aged 17 to 33, include activist Andy Li, who was arrested under Hong Kong’s new national security law for “colluding with foreign elements” about a fortnight before the attempted escape and was out on bail. The group was reportedly attempting to flee to Taiwan.

Brazil's Bolsonaro Says He Won't Take Coronavirus Vaccine

 

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro said late this week that under no circumstances would he ever take a coronavirus vaccine - especially not a Chinese-made jab.

 

The right-wing leader has repeatedly warned his countrymen that Chinese vaccines are dangerous and should be avoided. A few weeks ago, Brazil temporarily halted trials for the Chinese-made vaccine produced Sinovac. Still, Bolsonaro was furious when the trial was allowed to resume less than 48 hours later. Sao Paolo has already agreed to start importing millions of doses of Sinovac's jab, despite resistance from Bolsonaro.

 

Now, Reuters reports, Bolsonaro said Thursday evening in a public statement broadcast across multiple social media channels that he would not take the COVID vaccine, the latest in a series of statements he has made expressing skepticism toward certain vaccination programs. In statements broadcast live over multiple social media platforms, Bolsonaroadded that Congress was unlikely to require Brazilians to take a vaccine.

 

"I’m telling you, I’m not going to take it. It’s my right," he said.

 

Brazil has the second highest number of coronavirus deaths in the world, and it's also far and away the worst hit country in Latin America.

 

Bolsonaro has for months played down the seriousness of the pandemic despite having been infected with the virus in July. Bolsonaro also expressed skepticism over the effectiveness of wearing masks during his speech, implying there was little conclusive evidence of the effectiveness of masks.

 

The president has joked that Brazilians needn't worry about being forced to receive the jab, since the president doesn't intend to make receiving a jab mandatory - except for one's dog (or dogs, as he once joked).

Curious what anons think about stock markets..

 

Here are some things I’ve been pondering:

 

Bearish things include: potential low Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales, potential gov shutdown around dec 12 if (congress sits on their hands again), dec 26 potentially 12m people on unemployment could lose their unemployment if no extensions, election is contested and there may be a shitstorm in the media about it in the coming weeks, stuff going on in Middle East in the news.

 

Bullish things include: vaccine rollout soon, possible further stimulus deal, Trump winning in court and being called the winner of the election.

 

Bullish technical(?): I noticed Bitcoin was up to about 20k recently and has slumped down to about 16k. Dec 15 2017 it had a similar run then sell off and contrarily the Dow had a surge upward during that drop. Not sure if there was a correlation there or not. I’m inclined to believe that many investors liquidated Bitcoin profits during that sell off in dec 2017 and instead moved into the stock market. I wonder if such a move is happening now again or not.

 

Bearish technical (?): Dow broke all time high, may signal resistance and spark downtrend. Many tech stonks overbought.

NHTSA Opens Investigation Into 115,000 Teslas Over Faulty Suspension Complaints

 

In what appears to be continuing spillover from Tesla's recent contested recall of its Model S and Model X vehicles in China due to suspension issues, U.S regulators are now investigating the issue. The U.S. NHTSA announced on Friday it had opened an investigation into about 115,000 Tesla vehicles over front suspension safety issues, according to Reuters.

 

It said it would be looking into 2015 to 2017 Model S and 2017 to 2017 Model X vehicles after having received "43 complaints alleging failure of the left or right front suspension fore links".

 

Recall, Tesla had already issued a "service bulletin" in February 2017 warning about conditions that could cause the suspension to fail. Potential suspension issues with Tesla's Model S aren'5 news. Many issues regarding Tesla suspensions were discussed on Twitter and Reddit under the guise of Tesla vehicles having "whompy wheels" for the last few years.

 

In fact, as we noted last month, suspension issues are one of the oldest ongoing critiques involving Tesla's manufacturing (before Musk shattered Cybertruck windows live on stage, before Model 3s had dirt collect in their bumper and before Model Ys saw their roofs fly off). Legacy complaints involving suspension date back years, to Tesla's original run of Model S vehicles.

 

We pointed out that the Chinese had noticed the issue, resulting in Tesla having been forced into a recall of 30,000 Model S and Model X vehicles made for the Chinese market over suspension issues.

 

We also noted last month that a similar issue could affect up to 200,000 vehicles in the U.S. market.

 

The issue surrounds "a weakness in the Model S and Model X suspension that can lead to a cracked linkage after an impact."

 

Recall, as far back as 2016, we were reporting about an investigation into the suspension of Tesla vehicles. Back then the issue wasn't just the suspension themselves, but a potential coverup of the issue by Tesla:

 

As the website notes, "where Tesla crosses the line here is not the “crime” itself, but the coverup. If Tesla used a TSB rather than a recall to fix a safety problem, if it has an institutional bias against ordering recalls and if it uses NDAs as a matter of course to prevent owners from reporting defects, this could become the biggest auto safety scandal since the GM ignition switch affair. That’s a lot of “ifs,” but thus far the evidence indicates that these are very real possibilities. Watch this space for further developments in this troubling story."

Pentagon Purges Leading Advisors From Defense Policy Board – Jaweb

Several members of the top federal advisory committee to the U.S. Department of Defense have been suddenly pushed out, multiple U.S. officials told Foreign Policy, in what appears to be the outgoing Trump administration’s parting shot at scions of the foreign-policy establishment.

 

The directive, which the Pentagon’s White House liaison Joshua Whitehouse sent on Wednesday afternoon, removes 11 high-profile advisors from the Defense Policy Board, including former Secretaries of State Henry Kissinger and Madeleine Albright; retired Adm. Gary Roughead, who served as chief of naval operations; and a onetime ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, Jane Harman. Rudy De Leon, a former chief operating officer at the Pentagon once considered by then-Defense Secretary James Mattis for a high-level policy role, will also be ousted.

 

Also booted in today’s sweep of the board, which is effective immediately, were former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor and David McCormick, a former Treasury Department undersecretary during the George W. Bush administration. Both had been added to the board by former Mattis in 2017. Jamie Gorelick, a Clinton administration deputy attorney general; Robert Joseph, a chief U.S. nuclear negotiator who convinced Libya to give up weapons of mass destruction; former Bush Deputy National Security Advisor J.D. Crouch II; and Franklin Miller, a former top defense official, have also been removed.

 

This story is based on interviews with three current and former officials. The Defense Department did not immediately respond to request for comment.

The board, overseen by the Pentagon’s top policy official, the undersecretary of defense for policy, serves as a kind of in-house think tank on retainer for top military leaders, providing independent counsel and advice on defense policy. The Defense Policy Board includes former top military brass, secretaries of state, members of Congress, and other senior diplomats and foreign-policy experts. The status of two other members of the panel—or who would replace the ousted members—was not immediately clear.

Officials said that the Trump administration had long tried to remake the board with figures seen as loyal to the president—and outside of the Washington establishment—but had received pushback from recently ousted Defense Secretary Mark Esper and acting Undersecretary of Defense for Policy James Anderson, who sought to keep the board in place to allow for policy continuity. Both Esper and Anderson were removed earlier this month in a purge of Pentagon officials.

The White House had sought to add Scott O’Grady, a former Air Force fighter pilot shot down over Bosnia, to the board to prepare him to be nominated for a top Pentagon position, as well as former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, a close ally of President Donald Trump. The administration had also vetoed adding retired Adm. The meeting included briefings from the CIA, the Pentagon’s Office of Net Assessment, and other senior Pentagon policy officials.

 

The composition of the board has faced scrutiny from some Republican foreign-policy analysts, who say the current members do not accurately reflect the views of the administration, including its hard-line views toward China, as the Washington Times reported in October. Given the criticism, it is unclear why the White House waited until the final months of Trump’s tenure in the Oval Office to make changes to the Defense Policy Board.

Some members of the board, including Roughead, Albright, and Harman, were added to the board during the Obama administration in 2011.

The move follows a recent decision by Whitehouse, the liaison officer, to begin political-style vetting of nonpolitical experts and employees on loan from think tanks, an effort that had only extended to political appointees in the past.

Richard Engel and Robert Windrem of NBC quote Mohammad Javad Larijani, a senior aide to Iran's spiritual leader Ali Khamenei, as asserting that Israel's secret service, Mossad, trained MEK members. He claimed that in one case it built a replica of a nuclear scientist's house so that the killers would be familiar with it. His information largely came from the interrogation of a would-be assassin detained in Iran in 2010. Larijani said that Mossad worked through the MEK because "Israel does not have direct access to our society. [The MEK], being Iranian and being part of Iranian society, they have … a good number of places… to get into touch with people."

Six US oil executives convicted in Venezuela on corruption charges

 

A Venezuelan court has found six American oil executives, known as the Citgo 6, guilty of a wide-ranging corruption scheme, immediately sentencing them to prison on Thursday.

 

The men all worked for Citgo, a US refining company owned by Venezuela’s state oil firm PDVSA. They were arrested in the capital Caracas three years ago after arriving there for a business meeting.

 

Citgo’s former president, Jose Angel Pereira, was sentenced to over 13 years in prison and given a $2 million fine. The others (all vice-presidents of the company at the time) – Gustavo Cárdenas, Jorge Toledo, Tomeu Vadell, Jose Luis Zambrano, and Alirio Jose Zambrano – received sentences of between eight and 10 years. They could be released on parole in a couple of years, defense lawyer Jesus Loreto said.

 

Five of those arrested are Venezuelan-Americans with roots in Texas and Louisiana, and one is a permanent US resident, according to media reports.

 

According to the Human Rights Watch, the group was accused of signing a deal that was “unfavorable” for Venezuela’s state oil firm. The men have denied any wrongdoing.

 

Alirio Rafael Zambrano, whose two brothers are among the defendants, said that they were “undeniably innocent” and victims of “judicial terrorism.” No evidence presented in the case supports a guilty conviction, he said, as quoted by the New York Times.

 

One of the lawyers, Maria Alejandra Poleo, said the case was "void of evidence,” adding: “Of course the defense will appeal the decision.”

 

Last week, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that Washington will continue to do the “utmost” to bring the men home. “The US government has repeatedly called for the unconditional release of the Citgo 6 and their return to the United States. These six Americans and their families have suffered long enough; it is time for [President] Maduro to put politics aside and let these families be reunited,” said Pompeo.

 

In 2019, Washington introduced sanctions against Venezuelan state oil firm PDVSA (which accounts for about 95 percent of the country’s export earnings) after recognizing opposition leader Juan Guaido as interim president.

Officials from the U.S. State Department and Department of Homeland Security were forced to warn authorities in Nevada to refuse using any of the 250,000 coronavirus test kits donated by BGI.

 

According to documents obtained by the Associated Press, the correspondence “illustrate how the U.S. government actively — if quietly — tried to keep the state out of a project involving the Chinese firm BGI Group.” These warnings “led the office of Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak in April to direct a Nevada hospital not to use any of the donated 250,000 test kits as officials turned down an offered laboratory deal.”

 

“U.S. intelligence agencies have warned that foreign powers like China could exploit samples to discover the medical history, illnesses or genetic traits of test takers” the report added.

 

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, for example, has identified BGI as having “ties to the Chinese Government,” raising red flags about how the foreign regime could exploit its possession of Americans’ DNA material.

 

The Trump administration also moved to blacklist various subsidiaries of BGI in response to the firm collaborating with the Chinese Communist Party in repressing Uyghurs through genetic-based surveillance systems.

Wales announces new Covid restrictions as earlier gains from firebreak lockdown begin to ‘fray’

 

The Welsh First Minister has warned against complacency and introduced a new wave of measures to tackle rising Covid cases across the country, including the closure of indoor entertainment venues.

 

Speaking on Friday, Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford said the virus was “cruel and relentless” as he announced the closures of cinemas, bowling alleys and other indoor entertainment venues.

“We will focus these on places where we meet and where coronavirus thrives, drawing on the recent evidence from the UK SAGE group of experts about what interventions have had the biggest impact on the virus,” he added.

When the politicians on taxpayer funded salaries sit around and discuss which businesses to keep open and which businesses to shut down, they never consider limiting their salaries or cutting their funding. They simply force people out of business and offer nothing in return. In states that do offer some relief to shuddered businesses, the programs fall far short of the mark for small business owners, enrich already large corporations, or as the following case illustrates, puts millions in the pockets of murders, rapists, and child traffickers — some of whom are on death row.

 

Scott Peterson, convicted of killing his wife and unborn son, Cary Stayner, convicted of murdering two woman and children, and Isauro Aguirre, convicted of torturing an 8-year-old girl to death, all have two things in common. The first thing they have in common is that they are all on death row in California prisons. The second thing these disgusting monsters have in common is that they, along with murderers, rapists, and human traffickers in 35 California prisons, received pandemic relief amounting to over $140 million.

 

The LA Times reported that this was “the most significant fraud on taxpayer funds in California history,” according to a letter obtained by The Times.

 

“It is a manifest problem that cannot be ignored, and the governor needs to take steps to address it,” said McGregor Scott, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of California.

 

Prosecutors told the Times that the fraud is entirely and easily preventable and they asked Gov. Newsom to step in and “turn off the spigot” of payments to incarcerated people. However, according to Sacramento County Dist. Atty. Anne Marie Schubert, who helped form and lead a task force on the issue, the Employment Development Department (EDD), seems unconcerned with the problem.

 

“EDD, it’s just a dysfunctional mess,” said El Dorado County Dist. Atty. Vern Pierson.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo accuses the Supreme Court of politicizing COVID-19 after it struck down his house of worship regulations

In a display of rich irony, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) accused the Supreme Court of playing politics with the novel coronavirus after it struck down his regulations that purported to severely limit the size of worship services in certain areas of the state.

 

Cuomo, whose regulations had previously withstood a series of legal challenges, responded to the Supreme Court's rebuke of his regulations by musing, "You have a different court, and I think that was the statement that the court was making. We know who [President Trump] appointed to the court. We know their ideology."

 

Of course, Cuomo's dismissal of the Supreme Court's decision largely ignores the fact that the Supreme Court struck down his regulations in a 5-4 ruling largely because it found that Cuomo's response to the novel coronavirus was based largely on politics, and not on science.

 

The court specifically noted that many non-religious activities have not been restricted (or have been differently restricted) by Gov. Cuomo's regulations for no apparent reason other than the fact that liberals enjoy to do them — and certainly not for any public health-related reason.

 

As the court's per curiam opinion noted, "It is hard to believe that admitting more than 10 people to a 1,000–seat church or 400-seat synagogue would create a more serious health risk than the many other activities that the State allows."

 

Justice Neil Gorsuch, writing in concurrence, sarcastically noted the somewhat obvious fact that, observing the state crackdown on Christians and Jews who assemble to peacefully worship while leaving liberal protesters completely unmolested, it is difficult to avoid the conclusion that the state's regulations were not based on science and public health (since a virus does not care why people gather), but rather on whether certain activities were favored or disfavored by the state's liberal governor.

It is not really discussed, but anyone can find out that this female offspring of a permanent A lister who would love to be a permanent A++ lister has a history of substance abuse problems. The thing is, she keeps her head down, so people don't really talk about. This is not something that was confined to youthful indiscretions, but it has not been a big deal. It was not even on my radar at all, or something I cared about until I was given a little heads up about some behind the scenes drama involving The House On St. Charles.

 

What happened is not recent, but what did happen, and whether it will make it into the open is being hotly debated and involves multiple countries and heads of state and two very unlikely allies. The people running the House have a long history of putting people in compromising positions. They used the location of the house and what the city has to offer, to help make that happen. They were always looking for an angle. The angle didn't have to be right away. They were willing to wait things out until an opportune time.

 

A couple of decades ago, the people running the House identified someone they wanted to have in their pocket. It is the female offspring mentioned in the first sentence. They knew she loved to party, and they knew she loved not only pot, but things much stronger. Our offspring had a bad experience early on in her drug purchasing life, and was grateful for these people who seemingly showed up at every party she attended and always had a ready supply of coke for her to enjoy and never asked for payment. Of course she didn't know she was being filmed. It was a lesson she would repeat in the future, but that is for another day.

 

So, time goes by and one night, our offspring is at a party out of town, but her drug suppliers are right there waiting. Other people were waiting too. A bunch of undercover police types with wires in their ears. They weren't there for the drug suppliers, but were there for two other guests at the party. Much bigger fish in the party pond. Huge fish in the party pond and they liked to party. They also knew the offspring and knew how to ditch the people watching them. The next thing you know the suppliers are making all three of the party goers very happy and it is all being recorded. Every last bit.

 

It wasn't long before all three of our party goers were wasted on coke and booze and, did I tell you they were all underage too? Yeah. The night ended and nothing was done by the people who controlled the House. Things just proceeded and they filed that little nugget away in case they needed it. Now, these obviously were not all the nuggets they had, but for the purposes of this blind, they are certainly the most interesting. It took a whole lot of nuggets to make the exchange happen. An exchange makes it seem like a prisoner exchange. It was not really that. Fast forward nine or ten months after the party night. Something horrific happened inside the country. Everyone knew who was responsible and almost immediately the richest of the rich from that country who were inside the US were put under protection so nothing would happen to them and then over the course of 48 hours managed to make use of their nuggets to ensure 140+ people could leave the country, and not only leave, but leave with the blessing of the only person in the country who could allow it to happen. A person who was confronted with some party nuggets. Someone on the opposite side was also confronted with a party nugget and more, but this is about the party nugget. There were so many pieces of information collected about so many people in power, that no one raised a fuss. No one questioned the decision. The thing is though, none of these nuggets are only used once. They are used as often as it takes to accomplish what is needed.

Tech news site Protocol published a profile recently of Christine Su, the senior product manager for conversational safety at Twitter. Su’s approach to the platform’s censorship will focus on “transformative and procedural justice.”

 

Tech news site Protocol recently published an article titled “How a Young, Queer Asian-American Businesswoman is Rethinking User Safety at Twitter,” which profiles Christine Su, Twitter’s senior product manager for conversational safety. Su describes herself as an “activist-entrepreneur” who spent six-year running a startup called PastureMap that aimed to help ranchers plan climate-friendly grazing practices.

 

Protocol outlined Su’s aims at Twitter, writing:

 

A woman with an MBA and a master’s in land use and agriculture might seem like an odd choice, but she’s been interested in mission-driven tech work for years. It’s what drove her commitment to PastureMap and then her decision to join Twitter. “As a queer women of color who is an Asian American in tech in rural America, that experience is a very intersectional one. I’ve had plenty of experiences moving through spaces where I wanted more safety,” she said. After years of worrying for her sister’s safety (she’s a journalist covering sensitive topics in the Middle East and now China) as well as her own, Su knew she wanted to focus on building safety and inclusion for people who are the most vulnerable.

 

Transformative and procedural justice are the foundation of Su’s vision for a safer Twitter. The once radical concepts challenge the notion that we should just punish people who cause harm, instead offering an alternative: a pathway to repair the harm that has been done and to prevent its recurrence (transformative justice), and a set of fair rules that make harm rarer in the first place (procedural justice). Transformative justice has recently gained attention for its role in addressing sexual assault on college campuses, and a version of it has been adopted into the official legal system in New Zealand. Academics and activists have argued for years that the concepts could transform conflict resolution.

 

Su’s goals sit at the heart of what could become a very different Twitter one day, if — and it remains a very big conditional — the company is serious about the changes it’s been signaling over the last year. Women and people from marginalized groups have documented disproportionate levels of abuse and harassment on the platform for years, and, until recently, Twitter did little to change that. Its content rules stayed stagnant, and time and again, people reported incidences when abuse went ignored and harassment continued unabated. But Twitter has bowed to recent political pressure, expressing clear interest in stricter rules for what people are allowed to do and say.

Govt Scientist: Kissing Grandma at Christmas Could Deliver ‘Deadly Dose’ of Coronavirus

 

More government scientists have sought to frighten Britons over the prospect of getting too close to their loved ones at Christmas, including telling people that kissing their grandparents could deliver “a deadly dose” of coronavirus.

 

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Boris Johnson confirmed that restrictions will be relaxed for five days over the holiday period so that Britons may enjoy family Christmases. However, multiple rules have been attached to the festivities, namely related to the order that no more than three families can interact in a “Christmas bubble” during that time.

 

The announcement was followed by Professor Andrew Hayward on the government’s Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) saying that spending Christmas together will lead to a third coronavirus wave and deaths.

 

While Peter Openshaw from the New and Emerging Respiratory Virus Threats Advisory Group said on Wednesday, according to The Times, that Britons should “meet outdoors if possible”, a suggestion not far off from the World Health Organization which said that people should gather for picnics in the park on Christmas day.

 

Openshaw also made the alarming statement that “kissing your grandparents may be delivering a deadly dose of the virus”.

 

“Be pleased to see them but keep a safe distance,” he said, echoing Health Secretary Matt Hancock who appeared to suggest last week that families should not even be hugging one another.

SAGE’s Graham Medley also said that people should socialise outside and even suggested “opening all the windows” in December when having family around. However, Medley made the dire assessment that that would only halve the risk of transmission, saying that if “a lot of people” take the “risk” of enjoying a family Christmas, then it may result in another lockdown in January.

 

The UK is set to come out of its second lockdown on December 2nd, but the country was informed that regional tiered restrictions would come back into force immediately afterwards. On Thursday, the government released the tiers, with significant parts of the country from the north to the south under the strictest level, Tier 3. Just Cornwall in western England, the Isles of Scilly off the Cornish coast, and the Isle of Wight in the south are in the lowest, Tier 1.

 

With some 99 per cent of England in the top two tiers, Brexit leader Nigel Farage predicted public rebellion, saying: “This is lockdown in all but name. I think that mass rulebreaking is coming.”

The United Nations has joined the World Economic Forum (WEF) to announce a global coronavirus news service, declaring the time has come for “new social norms” that seek out and correct “wrong” information.

 

Observing that social media is a mechanism for driving opinion on a host of issues, the two globalist organizations announced Thursday they want to “combat dangerous misinformation.”

 

“When COVID-19 emerged, it was clear from the outset this was not just a public health emergency, but a communications crisis as well,” Melissa Fleming, chief of global communications for the United Nations, said.

Navajo Nation officials say it fell from the sky on Wednesday and landed in a remote area of Dennehotso, a community about 25 miles east of Kayenta.

 

Tully Begay, vice president of the tribe's Dennehotso Chapter, told The Arizona Republic the object landed about 1,200 feet from his home while he was away in Tuba City.

Based on my review, there is easily enough identifiable fraud in this year’s election to have it overturned in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and probably many other states.

 

Despite Big Media promoting a group of ‘experts’ claiming this was ‘the most secure election ever‘, the real evidence indicates a totally different story. The fraud in this year’s election will be cause to overturn the currently reported election results.

So here’s why I am saying this

 

Let’s start from the top. The Trump team doesn’t have to produce evidence “beyond a reasonable doubt” concerning unprecedented fraud in this year’s campaign. Complaints such as those filed by the President and his team, only need to show a “preponderance of the evidence”. This is the absolute LOWEST burden of proof, sometimes called the 51-49 standard, or the “balance of probabilities” standard.

 

The Three Burdens of Proof, (or standards as they can be referred to) are as follows:

 

Beyond a reasonable doubt: The highest standard the law imposes. …

Clear and convincing evidence: An elevated standard that requires a judge or jury to have substantial assurance that the allegations are correct.

Preponderance of the evidence: The lowest standard.

 

The Trump team only has to prove a preponderance of evidence to win his cases.

The Overall Picture

 

According to our records President Trump entertained 1.1 Million supporters at events from Labor Day till the election. Joe Biden entertained less than 2,000! Trump’s events this year were even bigger than 2016 and he contracted COVID which kept him home for a couple weeks. Trump absolutely crushed Biden in rallies – it was as if Biden knew he didn’t need to campaign.

 

President Trump had boat parades, car parades, horse parades, truck parades and more – these random events were not sanctioned by the campaign – they just happened:

I’ve never heard such nonsense talked about vaccines. You do not vaccinate people who aren’t at risk from a disease. You also don’t set about planning to vaccinate millions of fit and healthy people with a vaccine that hasn’t been extensively tested on human subjects.”

 

His comments come at the end of a comprehensive criticism of the Scientific Advisor Group for Emergencies (SAGE), a government agency of the U.K. tasked with advising the central government in emergencies.

 

SAGE has played an important role in determining public lockdown policies in the UK, as a response to the COVID-19 virus.

 

Yeadon also highlights fundamental errors by SAGE in their presuppositions which cause their overall conclusions to go radically awry leading to the “torturing [of] the population for the last seven months or so.”

 

“ SAGE says everyone was susceptible and only 7% have been infected. I think this is literally unbelievable. They have ignored all precedent in the field of immunological memory against respiratory viruses. “They should also have excluded from ‘susceptible’ a large subset of the youngest children, who appear not to become infected, probably because their immature biology means their cells express less of the spike protein receptor, called ACE2. I have not assumed all young children don’t participate in transmission, but believe a two thirds value is very conservative. It’s not material anyway,” Yeadon wrote

 

“So SAGE is demonstrably wrong in one really crucial variable: they assumed no prior immunity, whereas the evidence clearly points to a value of around 30% (and nearly 40% if you include some young children, who technically are ‘resistant’ rather than ‘immune’),” wrote Yeadon

 

And considering the reality of herd immunity, when susceptibility to a virus falls this low, at around 28 to 35%, “that population can no longer support an expanding outbreak of disease,” and thus the virus “wanes and disappears.”

Anon opins on Epic Poem "Gilgamesh" and comes to his lesson mankind should learn: no one has a special purpose in life, just live each day. (Not sure the reason this poem and summary was put in Anon notables. While it is an interesting story and topic –qresearch is not a place to study literature unless it is brought up in Q post. Was it brought up? Did I miss that? Or in a Q of interest's communications.

 

Anons a simple-minded theme and Summary of Gilgamesh.

 

The overriding theme is MORTALITY - Due to the central quest of Gilgamesh was the search for immortality. He learned that all will die one dayno way to escape eventual death. –
