The conspiracy issue, since it involves the court system at this time, will be solved by the military. POTUS's oath entrusts him to protect the republic from enemies foreign and domestic. If Biden is part of the conspiracy, he can't ascend to the presidency, nor can any other accomplice.
The legal thrust is designed to paint the enemy before the round up.
