A glitch with Georgia’s new voter check-in computers caused delays in most of the six counties testing it, causing some precincts to stay open late to accommodate voters who left without casting their ballots.

 

The problem occurred in at least four of the six counties where the new voting system was being tested Tuesday before it’s rolled out statewide to 7.4 million registered voters during the March 24 presidential primary. Most Georgia voters were still using the state’s 17-year-old voting technology Tuesday.Poll workers weren’t able to create voter access cards on new voting check-in computers manufactured by KnowInk. Those cards activate touchscreen voting machines so that they display the ballot associated with the jurisdictions where voters are registered.

It's in the Code: Hanky-Panky in Virginia's Votes

Based on Internet blogger "Pede's" analysis of "votes switched" from Trump to Biden, and of "votes lost" (thrown away) – mostly votes for Trump, and my own analyses to detect imaginary "votes added" for Biden, I have decided to continue examining states where everylegalvote.com says ballot fraud occurred in the 2020 presidential election.

 

 

"Pede" identified two states Virginia and Minnesota where there were hundreds of thousands of "votes lost," a sure indicator of fraud, even though those states' votes are not being recounted, nor are there legal challenges. Additionally, AT's Andrea Widburg, on November 16 in "There may have been massive voter fraud in Virginia", noted strange happenings in the vote totals and allocations in the wee hours of November 4. I have read the JSON code provided by the New York Times (see below), and I concur.

 

Translating the code in the graphic above, we see that at 11:03 PM EST on November 3, total votes were 2,724,165, and Trump had 1,419,290 votes (52.1%), Biden had 1.258,564 votes (46.2%), other candidates had 46,311 votes (1.4%).

 

Between 11:14 and 11:42 came a big Biden vote dump. At 11:43, when the dump had ended, total votes were 3,368,181, and Trump had 1,512,627 votes (45.8%) and Biden had 1,771,663 votes (52.6%). During this half-hour period when the fraudsters switched the lead from Trump to Biden, Trump gained 93,337 votes (a 6.58% increase), and Biden gained 513,099 votes (a 40.77% increase). That is, there were about 5.5 Biden votes for every Trump vote during this interval.

 

Before the dump, during the heat of the count, Trump votes were rolling in at the rate of almost 8,000 per minute. After the dump (in the half-hour that followed), Trump votes accumulated at the rate of about 1,900 per minute. During the dump, Trump votes piled up at the rate of 2300 per minute, so it appears to me that those Trump votes were being counted more-or-less honestly, without any "votes switched" or "votes lost". So, Biden's outsized vote tally I rate as "votes added", and by my calculation this means about 479,337 fraudulent votes were created for Biden.

 

Now we come to the real craziness that happened just after midnight on November 4. Here is the JSON code from the New York Times between 12:04 AM and 12:01 PM EST:

Scholars are saying the powers are linked to timing of adjournment only and that seem correct…….sorta

 

If POTUS calls them to special session and they cannot agree on the subject matter and wish to adjourn, it must be read as POTUS being included in the word them.

The news site, Truthout, reported that Dominion “was recently acquired by New York-based hedge fund Staple Street Capital.” An executive board member of Staple Street Capital, William Earl Kennard, is a former ambassador to the EU who was appointed to that position by Barack Obama. In 2018, Dominion publicly announced it had been acquired by its management team and Staple Street Capital.

 

Interestingly, on November 6, Deadline reported that Kennard was named to the board of WarnerMedia parent company to AT&T, which owns CNN.

European Union budget rules need to be more consistent with expected higher levels of sovereign debt, the bloc’s economics commissioner said, but dismissed calls to cancel debt amassed during the coronavirus crisis. The idea of debt cancellation has been raised by Italy’s co-ruling 5-Star Movement, backing a proposal by EU Parliament President David Sassoli.

 

“In Europe debts cannot be cancelled”, Paolo Gentiloni said. The European Commission, which is in charge of enforcing EU fiscal rules, this year suspended requirements to keep government deficits below 3% of GDP and to cut public debt below 60% of GDP as the economy entered a record recession.

 

Gentiloni said on Sunday that eurozone average debt to GDP ratio would be 103%-104% at the end of the pandemic next year. “We need to take in account this new scenario,” the EU commissioner told Italian state broadcaster RAI, adding that discussions on how to adjust the budget would occur next year.

 

“The answer is not debt cancellation but creating conditions to gradually change and make our rules more consistent with the new reality,” Gentiloni said.

Marylanders are now being subjected to “high-visibility compliance units,” combined units of state troopers and local police officers who have been charged with ensuring that businesses, bars, and restaurants are complying with capacity levels, mask-wearing, and social distancing.

The compliance unit went into force this week right in time for Thanksgiving. Violators could be punished and forced to close down.

“We don’t look to shut down places immediately, and in some areas of the state, we will have the health department with us; however, again, it is about educating, see if we can get that business into compliance,” said Maryland State Police Sgt. Travis Nelson said.

The new effort is based on models already being implemented in Baltimore and Frederick counties. The Baltimore County Social Distancing Task Force has become the model for Governor Larry Hogan’s statewide high-visibility compliance units.

Nelson said the unit will be looking for “those planning to have large, large gatherings — I’m talking hundreds of people — into crowds of bars and restaurants and other private parties, where they are selling tickets and renting private commercial space. We are getting information that they are renting warehouses.”

The units are reportedly not going after individuals, but rather large event organizers and places. “The intent is really to find the major violators of these public health orders,” Nelson said.

The penalty? Up to $5,000 in fines and possibly one year in jail.

“If somebody is intentionally violating the orders, we are going to give them a written notice that says this is what you have to do if you want to stay open,” Nelson said. “If that is violated, then the health department will issue a closure order. At that point, the business is required to remain closed until such time the health department feels that it is safe for them to reopen.”

Sitto believes he and another poll challenger saw blatant voter fraud at one of the duplication tables, where poll workers are supposed to copy votes precisely from damaged ballots onto new ones. He saw the poll workers duplicating a mixed-ticket ballot while a group of Democrat operatives distracted and forced the Republican poll challenger away from the table. “The moment [the Republican poll challenger] looked away, they filled in the Democrat ticket.”

 

Sitto personally saw voter fraud in favor of Joe Biden in Detroit.

 

Sitto also described seeing poll workers running the same stacks of ballots multiple times though a tabulator. He also said poll workers grabbed handfuls of empty ballots and hid them at their tables. All poll workers had pens, which he believes could have been used to illegally fill out the blank ballots.

 

“I saw them taking empty ballots that should only be used for duplicates, stashing them and probably voting them later straight-ticket for Joe Biden.”

 

Sitto described pens at most tables, and poll workers regularly grabbing duplicate ballots for no valid reason. The pens would be necessary if they were manually filling out ballots at the counting tables.

 

“These people were vicious.”

 

“I’ve made reports about this” Sitto says, though there’s no indication if any official has pursued Sitto’s claims of witnessed voter fraud.

 

Voter fraud is the “illegal interference with the process of an election” and Sitto is in a long line of other witnesses who have said they personally witnessed illegal interference in the process of Detroit’s elections.

 

Describing the official Detroit officials conspiring with left-wing poll workers to fraud the vote: “It was a collective attack.”

President Donald Trump on Sunday morning said the Department of Justice is “missing in action” on investigating alleged election fraud.

 

Trump, in an interview with Fox Business, said he has “not seen anything” from either the DOJ or the FBI since Election Day about alleged fraud or irregularities. “Missing in action. Can’t tell you where they are,” he said.

 

“Why isn’t the FBI involved?” he asked, “They’re not. And it’s a terrible thing for our country.” Election fraud “is the biggest thing you could be looking at,” the president said.

 

“This is total fraud. And how the FBI, and Department of Justice—I don’t know, maybe they’re involved—but how people are allowed to get away with this is stuff is unbelievable. This election was rigged. This election was a total fraud,” Trump exclaimed.

 

The president then went on to say that investigations into ex-FBI Director James Comey, former FBI Assistant Director Andrew McCabe, and other Obama-era officials resulted in little action being taken by the FBI or DOJ. Trump later stated: “All I can say, is: With all of the fraud that’s taken place, nobody has come to me and said, ‘Oh, the FBI has nabbed the people that are doing this scheme.'”

 

Several days after the Nov. 3 election, Attorney General William Barr wrote that he authorized federal investigators to probe alleged election fraud.

 

His memo read: “Such inquiries and reviews may be conducted if there are clear and apparently credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.”

 

But since then, there has been no word from Barr or the DOJ about investigations, if any, so far.

 

In the Fox interview, Trump said he has asked the law enforcement agencies about their investigations into fraud and that “everyone says yes, they’re looking at it,” but nothing more. “I said I’ll stay out of it. I wish I didn’t make that statement. There’s no reason really why I have to,” the president said.

 

Later, Trump accused mainstream news outlets and social media companies of ignoring or censoring what he said or what his legal team has said in recent days.

 

“They make it like we don’t have evidence. We have evidence all over the place,” Trump said on Sunday, pointing to hundreds of sworn affidavits that were issued from people who claimed irregularities or fraud.

 

Secretaries of state in several states have denied there was any fraud or irregularities that would be enough to overturn the election.

 

Trump also said that it’s unlikely he will concede.

 

“It’s not like you’re going to change my mind. In other words, my mind will not change in six months,” he said.

Rick Hanson: I’ve finished reviewing the Georgia filing and I have a few comments to share with the socialverse in my capacity as a 30-year registered Democrat, former Oregon state elections official (with policy and admin experience), and former CIO.

 

I will not comment on the legal claims because, while I have familiarity with the law and court filings, I’m not a lawyer. I am also going to mostly stay away from alleged behaviors, too, as I wasn’t there and, anyway, they add color but are more open to dispute.

 

The original intent of the software code (acc’d to affidavits) was to manipulate votes without detection. When you start with one goal in mind, it’s tough to pivot to the opposite goal later—no matter how hard you might try. Not that it seems anyone tried… Absence of secure audit log (to record every action in the software) is so indefensible that I LOL’d when I read it. This fact alone should be enough to negate the results when there is ANY question about fraud because it cannot be proven that fraud DIDN’T occur Elections administration.

 

Lawsuit alleges that many procedures required in state law—for good, common sense reasons to ensure the one voter, one ballot rule is adhered to—were not followed, including Receipt of absentee ballots in their return envelopes was not recorded (this reduces risk of ballot box stuffing, i.e., to ensure that only one real ballot has been submitted by one real voter) Signatures were not verified against voter registration on return envelopes (same reason as 6, above). There might be missing envelopes, too; it wasn’t clear to me in my reading or I missed it. Ballot processing is not allowed before Election Day in Georgia (this varies by state); in this election, by rule inconsistent with state law, Secretary of State Raffensperger allowed counties to start 3 weeks early. Absent a rigid accountability processes, this risks double or counterfeit voting.

 

Conducting one election with INTEGRITY is hard enough; when you overlay what is, in effect, a 2nd election (by mail) that has to be reconciled with what happens at the polls … this is very high risk this “2 concurrent elections” risk was a primary argument for all elections being conducted by mail in Oregon, which was adopted after 20 years of practice with dual polling/mail elections—practice that none of these states whose elections are in question have had Observers were not allowed during the original count or the recount. There is no defense for this and intrinsically implies that elections officials had something to hide. There are other things to pick on, but these I cannot think of a way to defend and probably are sufficient to meet the apparent (according to the lawsuit) standard of “preponderance of the evidence” to “doubt the result.” Eager to read defendants’ response!

Car bomb kills 30 troops at Afghan base

 

At least 30 security personnel were killed and more than 20 injured when a suicide car bomb hit a military base in Afghanistan early on Sunday in one of the deadliest attacks against the country’s forces in months.

 

The incident occurred in the main city of the eastern province of Ghazni, which has been plagued by fighting between government troops and Taliban militants.

 

The provincial hospital in Ghazni has received 30 bodies and 24 wounded, according to its director, Baz Mohammad Hemat. “All of them are security personnel,” he said. The governor’s office also confirmed the attack.

 

A suicide bomber detonated “a Humvee vehicle, which was full of explosives,” a security source told local Tolo News website.

 

Afghan commandos were reportedly among those stationed at the compound.

 

No group has so far taken responsibility for the attack.

 

Another suicide attack took place in Qalat, the capital of the southern Zabul Province, early on Sunday. The explosion left three civilians killed and at least 23 others wounded, including four in critical condition, Tolo News reported.

 

The target of the attack was most likely the head of Zabul’s provincial council, Ata Jan Haqbayan. An attempt to blow up the car in which he had been travelling was made shortly after the official left home for work. Haqbayan escaped with light injuries.

 

So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack. Besides the Taliban, Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) has also been active in the country, targeting both security personnel and civilians.

 

The suicide bombings in Ghazni and Qalat come as US-brokered peace talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban have stalled.
