THE CHINA CONNECTION: Parent company of Dominion Voting Systems Received $400 million from Swiss Investment Bank — 75% owned by the Chinese Government

An investigation into SEC filings has revealed that the firm which owns Dominion Voting Systems received $400 million dollars from a Swiss bank with close links to the Chinese government less than a month before the election.

The investigation, conducted by Austin Security and Investigation Solutions, centers on Staple Street Capital, which acquired Dominion Voting Systems in 2018.

Dominion Voting Systems operates voting machines in 28 states and has been accused by President Trump and his supporters of being involved in deleting millions of votes for Trump in addition to switching votes to Biden on election night.

“On Oct 8, 2020, Staple Street Capital filed SEC Form D offerings and sales amount of $400,000,000 with the Sales Compensation Recipient identified as UBS Securities,” states the investigation, which also notes that another payment of $200,000,000 was received in December 2014.

“UBS Securities is a swiss investment bank which owns 24.99% of UBS Securities Co LTD, a Chinese Investment Bank. The remaining 75% of UBS Securities CO LTD is owned by the Chinese government,” states the report.

The overall owners of UBS Securities Co LTD are;

– UBS (24.99%)

– Guangdong Comm. Group [zh] (14.01%)

– China Guodian (14%)

– COFCO Group (14%)

Aside from UBS, the other four owners of UBS Securities are all Communist Chinese front groups.

Brussels lockdown orgy: Hungarian EU lawmaker and diplomats among 25 men busted by police during ‘gang bang’

A member of the European Parliament and several diplomats were caught by police at an illegal lockdown “orgy” in a bar in central Brussels, with local media reporting that the lawmaker tried to flee the scene through a window.

Officers reportedly encountered 25 naked men enjoying a drink-and-drugs-fuelled “party of legs in the air” when they raided the venue on Rue des Pierres in the Belgian capital on Friday night. “We interrupted a gang bang!” a source told the Belgian newspaper La Dernière Heure (DH).

MEP József Szájer admitted in a statement on Tuesday that he was at the “private party” and the “misstep” was “strictly personal.” “I ask everyone not to extend it to my homeland, or to my political community,” he added. Szájer has resigned from Hungary’s ruling Fidesz party.

The public prosecutor’s office said that a passer-by had reported to the police that he had seen a man that he was able to identify fleeing along the gutter.

“The man’s hands were bloody. It is possible that he may have been injured while fleeing. Narcotics were found in his backpack,” the public prosecutor’s office said in a statement. “The man was unable to produce any identity documents. He was escorted to his place of residence, where he identified himself as S. J. (1961) by means of a diplomatic passport.”

Gatherings of more than four people are prohibited in Belgium and a curfew is in place in a bid to limit the spread of Covid-19. All those present at the party received fines for breaking the restrictions. The Brussels public prosecutor's office was informed of the incident and decided to release the interested parties without further charge.

Szájer said in his statement that police gave him “an official verbal warning” and brought him home. He said he had not taken drugs and added that he was “sorry” and that he “deeply” regretted breaking coronavirus regulations. “It was irresponsible on my part. I am ready to stand for the fine that occurs,” he said.

Powell: Dominion Server Removed From Fulton County While Lawyers Sought Restraining Order

Attorney Sidney Powell said on Monday that someone had removed a Dominion Voting Systems server from a recount center in Fulton County, Georgia.

“Someone went down to the Fulton center where the votes and Dominion machines were, claimed there was a software glitch and they had to replace the software, and it seems that they removed the server,” Powell told “Lou Dobbs Tonight” in an interview aired on Nov. 30.

Powell added that her team does not know where the server is.

Dominion’s software and hardware features prominently in two lawsuits filed by Powell in Georgia and Michigan.

The lawsuits claim that the software is vulnerable to manipulation by hackers and was used to alter to vote totals in the presidential election.

Powell prefaced her comment by saying that the alleged removal of the server took place when her team was seeking a temporary restraining order against the resetting, wiping, or altering of any of the Dominion machines. A district court judge subsequently granted the temporary restraining order on Sunday night.

Powell said her team is making significant progress in both cases while preparing to files suits in other states. She said the lawsuits are meant to stop the runoff elections in Georgia in January “because all the machines are infected with the software code that allows Dominion to shave votes from one candidate and give them to another and other features that do the same thing.”

“Different states shaved different amounts of votes. The system was set up to shave and flip different votes in different states. Some people were targeted as individual candidates. It’s really the most massive and historical egregious fraud the world has ever seen,” Powell said.

Dominion has vehemently denied these and other allegations.

A Dominion Voting Systems server crashed on Nov. 29 during the second recount in Georgia, according to a spokesman for Fulton County.

“A newly purchased Dominion mobile server crashed,” the spokesman told The Epoch Times via email. “Technicians from Dominion have been dispatched to resolve the issue.”

The office of the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, was told of the issue and is aware of attempts to fix the problem, the spokesman said.

Dominion and Raffensperger’s office didn’t immediately respond to emailed requests for comment.

The judge presiding over the Powell case in Georgia has scheduled a hearing concerning the temporary restraining order for Dec. 4.

According to an affidavit from a GOP poll worker that was filed alongside the request for a restraining order, an election official wrote in a message on Nov. 25 that some ballot-counting machines were to be reset on Nov. 30 so they could be used in the machine recount requested by the Trump campaign given the tight margin with former Vice President Joe Biden.

Upon seeing the message, the poll worker said they notified their supervisor because they were concerned about wiping of the machines.

The move follows the crypto firm partnering with Mega Soft to drive adoption in Venezuela by facilitating crypto payments at more than 20,000 shops and businesses.

"Pizza Hut nowadays cannot be detached from these technological advances and all those incorporating new approaches for daily necessities," said Richard ElKhouri, General Director for Venezuelan operations of the pizza chain, in an interview with local news outlet ElAxioma. "It is important that we accommodate young people, modern adults, and people technologically knowledgeable."

LA County Supervisor Eats At Restaurant Hours After Voting To Ban Outdoor Dining

In the early days of television, Sheila Kuehl had a role in a now forgotten show, The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis, which ended in 1963. She then became a leftist, a lawyer, and a politician. Despite the long interval between her Hollywood years and today, Kuehl still clings to that lampooned Hollywood notion about stars versus "the little people." How else can one explain that, after railing against restaurants and voting to shut them down, Kuehl promptly went to a nice restaurant for dinner?

During the lockdown, politicians continued to draw their taxpayer-funded paychecks and telecommute from the comfort of their homes. Meanwhile, they targeted small businesses that depend on dealings with the public. More than any other business, restaurants were in Democrat politicians' crosshairs.

As of mid-September, more than 100,000 restaurants had closed across America. In the two months since then, it's certain that several thousand more have closed. The San Francisco Chronicle, for example, runs a regular column identifying restaurants that are gone.

Every closed restaurant represents several people's lives going down the drain. The owner who sank all of his money in the restaurant, the employees who worked there, the suppliers who were dependent on its custom, and the surrounding stores who counted on the foot traffic it brought — all of it's gone. And I might add, there's no reason to believe that these horrific losses made a damned bit of difference to the course of a virus that is relentlessly working its way through the population.

While the people have suffered, the politicians imposing this suffering, like European royalty of old, have flaunted their special status.

Denver's mayor, Michael Hancock, flew to his family within 30 minutes of telling Denver citizens to stay home for Thanksgiving.

Andrew Cuomo, having reinstated the lockdown across New York, boasted about his family coming home for Thanksgiving.

Illinois's Governor J.B. Pritzker, another Democrat millionaire, was happy to see his family travel during the height of the spring lockdown.

Pennsylvania's health secretary, "Rachel" Levine, who leftists pretend is not a mentally ill man telling people he's a woman, forced sick people into nursing homes in May, even as he secretly removed his own mother. Levine, incidentally, is being floated as a possible surgeon general. That's just what America needs: a hypocritical, self-entitled, mentally ill surgeon general.

And in California, Governor Gavin Newsom started by making headlines for imposing ridiculously stringent lockdown rules on people's Thanksgiving celebrations, including requiring outdoor dining only, suggesting masks throughout the meal, giving people limited permission to use the bathroom, and cracking down on singing.

Heavily-armed bank robbers launch ‘MAJOR ASSAULT’ on city in Brazil, before locals swoop in to pick up leftover cash

A gang of armed thieves laid siege to a Brazilian city and assaulted banks in what the city’s mayor called a “robbery of great proportions.” Video footage caught the brazen criminals in action, before police arrested several.

The thieves, described by a Military Police commander as “a gang that specializes in bank robbery,” stormed the city of Criciuma shortly before midnight on Monday. More than two dozen men arrived in a convoy of vehicles, sealed off roads around a bank branch and held hostages in the streets to discourage police from intervening.

“Criciuma is the target of a major assault,” Mayor Clesio Salvaro told residents, adding that the city was undergoing a “robbery of great proportions, by very well-prepared thieves.” As videos of gunmen patrolling the streets were shared on social media, Salvaro told the city’s 220,000 people to “stay home,” and “let the police do their job.”

Clips shared on video platform TikTok purportedly showed a hole blown out of the bank’s vault, as lookouts guarded the streets and rooftops. At street level, groups of hostages blocked the roads, apparently as human barriers to prevent police from getting to the scene.

Biden's Pick For Budget Chief Scrubs Twitter History Ahead Of Contentious Confirmation

With Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer calling on Congress to begin hearings on Joe Biden's Cabinet picks before the inauguration while the results of the 2020 election remain in dispute, one nominee has already stoked controversy for peddling conspiracy theories and partisan attacks on Twitter - and is now deleting the evidence.

Neera Tanden, Biden's pick for budget director, has deleted over 1,000 tweets in anticipation of a contentious confirmation vote. Many of the tweets were critical of GOP senators, whose votes she'll need (assuming Republicans hold the Senate after two January runoff elections in Georgia).

In addition to spreading disinformation claiming that Russian hackers flipped votes to President Trump in the 2016 election - something Democrats currently stand accused of in the 2020 race, Tanden - a veteran Hillary Clinton aide and current president of the John Podesta-founded Center for American Progress - attacked Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) in a still active tweet - calling her "pathetic" for supporting Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's nomination in the Senate (after Democrats accused him of operating a 'rape gang' in the 1980s).

GOP Sen. John Cornyn of Texas called Tanden's selection "radioactive," according to Bloomberg, telling reporters "Most Republicans are open to any reasonable nominee by the incoming administration," adding "We’re prepared to try to work with the vice president once the vote’s certified, but she certainly strikes me as his worst nominee so far."

She also deleted tweets from Nov. 20 that expressed her opposition to coronavirus restrictions on schools and restaurants, citing France as an example of a country that was able to slow the spread of infection while keeping businesses open.

Tanden, who now refers to herself as a "liberal" instead of "progressive" on Twitter, has left up recent posts of hers that thanked Republican Sens. UK High Court says minors must ‘understand’ treatment before starting gender transition, in ‘devastating blow’ to trans activists

The UK’s High Court has ruled that minors can only consent to gender reassignment if they understand the treatment, after a ‘detransitioning’ woman filed suit against the NHS for enabling ‘irreversible’ biological changes.

In a landmark ruling, the court said that children under 16 who want to undergo gender-changing procedures can only be given puberty blockers if they “understand the nature of the treatment.”

The panel of judges ruled that “long-term consequences,” taken together with the “experimental” aspects of the treatment, should require court authorisation before children can proceed with gender reassignment.

Keira Bell, a 23-year-old woman who began transitioning when she was 16 before reversing the procedure, had urged the court to make it unlawful for children to be prescribed hormone blockers without a court order stating that such treatment is in their “best interests.” The legal action was brought against the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, which runs the UK’s only gender reassignment service for children.

Mrs A, the mother of a 16-year-old autistic girl who is currently on the waiting list for treatment, was also a plaintiff in the case.

The legal team representing Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust had argued the use of hormone blockers is “a safe and reversible treatment with a well-established history.”

‘Watch out! There’s a journo about’: GCHQ blacklisted reporter shining light on UK spy agency’s shady activities, emails reveal

The Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), the UK’s signals intelligence agency, has been accused of violating ethics rules after emails showed the organization consciously ignored questions from a reporter.

Internal communications from GCHQ reveal the agency decided it “will not be engaging further” with Matt Kennard, the journalist who heads Declassified UK’s investigations. The email is part of a tranche of documents unearthed by a subject access request that Kennard submitted in September to obtain any data the organization held on him.

Kennard, who previously worked at the Financial Times, first approached the UK intelligence service in 2019 as part of an investigation into the agency’s Cyber Schools Hub programme. In its subsequent reports, Declassified UK exposed that the secretive “educational” programme was disseminating propaganda at dozens of schools to children as young as four years old without the knowledge of their parents.

Initially, basic information about the programme was provided by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), an arm of GCHQ involved in the “educational” initiative. However, the centre began to stonewall Kennard as he dug deeper into the story.

European Union needs perpetual debt to survive – George Soros

Objections by Poland and Hungary over an EU plan to deal with the economic crisis has put the bloc in a “very difficult situation” and raises doubts over its future, according to billionaire investor George Soros.

Soros had previously said the EU should issue “perpetual bonds,” which means the principal amount of the money borrowed would never be repaid, only the annual interest payments. It also assumes the EU would last forever and therefore keep paying the interest back to the lender. Perpetual bonds could allow the region to fund projects at very low costs.

However, Soros has changed his mind, writing in an opinion article that “Right now, it would be impossible for the EU to issue perpetual bonds, because the member states are too divided.”

He explained that “Investors will buy perpetual bonds only from an entity that they believe will continue to exist for the foreseeable future… Sadly, it is not true of the EU today.”

Last month, the Hungarian and Polish governments vetoed EU’s plan to link access to the union’s funding to the application by member states of rule of law, a check on whether countries are complying with European values.

Not wearing mask in public is 'act of domestic terrorism,' LA County health officer declares

'If it were up to me, anybody not wearing a mask when they are out in public would be arrested,' Dr. Muntu Davis said

The health officer of Los Angeles County said that those who don't wear masks in public in response to the coronavirus pandemic are guilty of an "act of domestic terrorism," the Los Angeles Daily News reported.

"If it were up to me, anybody not wearing a mask when they are out in public would be arrested," Dr. Muntu Davis said last week, according to the paper. "That's an act of domestic terrorism and should be treated like one."

Davis has been the county health officer since 2018.

Davis' declaration came as county public health officials have been faced with "dramatically increased rates of transmission and potentially exponential growths of deaths in the coming weeks" as " hospital rooms fill up again and depleted hospital staffs scramble to keep up," the Daily News noted.

The paper also said health officials worry that such resources could be overwhelmed across the county as more people ignore public health guidelines.

"Limiting certain activity that can easily result in increased cases like outdoor dining at restaurants is done to try to get our case rates lower so we can move to a less restricted tier and open more businesses," Davis added, according to the Daily News. "We know what we have to do, but not enough people are doing it."

Indeed, county supervisors last week barred outdoor dining at restaurants — not that it prevented Supervisor Sheila Kuehl from doing just that only hours after her vote for the ban.

The Daily News added that county projections show COVID-19 present in roughly one in every 145 people — many of whom may not know it.

Interestingly, Los Angeles County Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer and Davis have "acknowledged that contact tracing cannot definitively point to outdoor dining as the cause of the surge. Davis leaned on Centers for Disease Control studies. They stressed it is the only retail activity that allows customers to be mask-less for long periods of time," the paper added.

The county also issued a new health order that went into effect Monday, saying "residents are advised to stay home as much as possible and always wear a face covering over their nose and mouth when they are outside their household and around others."

The new order also included the following changes to the "existing Health Officer Order":

Gatherings: All public and private gatherings with individuals not in your household are prohibited, except for faith based services and protests, which are constitutionally protected rights.

Occupancy limits at various businesses; all individuals at these sites are required to wear face coverings and keep at least 6 feet of distance:

Essential retail – 35% maximum occupancy

Non-essential retail (includes indoor malls) – 20% maximum occupancy

Personal care services – 20% maximum occupancy

Libraries – 20% maximum occupancy

Fitness centers operating outdoors – 50% maximum occupancy

Museums galleries, zoos, aquariums, botanical gardens operating outdoors – 50% maximum occupancy

Mini-golf, batting cages, go-kart racing operating outdoors – 50% maximum occupancy

Outdoor recreation activities all which require face coverings (except for swimming) and distancing:

Beaches, trails, and parks remain open; gatherings at these sites with members outside your household are prohibited.

Golf courses, tennis courts, pickleball, archery ranges, skate parks, bike parks, and community gardens remain open for individuals or members of a single household. Pools that serve more than one household may open only for regulated lap swimming with one person per lane.

Progressive Voter-Advocacy Groups Probed for Illegal Registrations Ahead of Georgia Run-Off

With all eyes on Georgia and the control of the US Senate hanging in the balance, questions are popping up about some of the Progressive voter-registration groups active in the state

Several Progressive and Left-leaning voter advocacy groups have come under scrutiny for the actions in the State of Georgia. With the fate of the United States Senate hanging in the balance, the January 5, 2021 run-off election is a magnet for vote fraud.

Embattled Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said Monday that election authorities have opened investigations into a number of aggressive Progressive voter advocacy groups that are attempting to register new voters before the registration deadline for the twin run-off elections.

Raffensperger, a Republican who has increasingly come under fire for his soft approach to claims of vote fraud and ballot tampering – as well as his quietly held meetings with Democrat organizations to hammer-out agreements about absentee voting, said his office was examining registration efforts by America Votes, Vote Forward and the New Georgia Project.

The Progressive activist groups in question have been reported to be encouraging non-Georgia residents and people who lived outside the state to register to vote in the upcoming election.

“These third-party groups have a responsibility to not encourage illegal voting. If they do so, they will be held responsible,” Raffensperger said.

It is a felony to move into the State of Georgia with the intention of voting in an election without establishing long-term residency.

Failed Democrat presidential candidate Andrew Yang has spearheaded an effort to recruit people to move to Georgia to vote in the run-off election without intending to stay long term. His cause is supported by deep pockets from Hollywood and Silicon Valley.

Raffensperger told reporters at the state Capitol that his office is continuing to investigate credible claims of illegal voting and violations of state election law. He said his office has more than 250 open cases from this year outstanding.

Four groups are being targeted by Raffensperger’s office regarding specific allegations of improper actions and violations of Georgia election law.

America Votes has blanketing the state with absentee ballot applications including to addresses where the addressees haven’t lived in more than 25 years. Vote Forward attempted to register a dead Alabama woman to vote in Georgia. And the New Georgia Project sent standard voter registration applications to New York City.

A group calling itself Operation New Voter Registration Georgia is fraudulently telling college students they can change their registration so they can vote in Georgia for the run-off election and then immediately change it back to their home state after the election.

That group, Raffensperger said, doesn’t seem to have an online presence. An email sent to an address on a post circulating on Twitter found a dead end.

No Twitter ‘Fact Check’ Warning on Chinese Official’s Fake Photo of Australian Soldier Beheading Child

Twitter on Tuesday rejected Canberra’s calls to remove a Beijing official’s gruesome tweet targeting Australian troops, choosing instead to stand with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

As Breitbart News reported, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has demanded Beijing apologize after a top CCP official posted an obviously contrived image on Twitter depicting an Australian soldier with his knife to a child’s throat, appearing to prepare to behead the victim.

Morrison described the post by the official Twitter account of Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian as an “outrageous and disgusting slur” at a virtual news conference in Canberra on Monday.

AFP reports Twitter said it had since marked the tweet as “sensitive,” but added comments on topical political issues or “foreign policy sabre-rattling” by official government accounts were generally not in violation of its rules.

Twitter is banned for most citizens in China and Beijing has for decades been accused of widespread human rights abuses.

Some Australian allies expressed concern over the tweet, including New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, with the support coming as Australia looks to strengthen its alliances in the Indo/Pacific region as a guard against Beijing’s increasingly strident diplomacy.

‘People Were Thrown Through the Air’: Several Dead After Car Crashes Through German Pedestrian Street

Police are investigating after a car sped through a pedestrianised street in the German city of Trier on Tuesday afternoon, a ‘rampage’ that left at least two dead.

Trier police confirmed that two people had died on Tuesday, with reports suggesting 10 others injured, including a child. Local news reported that the number of dead was actually four, and that the child mentioned in other reports was among the dead, and named the number of injured at 30.

German source Die Welt reports eyewitnesses who said “that people were thrown through the air” as a car drove into a pedestrianised shopping area at speed.

Police subsequently arrested a 51-year-old German citizen and are investigating the circumstances around the incident, and whether there was any motive. The emergency service response to the deaths is so large, ambulances have come from over the nearby Luxembourgian border to assist.

Die Welt cited the remarks of Trier’s mayor who said Tuesday’s deaths were due to a “rampage”, and what had been left behind by the SUV-type car driving through the pedestrian area was a “picture of horror”.

As is now customary in the aftermath of incidents that share similarities with previous terror attacks, German citizens have been asked by the government to not share speculation and rumours on the internet, Deutsche Welle reports. Indeed, the fact that two were killed in Trier today, the first day of December, near the city market, and surrounded by Christmas lights, will inevitably draw a comparison to the Berlin Christmas Market Attack, although police have indicated no extremist link today.

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey Appears to Decline Call from President Trump

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey appeared to decline a call from President Donald Trump on Monday as he was signing an election certification document.

Ducey was sitting in front of reporters, pen in hand, when his phone rang:

The ring tone, “Hail to the Chief,” could be heard as Ducey took the phone out of his jacket pocket. He appeared to look at the screen, decline the call, and place the phone screen-down on the table.

MSNBC noted Ducey previously said he changed Trump’s ring tone to the presidential song so he could more easily recognize his calls.

“I had to change the ring tone on my phone and it rings ‘Hail to the Chief’ because I didn’t want to miss another phone call directly from the White House,” Ducey said in early July.

As Ducey was signing the document effectively awarding Arizona’s 11 electoral votes to Joe Biden, legislators were taking testimony from Trump’s lawyer, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and witnesses to alleged voter fraud in the state.

Trump called into the hearing and blasted Ducey, accusing him of rushing the certification process, Breitbart News reported.

“On top of it, you have a governor named Ducey,” the president said as the crowd booed. “He just rushed to sign certificates … what’s that all about? He didn’t have to sign it. I say, why would he sign when you have these incredible hearings going on that’s showing such corruption and such horrible fraud?”

Over 2,500 Foreign Criminals Freed From UK Prisons in the Past Year

Over 2,500 foreign criminals have been released onto the streets of Britain rather than being deported in the last year alone.

At an average of seven releases per day, Home Office figures reveal that over the past 12 months some 2,552 foreign criminals were freed from prison and remained in the UK without being deported.

The number of foreign criminals being released back into the community spiked during the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, with a record 846 set loose between April and June alone, the Daily Mail reported.

Hundreds of foreign national offenders successfully won their release after arguing that as a result of many international flights being grounded during the pandemic, there was not a “realistic prospect of imminent removal” and therefore, under current law, it would be illegal to detain them in immigration holding facilities.

Research Director for the Centre for Crime Prevention think-tank, David Spencer, said: “It is outrageous that thousands of convicted foreign national criminals have been able to exploit the pandemic to secure their release onto our streets.”

With the recent surge in releases, there are now a record 9,987 foreign national offenders free to roam the streets of Britain, representing a 150 per cent jump since 2012, when fewer than 4,000 remained in the country.

The startling revelations from the Home Office come as a group of nearly 70 MPs and peers are attempting to block the deportation of criminals to Jamaica, in the so-called #StopThePlane campaign. Over 80 black celebrities, businessmen, and actors, including supermodel Naomi Campbell, have also joined the movement to block the deportation of 30 criminals on Wednesday.

The socialist former leader of the Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn, argued: “We need an end to the ‘hostile environment’ and to treat people with humanity, respect and consideration.”

Far-left Labour MP Diane Abbott characterised the deportation flight as “cruel and dangerous” because it would separate families.

In response to the attempt to block the flight, a Home Office source told The Sun: “Today we have seen who the Labour Party want to put first; it’s not the victims of horrific crimes like rape, the children who are left without fathers who have been brutally murdered, those whose lives have been ruined by illegal drugs, or the British people who want to feel safe when walking down the street.

“It is foreign national offenders that the Labour Party want to put first. Killers. Rapists. Drug dealers. Convicted foreign criminals who have no right to be in this country, free to walk our streets.

“This Conservative Government will not let this happen and will never put these criminals first.”

Pro-migrant lawyers have already successfully blocked some of the deportations with last-minute legal challenges, and it is expected that more will be saved from deportation on appeal.

Labour Party Could Expel ‘Thousands’ of Members for Anti-Semitism

The deputy leader of the British Labour Party, Angela Rayner, has threatened that thousands of members could be expelled from the party an effort to purge anti-Semitism from their ranks.

On Sunday, Mrs Rayner told members of the party that Labour has to “get real” about anti-Semitism after a Jewish member was forced to leave a constituency party meeting in Nottingham due to a “hostile” environment as some pushed for a restoration of the whip to former leader Jeremy Corbyn.

In response to the incident, the deputy leader said per Sky News: “We should have a bit of humility, humbleness, and we should be listening and we should be aware of how hurt and upset people are.”

“And if I have to suspend thousands and thousands of members, we will do that. Because we cannot and we will not accept an injury to one, because an injury to one is an injury to all. That’s what we say in our movement,” Rayner warned.

In October, the Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) released a report on antisemitism, which found that the Labour Party was responsible for “unlawful acts of harassment and discrimination” against Jewish people under the leadership of radical socialist Jeremey Corbyn.

Mr Corbyn rejected the findings of the report, claiming that the issue of anti-Semitism issue within the party was “dramatically overstated for political reasons”. As a result of his refusal to accept blame or apologise, Corbyn was suspended by the party.

While he was later reinstated, Corbyn’s replacement as leader, Sir Keir Starmer, has refused to restore the whip to him in parliament, meaning he cannot sit as a Labour MP.

Mrs Rayner said that she “knew” that Corbyn would refuse to accept the report, saying: “Because I don’t think Jeremy really quite gets how upsetting it is, how really upsetting it is when he made those comments.”

“It is a matter of public record now that I contacted Jeremy to try and get him not to say what he said, and to apologise and withdraw it afterwards,” she said.

Sir Keir Starmer has also taken aim at the former far-left leader of the party, describing Corbyn’s response to the EHRC report as “just about as bad as you could get”.

“We’ve got this very wrong in recent years and I’m determined we’re going to turn this around,” he said, adding: “I’ve made it my number one priority and I think we made some progress in the early months.”

The latest dust-up over the anti-Semitism issue came in response to a Constituency Labour Party (CLP) meeting in Nottingham last Friday, in which the chair of the meeting, Louise Regan, allowed a motion to restore the whip to Mr Corbyn to be tabled, in violation of the party’s rules.

A local Jewish constituent present at the meeting, Steve Lapsley, 50, said that the environment was so “hostile” against him that he was forced to leave.

Lapsley told the members during the meeting that he had previously been told by another party member “we do not want Jews in the party”, yet claimed that a witness to incident denied that there was anti-Semitism in the party on Friday.

“It was very triggering. The suspension of Jeremy Corbyn has really upped the anger,” he said but went on to proclaim that despite everything, he will remain in the Labour Party.

Report: Democrats face voter fraud allegations after ballot review by Dem judge erased Republican lead

Democrats are reportedly facing voter fraud accusations in an extremely tight New York congressional race that resulted in a Republican candidate having her lead over a Democratic incumbent completely erased, the Washington Examiner reported.

What are the details?

On election night, freshman Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi (N.Y.) trailed Republican challenger Claudia Tenney by over 28,000 votes. Then, as mail-in ballots were counted over the coming weeks, Brindisi's deficit was erased, and he trailed Tenney by just 100-200 votes, the Examiner noted.

That's when Oswego County state Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte, a Democrat, intervened, reviewing "spoiled" ballots that had been initially rejected, which gave Brindisi the lead — by just 13 votes.

"BREAKING: sources on both Dem & GOP sides confirm that the final counts submitted by all 8 counties in #NY22 to NY Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte will show Rep. Anthony Brindisi (D) ahead of Claudia Tenney (R) by either 12 or 13 votes. Wow," Cook Report's Dave Wasserman reported following the development.

"In NY-22, the Democrat incumbent was trailing by almost 30K on election night. The mail-in ballots got him close. Then a Democrat judge from Syracuse ruled he would personally 'review' all of the spoiled ballots that had been rejected. Guess what happened next," Hot Air editor Jazz Shaw explained. "The judge miraculously 'found' enough ballots that he felt were okay and the incumbent now 'leads' by 13 votes."

How did the campaigns respond?

Despite the narrow gap, Brindisi responded to the judge's actions by declaring victory.

"This process and the integrity of our election are critical to our republic. This judicial review has been fair, open, honest, and transparent and I remain confident that voters' voices will be heard," Brindisi said. "In January I will be sworn in and continue to work with both parties and stand up to anyone on behalf of all of New York's 22nd district."

Meanwhile, Tenney's campaign explained in a statement they essentially believe that voter fraud gave Brindisi the edge.

Campaign spokesman Sean Kennedy said, according to WSTM-TV:

Governor Cuomo's unfair, unwise, and unilateral rules changes and administrative burdens overwhelmed our voting system and created this utter dysfunction. As a result, the law was not followed when ballots were challenged and tabulated in this election. The result remains far from resolved. Hundreds of ineligible ballots were illegally or improperly cast including votes by the dead, non-residents, or unregistered voters. Those ballots should not – and must not – be counted. The hearing in court has already established that the current tally includes invalid votes and that the process to review and count the massive amount of paper ballots is fractured. Today's misleading and inaccurate tally is rife with errors and mistakes that must be rectified before this election is certified. It is far from final. Our team will fight to ensure the rights of every voter who cast a legal and proper ballot are preserved and not diluted. We cannot sacrifice accuracy for speed. When that is done, we feel strongly that Claudia Tenney will be certified the winner of the race for the 22nd District of New York.

Baltimore County Public Schools Closed After Ransomware Attack on Computer Systems

According to my friends with kids and my friend who teaches, distance learning is a less than ideal experience. It’s super impersonal, occasionally chaotic and unsurprisingly, super vulnerable to hackers. Baltimore County Public Schools has learned that last part the hard way, as its schools are all currently shut down due to a ransomware attack.

According to the New York Times, classes for all 115,000 students in the district have been canceled since last Wednesday, when the district was first made aware of the attack. The attack targeted the district’s websites, programs used to facilitate remote learning, as well as email programs and programs used to help grading.

Basically, everything needed to keep a virtual school up and running.

The district elected for the first half of the 2020-21 school year to be done entirely through virtual learning as result of the ongoing pandemic. The school tweeted that Chromebooks issued by the BCPS and the students’ Google accounts are safe, with the attack mainly focusing on Windows devices. Jim Corns, the district’s executive director of information technology, has said that none of the district’s data appears to have been stolen, they’ve just been prevented from accessing it.

“This is a ransomware attack which encrypts data as it sits and does not access or remove it from our system,” Corns said. “So we are engaging this as a ransomware attack.”

Ransomware attacks generally involve a hacker locking access to a person’s data, and offering to restore access for a price. Hence, ransom.

Schools and local governments have become increasingly vulnerable to these attacks as they typically have a lot of personal information and not much in the way of comprehensive encryption and data security protocols.

The K-12 Cybersecurity Resource Center, an organization that tracks incidents related to cybersecurity in K-12 schools, reports that so far 44 school districts in the country have been victim to ransomware attacks; in 2018, the number was only 11.

Dominion Employee IDENTIFIED — Allegedly Caught on Video Downloading Data on USB, Plugging it Into a Laptop, Manipulating Data and then Palming the USB

Twitter user Code MonkeyZ posted video last night on Twitter and YouTube what is alleged to be Dominion workers using the internet and USBs to pass information between workers in Gwinnett County.

A Dominion representative at Gwinnett County Election Central, responsible for tabulating ballots and certifying results, download data to a USB from the Election Management Server, plug it into a laptop, manipulate the data, then palm the USB.

He downloads data from the Election Management Server onto a USB, inserts it into the external laptop, manipulates ballot scans in the file explorer, ejects the usb, palms it, distracts the people nearby, then suspiciously walks out of the room.
