That alarm is a disruptive intimidation tactic. They don't want this hearing, it is for optics only. They're doing everything they can to limit testimony and discredit when someone gets over the target. The long haired IT guy that just finished, and the blonde IT woman earlier were prime examples of strong pushback from this board.
