Joe Biden: U.S. Constitution ‘Clearly Requires’ Illegal Aliens Be Included in Congressional Apportionment

Former Vice President Joe Biden says the United States Constitution “clearly requires” illegal aliens to be counted for the purpose of apportioning congressional districts in states.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments in Trump v. New York where President Donald Trump seeks to exclude illegal aliens from congressional apportionment counts that decide how many lawmakers represent each state in Congress.

Trump’s argument has been that including illegal aliens, and many temporary visa-holders, in apportionment counts dilutes the congressional representation of American citizens who live in states with small illegal alien populations.

In a statement, Biden claimed the Constitution actually requires that illegal aliens be included in apportionment counts:

Today, the Supreme Court of the United States heard a case about whether everyone in America will be counted in the Census for the purpose of apportionment of Congressional seats, as the Constitution plainly and clearly requires. Or whether the partisan politics of intimidation and xenophobia will intentionally exclude specific groups of people from being counted. It’s a case about whether we deny our ability to govern responsibly and undermine our fidelity to our laws and values as a government of, by, and for all people. [Emphasis added]

In America, we make ourselves heard when we fill out the Census to be counted. It’s a critical way the power of the nation resides in the people. That’s America. We can’t keep rewriting history, scrambling norms, and ignoring the Constitution and the precedents we abide by. It is my hope the Supreme Court does the right thing. And, Congress must give the experts at the Census the time to make sure everyone gets counted accurately. Let everyone be counted and let us begin the work to heal and unite our nation. [Emphasis added]

Already, two lower courts in California and Maryland have ruled that illegal aliens must be included in the counts.

This week, Census Bureau officials said they will not have the counts needed for the apportionment until late into January, by which time Trump may have already left office, depending on the final outcome of the presidential election. Biden is almost certain to reverse the memorandum.

States such as Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia are projected to lose congressional seats if the illegal alien population is included in congressional apportioning.

Today, there are an estimated 11 million to 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S. The Census estimates that based on current legal and illegal immigration levels, by 2060 about one-in-six residents will have been born outside the country.

Facebook Says It Will Provide The "Authoritative Information" On COVID Vaccines

No sooner did we just get finishing penning a piece about how the British Army is being used to fight "anti-vaccine" protests and vaccine "disinformation" - including by "work[ing] closely with social media companies" - than Mark Zuckerberg has also thrown his hat into the fray.

The Facebook CEO has said he wants to provide platform users with "authoritative information about Covid-19 vaccines," according to CNBC. The company has "already reached out to the Biden administration," Zuckerberg has said. We don't know about you, but we already feel safer and more informed…

Meanwhile, "authoritative" is a great word choice.

On a livestream with Dr. Anthony Fauci this week, Zuckerberg said: “There’ll be a few important things that we can do together. We’re already planning a push around authoritative information about the vaccines.”

He did not clarify on how he planned on distributing the information, but if it's anything like how Facebook informed its users on how to vote, it will be a non-stop bludgeoning of banners, alerts and messages that will completely override what little true "user experience" is left on Facebook, between the ads.

Recall, we also wrote hours ago that the British Army's Information Warfare Unit is being deployed to deal with "anti-vaccine propaganda" heading into the rollout of the vaccine overseas. Some in the country have said they will refuse the vaccine and will do the same for the children. Others have called it a "mass sterilization program". Other Brits simply "feel the Government is wielding too much power," the Daily Mail noted.

The U.K. is also launching a probe into "vaccine disinformation", including an investigation into (of course) Russia.

A U.K. Cabinet Office spokesman said late last week: "As we edge closer to a vaccine we continue to work closely with social media companies and other organizations to anticipate and mitigate any emerging anti-vax narratives and promote authoritative sources of information."

We're sure the Biden administration will do the same and anoint Facebook as its official Covid press secretary.

‘COLD CALCULATED FRAUD’: Detroit Poll Watcher Alleges Electioneering, Phony Biden Ballots, Discarded Trump Ballots

"I plead the blood of Jesus over this fraud, and that everybody that was part of it and know about it will be convicted in their soul and their spirit!"

At the Michigan hearing on election integrity, Detroit poll watcher Articia Bomer claimed to witness multiple examples of “irregularities and violations of Michigan election law” at the polls on election night in a fiery testimony.

“I hope my statement is taken seriously. I am sharing this information under the penalty of perjury that if I testify, I could be locked up if I’m telling a lie, which I am not.” said Bomer, at the beginning of her testimony.

Bomber dove right in, listing off various examples of irregularities that she allegedly witnessed on election night:

“On November 3rd, 2020, between 9:30 and 10 PM, I reported to TCF Center. I was assigned to two seperate tables, Absentee Voting County Board 123 and 120. I immediately noticed things were not normal. Election workers were allowed to wear Biden T-shirts, blue face masks, the ones I recognized on Gretchen Whitmer’s face in some of her interviews on Charlie Langton’s show.”

Along with Biden facemasks, Bomber said that she saw poll workers wearing “Black Lives Matter facemasks, which is a political movement.” Bomer firmly declared: “I am not passing judgement on this because I am a proud black woman from the City of Detroit.”

Bomer notes later that she was “strictly told not to wear anything partisan” and that supervisors seemed to be “implementing a double standard.”

CNN’s Zucker ‘Encouraged’ Invoking 9/11 Terror to Urge Trump to Allow a Biden Transition

Project Veritas has released the first of its recordings from inside CNN’s editorial calls, beginning with what appears to be network President alongside reporters discussing how another 9/11 attack could happen if Trump didn’t pre-emptively concede to Joe Biden.

The call begins with reporter Jamie Gangel, who describes what left-wing politicians are demanding she report about the matter of Trump leaving office. She appears to be all too happy to take her line from Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans.

But the most shocking part of the call sees field producer Stephanie Becker demanding the network discuss how another 9/11 terror attack could occur if Trump doesn’t aid the Biden transition.

Becker claims: “On the issue of why it’s important to get the transition going right, the 9/11 [Commission] Report talks about one of the problems was that the trouble that was brewing that lost during the transition.

“So if you want a good concrete example of what happens when you don’t have a good transition, well, look at the Twin Towers.”

Presidential transitions are actually a relatively recent thing in American political history. Transitions of the type the country has witnessed in recent years are a product of the last decade, with more basic versions occurring only as far back as the 1960s.

The company’s President, Jeff Zucker, says back to Becker on the call: “I would encourage folks to think about that 9/11 Commission Report and the lack of a transition.”

Vultures, Wolves and Sharks Around Iran

The Islamic Republic of Iran is run by a group of theocrats whose power is total. Its government states officially that “Next to the Leader, the President shall be the highest official State authority who is responsible for the implementation of the Constitution and, as the Chief Executive, for the exercise of the executive powers, with the exception of those matters that directly relate to the Leader.”

The U.S. Public Broadcasting Service, a non-profit media organisation that is admirably independent (which is why the Trump administration tried to destroy it) summed up the Iranian political system by noting that “On the surface, the U.S. and Iranian governments have much in common: a president who is popularly elected, a boisterous legislature, and a powerful judiciary. The obvious difference lies in the fact that Iran is an Islamic theocracy, and that one man, the Supreme Leader, exerts ideological and political control over a system dominated by clerics who shadow every major function of the state.” In other words, it is a dictatorship, just as are, for example, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Brunei and Egypt, all of whose leaders are notable allies of the Trump administration.

But no matter the despotism of the Iranian mullahs, it is an independent country that presents no threat to the United States, no matter what might be claimed by Washington extremists. The Tehran regime has blustered and uttered unrealisable threats, but it is absurd to imagine that it is menacing the sacred “Homeland”. Even the risk assessment by the Department of Homeland Security, could only come up with a warning that the Iranians are hell-bent on carrying out cyber attacks, election interference, terrorism, and spreading disinformation on Covid-19. There was no evidence of any of this, but Washington isn’t well-known for providing hard facts to back up allegations made against the enemy of the moment. (Witness, for example, the verbal antics of its near-psychotic president concerning his electoral defeat.)

Iran’s major international mistake has been to adopt a relentlessly anti-Israel posture. In May, for example, the head loony, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, proclaimed that “The Zionist regime is a deadly, cancerous tumour in the region. It will undoubtedly be uprooted and destroyed,” which was a very stupid thing to say, and proved to be a red flag to the many bulls in the arena. Khamenei threw open the gates to a surge of anti-Iran propaganda and military manoeuvring of which the latest fandango has been the gathering of vultures and wolves in Saudi Arabia on November 22 when, as noted by the Washington Post, Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu “met with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.”

This was a week after U.S. Central Command announced the move of F-16 strike aircraft from their base in Germany to the United Arab Emirates, with the 9th Air Force Commander saying that “deployment of the 480th Fighter Squadron demonstrates the U.S. Air Force’s agility and CENTCOM’s commitment to allies and partners to bolster security and stability in the region.” Adding to stability, on the day of the Netanyahu/bin Salman/Pompeo meeting CENTCOM despatched a B-52 bomber task force to the Middle East, “to deter aggression and reassure U.S. partners and allies,” which is presumably the objective of the USS Nimitz Carrier Battle Group which was deployed to the Persian Gulf on November 25.

It is now the Pentagon’s practice to “bolster stability” by being openly threatening to whatever country is considered to merit its attention, and Washington’s policy in this regard meets with the full approval of Israel, which is the fiercest drum-beater of the anti-Iran cabal, in addition to being America’s most favoured nation.

Pentagon official overseeing counter-ISIS effort forced out

WASHINGTON — The civilian official overseeing the Pentagon’s campaign to defeat the Islamic State group in the Middle East was forced to resign in the latest jolt to Pentagon leadership in the waning weeks of the Trump administration.

The Pentagon said in a written statement that the acting defense secretary, Christopher Miller, on Monday accepted the resignation of Christopher Maier, who had provided policy oversight of the military’s counter-ISIS effort since March 2017.

A defense official familiar with the matter said Maier was told Monday that since President Donald Trump had long ago declared the ISIS militant group defeated, his office was being disbanded and he was abruptly “terminated.” The official spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss an internal personnel matter.

Maier, a career counterterrorism official, was director of the Defeat-ISIS Task Force, whose responsibilities are to be absorbed by counterterrorism staffs headed by appointees who President Donald Trump placed in senior Pentagon positions in a shakeup that included his firing of Defense Secretary Mark Esper on Nov. 9.

Maier’s departure was first reported by CNN. The New York Times was first to report that Maier had been forced out.

In its statement, the Pentagon gave no reason for Maier’s departure but said the decision to disband the task force he led was a recognition of the “success of the military fight to destroy” the Islamic State’s grip on territory in Iraq and Syria. Critics say that while the militant group has lost its physical empire, it remains a threat and has been biding its time in search of ways to regroup and re-emerge.

“The Department of Defense will continue to engage with our partners and allies to ensure the lasting defeat of ISIS and encourage the repatriation of foreign terrorist fighters for prosecution,” the Pentagon said.

Nearly 900 U.S. troops are still in Syria to work with local groups aiming to prevent an ISIS resurgence. The U.S. also has about 3,000 troops in neighboring Iraq working with local security forces toward the same goal.

The counter-ISIS campaign began during the Obama administration and in some respects was accelerated by Trump.

Saudi Arabia blasts Iran for accusation it played part in killing of nuke chief

After Iranian foreign minister alleges ‘conspiracy’ between Riyadh and Jerusalem, Saudi minister says Tehran is ‘desperate to blame the kingdom for anything negative’

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — A senior Saudi minister on Tuesday lashed out at Iran’s foreign minister for implying Riyadh played a role in the assassination of leading nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.

Fakhrizadeh, considered the architect of Iran’s nuclear weapons program, was killed on Friday after his car was targeted in a bomb and gun attack on a road outside the capital Tehran, heightening tensions between Iran and its foes.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Monday said on Instagram that a covert meeting in Saudi Arabia between Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu contributed to the assassination, alleging it was a “conspiracy.”

“Iranian Foreign Minister Zarif is desperate to blame the kingdom for anything negative that happens in Iran,” Adel al-Jubeir, the Saudi minister of state for foreign affairs, wrote on Twitter. “Will he blame us for the next earthquake or flood?”

“It is not the policy of Saudi Arabia to engage in assassinations,” he added.
