Joe Biden: U.S. Constitution β€˜Clearly Requires’ Illegal Aliens Be Included in Congressional Apportionment

 

Former Vice President Joe Biden says the United States Constitution β€œclearly requires” illegal aliens to be counted for the purpose of apportioning congressional districts in states.

 

On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments in Trump v. New York where President Donald Trump seeks to exclude illegal aliens from congressional apportionment counts that decide how many lawmakers represent each state in Congress.

 

Trump’s argument has been that including illegal aliens, and many temporary visa-holders, in apportionment counts dilutes the congressional representation of American citizens who live in states with small illegal alien populations.

 

In a statement, Biden claimed the Constitution actually requires that illegal aliens be included in apportionment counts:

 

Today, the Supreme Court of the United States heard a case about whether everyone in America will be counted in the Census for the purpose of apportionment of Congressional seats, as the Constitution plainly and clearly requires. Or whether the partisan politics of intimidation and xenophobia will intentionally exclude specific groups of people from being counted. It’s a case about whether we deny our ability to govern responsibly and undermine our fidelity to our laws and values as a government of, by, and for all people. [Emphasis added]

 

In America, we make ourselves heard when we fill out the Census to be counted. It’s a critical way the power of the nation resides in the people. That’s America. We can’t keep rewriting history, scrambling norms, and ignoring the Constitution and the precedents we abide by. It is my hope the Supreme Court does the right thing. And, Congress must give the experts at the Census the time to make sure everyone gets counted accurately. Let everyone be counted and let us begin the work to heal and unite our nation. [Emphasis added]

 

Already, two lower courts in California and Maryland have ruled that illegal aliens must be included in the counts.

 

This week, Census Bureau officials said they will not have the counts needed for the apportionment until late into January, by which time Trump may have already left office, depending on the final outcome of the presidential election. Biden is almost certain to reverse the memorandum.

Facebook Says It Will Provide The "Authoritative Information" On COVID Vaccines

 

No sooner did we just get finishing penning a piece about how the British Army is being used to fight "anti-vaccine" protests and vaccine "disinformation" - including by "work[ing] closely with social media companies" - than Mark Zuckerberg has also thrown his hat into the fray.

 

The Facebook CEO has said he wants to provide platform users with "authoritative information about Covid-19 vaccines," according to CNBC. The company has "already reached out to the Biden administration," Zuckerberg has said. We don't know about you, but we already feel safer and more informed…

 

Meanwhile, "authoritative" is a great word choice.

 

On a livestream with Dr. Anthony Fauci this week, Zuckerberg said: β€œThere’ll be a few important things that we can do together. We’re already planning a push around authoritative information about the vaccines.”

 

He did not clarify on how he planned on distributing the information, but if it's anything like how Facebook informed its users on how to vote, it will be a non-stop bludgeoning of banners, alerts and messages that will completely override what little true "user experience" is left on Facebook, between the ads.

 

Recall, we also wrote hours ago that the British Army's Information Warfare Unit is being deployed to deal with "anti-vaccine propaganda" heading into the rollout of the vaccine overseas. Some in the country have said they will refuse the vaccine and will do the same for the children. Others have called it a "mass sterilization program". Other Brits simply "feel the Government is wielding too much power," the Daily Mail noted.

 

The U.K. is also launching a probe into "vaccine disinformation", including an investigation into (of course) Russia.

 

A U.K. Cabinet Office spokesman said late last week: "As we edge closer to a vaccine we continue to work closely with social media companies and other organizations to anticipate and mitigate any emerging anti-vax narratives and promote authoritative sources of information."

 

We're sure the Biden administration will do the same and anoint Facebook as its official Covid press secretary.

Mass mask-wearing is not effective in stopping the spread of RONA. Yet that is the proffered justification for mandates and other forms of coercion to force people to wear masks in public and in workplaces. Efficacy is the first problem.

 

What follows from this is that mask-wearing in public has become a political expression of a political sentiment. Compelled speach is unlawful both in public spaces and in the general workplace. The dogmatic belief in the protective powers of a face covering is mystical, superstitious, or otherwise quasi-religious. Coercive measures to force onto people religious or religious-like practices is unlawful whether the government mandates or the employer mandates.

 

A non-governmental organization such as a business that makes service to customers or employment to employees contingent upon compelled political speach or compelled religious-type practices is unlawful in our constitutional order.

 

Further, mask-wearing does harm to well-being both of the individual and of the community in various ways including loss of normal freedom, harm to physical health, harm to psychological and social well-being. For all or any one of these reasons no government has the authority to mandate mass mask-wearing - and may not lawfully coerce non-governmental entities to in turn coerce customers and employees.

 

The balancing of rights can not mean that deteriorating the right to protection of public health is balanced against infringement of individual and group freedoms and liberties. Two negatives does not balance of rights that, objectively, are not in conflict. The government has proposed to set itself in conflict with both public health rights and individual rights.

 

The excuse offered for these restrictive measures is supposedly stopping the spread of a virus based on a flawed system of surveilling public health via mass PCR testing of healthy people. This is not the purpose of such tests nor is it a reliable measure of infectivity and transmission. This soft foundation for the government's restrictions is unsound and the rest of the rationale collapses with its failure on a scientific basis.

 

JUSTIFICATION BASED ON POLITICAL SENTIMENT AND PROMOTION OF THAT SENTIMENT IS INSUFFICIENT.

 

The people have a government, not the other way around.

LOS ANGELES – The captain of the P/V Conception, a Santa Barbara-based dive boat that caught fire last year near Santa Cruz Island, resulting in the deaths of 33 passengers and one crew member, was indicted today by a federal grand jury on 34 counts of seaman’s manslaughter.

 

Jerry Nehl Boylan, 67, of Santa Barbara, was named in the indictment returned this afternoon by a federal grand jury that alleges Boylan, as the captain and master of the vessel, β€œwas responsible for the safety and security of the vessel, its crew, and its passengers.”

 

Federal prosecutors informed Boylan’s attorneys of the indictment after it was filed, and the defendant is expected to self-surrender to federal authorities in the coming weeks.

 

The indictment alleges that Boylan caused the deaths of 33 passengers and one crewmember β€œby his misconduct, negligence, and inattention to his duties.” The indictment cites three specific safety violations:

 

failing to have a night watch or roving patrol, which was required by the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and for over 20 years was a requirement in the Conception’s Certificate of Inspection issued by the United States Coast Guard;

failing to conduct sufficient fire drills, which are mandated in the CFR; and

failing to conduct sufficient crew training, which was also required by the CFR.

Project Veritas has released the first of its recordings from inside CNN’s editorial calls, beginning with what appears to be network President alongside reporters discussing how another 9/11 attack could happen if Trump didn’t pre-emptively concede to Joe Biden.

 

The call begins with reporter Jamie Gangel, who describes what left-wing politicians are demanding she report about the matter of Trump leaving office. She appears to be all too happy to take her line from Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans.

 

But the most shocking part of the call sees field producer Stephanie Becker demanding the network discuss how another 9/11 terror attack could occur if Trump doesn’t aid the Biden transition.

 

Becker claims: β€œOn the issue of why it’s important to get the transition going right, the 9/11 [Commission] Report talks about one of the problems was that the trouble that was brewing that lost during the transition.

 

β€œSo if you want a good concrete example of what happens when you don’t have a good transition, well, look at the Twin Towers.”

 

Presidential transitions are actually a relatively recent thing in American political history. Transitions of the type the country has witnessed in recent years are a product of the last decade, with more basic versions occurring only as far back as the 1960s.

 

The company’s President, Jeff Zucker, says back to Becker on the call: β€œI would encourage folks to think about that 9/11 Commission Report and the lack of a transition.”

An investigation into SEC filings has revealed that the firm which owns Dominion Voting Systems received $400 million dollars from a Swiss bank with close links to the Chinese government less than a month before the election.

It is now the Pentagon’s practice to β€œbolster stability” by being openly threatening to whatever country is considered to merit its attention, and Washington’s policy in this regard meets with the full approval of Israel, which is the fiercest drum-beater of the anti-Iran cabal, in addition to being America’s most favoured nation.

Gab has had members of the QAnon community on our platform for several years now, but to be honest I never paid much attention to them because they have always been respectful people who follow Gab’s user guidelines and US law.

 

My attention was immediately drawn to them once the legacy press started to smear the QAnon community and especially after Silicon Valley platforms censored and deplatformed groups, individuals, and networks of people who even mention Q or any of the various important topics that the community researches and discusses.

 

I can’t say that I’ve ever seen any β€œconspiracy theories” from the QAnon community. In fact, I’ve seen a refreshing and objective flow of information being surfaced by a decentralized community of millions of people who are researching and reporting on news that so-called β€œjournalists” refuse to cover.

 

The oligarchs in power are most certainly wicked and corrupt people by any measure of morality, but the Epstein saga over the past few years has revealed the depth of this wickedness to general public and the QAnon community played a big role in distributing that information to the masses. I’m not sure how this can be considered a β€œconspiracy theory” when it has been widely reported, even begrudgingly, by the legacy press.

 

Perhaps it is you who are the conspiracy theorists.

 

After all, the legacy media has propagated endless conspiracy theories over the years including the β€œweapons of mass destruction hoax” and the β€œRussian hoax” that is still peddled to this day.

 

As a Christian I believe that sunlight is the best disinfectant for evil. It seems to me that the legacy press, in coordination with Silicon Valley tech platforms, are working to sweep the wickedness of people like Epstein and those associated with him under the rug through the use of censorship, coordinated smear campaigns, and by destroying the lives of decent people who are seeking the truth.

 

The QAnon community is much bigger than an alleged anonymous government insider making posts on an image board. That part may or may not be true, but I don’t think it really matters either way.

Bill Barr's real name is William Pelham Barr(born May 23, 1950) is an American attorney serving as the 85th United States Attorney General since 2019, previously holding the office from 1991 to 1993.

As deputy attorney general, Barr authorized an FBI operation in 1991 which freed hostages at the Talladega federal prison. An influential advocate for tougher criminal justice policies, Barr as attorney general in 1992 authored the report The Case for More Incarceration, where he argued for an increase in the United States incarceration rate.[4] Under Barr's advice, President George H. W. Bush in 1992 pardoned six officials involved in the Iran–Contra affair.

 

Barr became attorney general for the second time in 2019. You can deplatform these people from legacy tech platforms and call them β€œracists” and β€œconspiracy theorists” in the legacy media, but nothing can stop what has already been started and it will only continue to grow.

 

One big reason the legacy media is smearing the QAnon community is because these folks are in direct competition with the legacy media’s power structure and control over the flow of information and news.

 

The other reason is because many in the QAnon community are Christian and Q often shares Christian themes. The QAnon community is organizing and uniting Christians across all denominations of the faith in their search for real news and information about the corrupt and wicked people in power.

I don’t believe it is a coincidence that the deplatforming and coordinated smear campaign of the QAnon community started shortly after Q posted a letter from archbishop Carlo Maria ViganΓ² on June 29th, 2020 which was followed by the posting of a prayer mentioning Jesus by name as Lord on September 20th, 2020.

 

Ultimately what the anti-Christian legacy press and the wicked oligarchs in power fear the most is Christians coordinating and unifying on the internet. When this happens they know that their evil will be exposed and their names will be named outside of the oligarch-controlled media and technology echo chambers. It’s the same reason they are working so hard to keep us out of our churches with these bogus lockdowns.

 

From my perspective The Great Awakening is about millions of people waking up to the lies they have been fed by their governments, the legacy media, the entertainment industry, Big Tech companies, the education system, and more for over a century.

 

Based on what I have observed for the past several months, the core philosophy of the QAnon community is to be inherently skeptical of what legacy media elites report, conduct your own research, and share the truth far and wide.

President George H.W. Bush nominated Thomas to the Supreme Court in 1991. His confirmation was nearly derailed by Anita Hill’s claims that Thomas sexually harassed her.

 

Throughout the hearings,Danforth, an ordained Episcopal priest, was Thomas’ most vocal supporter. In introducing Thomas at the Law Day event he recalled the confirmation process as a β€œdreadful ordeal.”
