Went to FOIA and entered Smartmatic in search.
A document titled “One Step Forward, Two Steps Back on Signature Count” popped up in list.
Deals with Hugo Chavez and a recall petition. Smartmatic was involved in (un) matching signatures!
Phone fagging so can’t copy the document.
