Actually, there IS evidence that FDR knew the attack was coming. I've forgotten where I saw it, but the orders for the attack had been deciphered a couple days prior … and pocketed.
How very thoughtful of the Prosecutor trying to get a conviction against a kid that will put him in prison for a VERY long time to be concerned that the kid might become the victim of a financial crime.

If any action needs to be taken, I will trust Lin to take it … and not rely on a Prosecutor who argued for a $2 million bond for a teenager with no priors AT ALL.
