Rear Admiral Husband E. Kimmel was relieved of his command of the U.S. Pacific Fleet as part of a shake-up of officers in the wake of the Pearl Harbor disaster.

Admiral Kimmel had enjoyed a successful military career, beginning in 1915 as an aide to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He served admirably on battleships in World War I, winning command of several in the interwar period. At the outbreak of World War II, Kimmel had already attained the rank of rear admiral and was commanding the cruiser forces at Pearl Harbor. In January 1941, he was promoted to commander of the Pacific Fleet, replacing James Richardson, who FDR relieved of duty after Richardson objected to basing the fleet at Pearl Harbor.

If Kimmel had a weakness, it was that he was a creature of habit, of routine. He knew only what had been done before, and lacked imagination—and therefore insight—regarding the unprecedented. So, even as word was out that Japan was likely to make a first strike against the United States as the negotiations in Washington floundered, Kimmel took no extraordinary actions at Pearl Harbor. In fact, he believed that a sneak attack was more likely at Wake Island or Midway Island, and requested from Lieutenant General Walter Short, Commander of the Army at Pearl Harbor, extra antiaircraft artillery for support there (none could be spared).

Kimmel’s predictability was extremely easy to read by Japanese military observers and made his fleet highly vulnerable. As a result, Kimmel was held accountable, to a certain degree, for the absolute devastation wrought on December 7. Although he had no more reason than anyone else to believe Pearl Harbor was a possible Japanese target, a scapegoat had to be found to appease public outrage. He avoided a probable court-martial when he requested early retirement. When Admiral Kimmel’s Story, an “as told to” autobiography, was published in 1955, Kimmel made it plain that he believed FDR sacrificed him—and his career—to take suspicion off himself; Kimmel believed Roosevelt knew Pearl Harbor was going to be bombed, although no evidence has ever been adduced to support his allegation

Ramsland is identified in multiple media reports as an officer of Allied Security Operations Group. It was not immediately clear whether he would be part of the team examining the Antrim election equipment.

The quick access to the election tabulators comes despite the county's arguments that granting such access violates its license agreements with Dominion Voting Systems and could expose proprietary information and pose a potential threat to security of future elections. The more tests you do, the more positive results come up. A positive result is taken to mean: the person is infected with the virus.

A case should mean the person has clinical symptoms; he is sick.

These people aren’t sick, and there is no indication they will get sick.

So…expand testing, test millions of people, obtain results claiming “infection,” call all these healthy people “cases,” and order lock downs.

This is a straight-out con. The real goal is lockdowns and economic devastation.

IS THE PCR TEST DECEPTIVE?

You need one piece of background here.

The PCR test is run in “cycles.” Each cycle is a quantum leap in amplifying or magnifying the original tiny, tiny piece of material taken from the patient’s swab sample. It’s like blowing up a small photo to an amazing size.

The question is: how many cycles should the PCR test be run at? This is vital issue, because the number of cycles changes the result.

July 16, 2020, podcast, “This Week in Virology” [1]: Tony Fauci makes a point of saying the PCR COVID test is useless and misleading when the test is run at “35 cycles or higher.” A positive result, indicating infection, cannot be accepted or believed.

Here, in techno-speak, is an excerpt from Fauci’s key quote (starting at about the 4-minute mark [1]): “…If you get [perform the test at] a cycle threshold of 35 or more…the chances of it being replication-competent [aka accurate] are miniscule…you almost never can culture virus [detect a true positive result] from a 37 threshold cycle…even 36…”

Too many cycles, and the test will turn up all sorts of irrelevant material that will be wrongly interpreted as relevant.

That’s called a false positive.

What Fauci failed to say on the video is: the FDA, which authorizes the test for public use, recommends the test should be run up to 40 cycles. Not 35.

Therefore, all labs in the US that follow the FDA guideline are knowingly or unknowingly participating in fraud. Fraud on a monstrous level, because…

Georgia County Can’t Find Chain of Custody Records for Absentee Ballots

Georgia’s Dekalb County does not know if it is in possession of the ballot transfer forms used to record the chain of custody for absentee ballots dropped into some 300 drop boxes around the state.

Dekalb County responded to an open records request for the transfer forms from The Georgia Star News by writing that “it has not yet been determined if responsive records to your request exist.”

“DeKalb County and [The Georgia Department of Voting, Registration and Election] VRE are currently operating within its COVID-19 Emergency Response Plan. These remote operations and VRE’s current workload greatly impact how soon responsive records can be provided,” the response from the department stated.

“VRE is expected to make this determination within thirty business days.”

The Georgia Star News requested the ballot transfer forms from several counties. Cobb County and Cook County have complied with the request, each providing copies of the forms.

A spokesperson for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told Breitbart News last week that the ballot transfer forms are in the possession of individual counties.

Georgia election rules require ballots from drop boxes to be picked up by teams of at least two people who must complete a transfer form upon doing so.

“The collection team shall complete and sign a ballot transfer form upon removing the ballots from the dropbox, which shall include the date, time, location and number of ballots,” the relevant rule states.

“The ballots from the drop box shall be immediately transported to the county registrar and processed and stored in the same manner as absentee ballots returned by mail are processed and stored. The county registrar or a designee thereof shall sign the ballot transfer form upon receipt of the ballots from the collection team.”

Each of the drop boxes should have more than a dozen signed ballot transfer forms, given the frequency of the pickups required by the rules.

The Peach State first used absentee ballot drop boxes for its June 19 primary, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

In 2016 in Dekalb County, Hillary Clinton received 251,370 votes and Donald Trump received 51,468 votes.

In 2020, the unofficial results show former Vice President Joe Biden with 308,102 votes and President Donald Trump with 58,361.

The Trump campaign filed an election contest in Georgia on Dec. 4, alleging that violations of the Constitution and state laws took place in the 2020 election.

The president held a rally in Georgia on Dec. 5, alleging that widespread fraud occurred in the state which could be remedied if the signatures on absentee ballot envelopes were to be verified.

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp called on Raffensperger to order a signature audit after the release of video footage that appeared to show poll workers in Fulton County processing ballots in the middle of the night with no observers.

Speaking to Fox News, Kemp said, “I think it should be done. I think especially with what we saw today, it raises more questions. There needs to be transparency on that.”

It would last three years and eight months until Japan surrendered on Aug. 14, 1945.

Speaking two days after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, the president prepared the nation for the conflict ahead. He urged Americans to steel themselves for casualties and setbacks and prepare to make the necessary sacrifices. While emphasizing that Nazi Germany and Italy also remained grave threats to the United States, FDR stopped short of calling for a declaration of war. (Two days later, Germany took away the option by taking the initiative.)

With tens of millions of anxious people listening by their radios, FDR began his 3,000-word address from the White House to his “fellow Americans” by observing that “the sudden criminal attacks perpetrated by the Japanese in the Pacific provide the climax of a decade of international immorality.

“Powerful and resourceful gangsters,” the president added, “have banded together to make war upon the whole human race. Their challenge has now been flung at the United States of America. The Japanese have treacherously violated the longstanding peace between us. Many American soldiers and sailors have been killed by enemy action. American ships have been sunk; American airplanes have been destroyed.

“The Congress and the people of the United States have accepted that challenge. Together with other free peoples, we are now fighting to maintain our right to live among our world neighbors in freedom, in common decency, without fear of assault.

“I can say with utmost confidence,” the president subsequently asserted, “that no Americans today or a thousand years hence, need feel anything but pride in our patience and in our efforts through all the years toward achieving a peace in the Pacific which would be fair and honorable to every nation, large or small. And no honest person, today or a thousand years hence, will be able to suppress a sense of indignation and horror at the treachery committed by the military dictators of Japan, under the very shadow of the flag of peace borne by their special envoys in our midst.”

FDR concluded: “So we are going to win the war and we are going to win the peace that follows.

“And in the difficult hours of this day — through dark days that may be yet to come — we will know that the vast majority of the members of the human race are on our side. Many of them are fighting with us. All of them are praying for us. But, in representing our cause, we represent theirs as well — our hope and their hope for liberty under God.”

November 24, 1817:Thomas Gibbons,a ferry entrepreneur, offered Vanderbilt a position as captain of his steamboat that ran between NJ and NY, while continuing his previous business and trade. As well Vanderbilt became Gibbons's business manager,and Gibbons became Vanderbilt's mentor.This was against a backdrop of a steamboat monopoly in NY begun by Robert Livingston and Robert Fulton (who had designed the steamboat) given by the NY state legislature, still operated by their heirs (Livingston and Fulton were no longer living at this time). Operating within this monopoly was one Aaron Ogden running his ferry, a former partner, and now a rival of Gibbons. Gibbons was attempting to put Ogden out of business and sued him all the way to the Supreme Court in an attempt to break up the monopoly. Vanderbilt even represented Gibbons in legal meetings, going to DC, and hiring Daniel Webster to represent the case before the Supreme Court. Furthermore, Vanderbilt presented his own lawsuit against the monopoly before them. Vanderbilt also moved to New Brunswick, NJ. Sofia Vanderbilt ran an inn there. Interesting. Inns often became the place for foreign strangers to meet and make deals, or other shady practices. This became very lucrative for Vanderbilt.

More on Gibbons: Gibbons's family and he were rice plantation owners in the area of Savannah, Georgia. After the Revolutionary War, Gibbons, among others who refused to give up being Tories (British loyalists), were charged and convicted of treason, and imprisoned. Gibbons continued considering himself a British citizen. His estate was confiscated, and through an executive order, he permitted to live at his mother's, only allowed to move about between there and Savannah. After petitioning to become a U.S. citizen, he was granted such but without voting or holding office rights for 14 years, nor was he allowed to practice law. Somehow, he managed to be granted full rights in only four years. Bribes perhaps? What of his British loyalty? If bribes were involved, and his estate confiscated, who provided the funds? The British? East India Company who surely operated in the Port of Savanah? Something spoopy here, for sure. Was this man a subversive, a spy for Britain? Four years after his full rights were granted, Gibbons became Mayor of Savannah, Georgia, serving several terms on and off until 1801. He also served as an aldermen, and in 1801, a federal judge. How very odd, indeed. The same year he had been appointed a federal judge, he moved to Elizabethtown, NJ, where he purchased a large docking facility a couple of years later. His neighbor was Aaron Ogden, a former U.S. Senator and NJ governor, and the two became business partners in a steamboat operation out of the Hudson River, shuttling between Elizabethtown and New Brunswick, NJ. It was his steamboat Bellona for which Vanderbilt was hired to captain. Vanderbilt biographer T.J. Stiles described Gibbons as "a staggeringly rich rice planter from Georgia." Staggeringly……….hmmm. Gibbons soon jettisoned Ogden, and that's when they became rivals, with Gibbons hell bent on ruining him. All this started mere months before he hired Vanderbilt. Ogden had been licensed by the monopoly of steamships operating between NY and NJ. 1856: James Pierpont's wife, Millicent died, and after his brother, John Pierpont, Jr., accepted a post with the Savannah, Georgia, Unitarian congregation, James followed him, as organist and music director. He earned a living by giving organ and singing lessons. Pierpont had a successful hit song composition with a song written in collaboration with lyricist Marshall S. Pike published by Oliver Ditson and Company the following year.

August, 1857: James Pierpont married Eliza Jane Purse, daughter of Savannah's mayor, Thomas Purse. While she soon gave birth to the first of their children, Lillie, his children by his first marriage remained in Massachusetts with their grandfather. James composed "The One Horse Open Sleigh" published by Oliver Ditson and Company of 277 Washington Street in Boston dedicated to John P. Ordway. The song was copyrighted the following month, on the 16th. The song was originally performed in a Sunday school concert on Thanksgiving in Savannah, Georgia, although it has been claimed that Pierpont wrote it in Medford, Mass., in 1850. In 1859, it was re-released with the title "Jingle Bells, or The One Horse Open Sleigh", and only then, it became popular.

1859: The Unitarian Church in Savannah, of which the pastor was John Pierpont, Jr., had closed because of its abolitionist position.

During the Civil War: Having served two weeks as a military chaplain with the 22nd Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, John Pierpont was given an appointment in the Treasury Department in DC, a post he held until his death (Aug., 1866). In the meantime, his son, James Lord Pierpont, the composer of "Jingle Bells", who lived in Savannah, Georgia, was a Confederate soldier during the war, composing songs for the Confederates, including "Our Battle Flag", "Strike for the South", and "We Conquer or Die". It's simply odd, that his father was an avid abolutionist, yet here was his son, on the side of pro-slavers. It could be he did it for the money. The elder Pierpont was known as "the poet of the abolition movement", and published his "The Tocsin", written just after the destruction of Pennsylvania Hall, Philadelphia, in The Liberator, the leading anti-slavery paper.John Pierpont was the maternal grandfather of financier J. Pierpont Morgan.
