It is ILLEGAL for the government to shut your business down if you have not violated a Constitutionally-passed law.
In this video Orange County, CA business advocate Peggy Hall interviews Michigan OSHA expert Tammy Clark on the topic of governments presumptively closing businesses down, issuing mask orders, etc. It is all ILLEGAL. These ladies explain why.
It is worth the watch. Your small business friends need to see this and get organized locally.

No one is consulting credentialed Labor experts…who are the ones who should know.
There are a number of OSHA regulations that can define what is legal, etc.

But why are they acting bizzarly now? Enforcing 'regulations'…but there is a process to get an OSHA regulation passed.
This process was not followed?
They are expanding beyond their legislative authority of statuatory law. Like the DMV…can only make regulations according to statutes.
Must go thorugh a lawmaking procedure, public omment, etc. but now bypassing and going around the process…edicts, measures, etc. are NOT laws of Regulations.
OSHA making up things with emergency orders…skipping process… guidelines, recommendationns now warnings and threats. But there is NO BASIS for this.
They are PUTTING people at risk.
Undue burden on employers…mask police. PPE requirements, unsafe, unhealthy, creating a greater hazard.
Why? Becaiuse these directors of state agencies are HIRED by GOVERNORS…so what are the GOVERNORS doing to us?
Directors of agencies are their henchmen. They KNOW its wrong, but they are in a bind. Do it or lose their jobs. So they turn a blind eye to putting people at risk. They should be fired for what they are doing and will be fired if they do not do it.
In their case, it is not about their job, it is about their freedom. They should realize this.
OSHA website says masks are not PPE. They do not protect against infectioius disease. OSHA website still says this.
People should file a complaint with OSHA AGAINST OSHA…not being able to breathe IS a hazard. You cannot smell a gas leak, spoiled food, etc. A mask stops you from smelling. Complain TO OSHA about the masks.
Sue OSHA. Must be personally harmed, however. Waiting for someone to raise this complaint (file the lawsuit.)
Things will not change unless it is challenged.
Band together, stand together. Get on offense. Enough of this. Will not change until then.
Do not comply. There is no law on the books to require your employees to wear a mask.
Mask harms are plenty. Wearing a mask VIOLATES OSHA.
Michigan Governor is now using OSHA and HHS to do the same thing the courts said she cannot do.
Lawsuits will put the Constitution's role back in order. Whitmer ignored the Constitution and is acting illegally so is Newsome.
We are guaranteed a republic form of govt., no governor can make a law, no judge can make a law. If their Regulations are unlawful it needs to be brought forward.
We the people have the right to inititate legislation. We have this right. We have to do a petition properly. Have to do it right. Needs to be worded right so it is an Approved peition. Petition Drives can become legislation by doing it correctly.
Lawsuit against the state Secretary of State.
Veto proof: not going through the rule-making process of a law but repealing something that is already on the books.

Governors do not have the power they are using = tyranny…using power without authority.
Need to hold governors to their restrictions.
