House Expected To Vote Wednesday On Stopgap Bill To Avoid Govt Shutdown

 

Update (1515ET): House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer has confirmed the vote on the stop-gap bill:

 

"I am disappointed that we have not yet reached agreement on government funding. The House will vote on Wednesday on a one-week CR to keep government open while negotiations continue."

While some had hoped for a 'combo' stimulus/government-funding bill, it appears that will not be the case - at least in the very short-term - as The Hill reports that The House is expected to vote Wednesday on a stopgap measure to avert a government shutdown after current funding expires this Friday.

Moderna, Pfizer CEOs Skip White House COVID Vaccine Summit After Leaking Data To Biden

 

Despite repeatedly pledging to be apolitical, Pfizer and Moderna have been criticized for waiting to release their 'Phase 3' trial data until just days after the Nov. 3 vote, while shooting down Trump's insistence that a vaccines would be approved in a matter of weeks as extreme hyperbole, if not an outright lie.

 

More than a month later, Pfizer and Moderna have revealed that they remain in close contact with the Biden team. As it turns out, Biden may have been briefed on the initial Pfizer and Moderna data before President Trump, even though, at that point, Biden's victory had been decided by the media, and the media alone, STAT News reports.

 

Now, both Pfizer and Moderna are skipping a White House vaccine summit, despite taking billions in taxpayer dollars for their vaccines. Unlike Moderna, which benefited directly from "Operation Warp Speed" funds, Pfizer self-financed the development of the vaccine, before striking a deal with OWS to supply the US with millions of doses.

 

Both companies, and their executives, have benefited from these Trump Administration programs. But now, it seems, they're trying to send a message to the public: The Trump Administration doesn't deserve credit for the vaccines.

 

The summit, first reported last week, has been derided by the Administration's critics as a PR stunt intended to try and 'take credit' for rolling out COVID-19 vaccines.

 

It's not the first time that Pfizer, in particular, has tried to distance itself from Operation Warp Speed. Back on Nov. 10, Kathrin Jansen, a Pfizer executive, attempted to distance the company from OWS by insisting Pfizer had never taken any money from it, a line the company has continued to repeat, despite striking the deal noted above. It sure is a lot easier to bootstrap vaccine development when you're a resource-rich pharma giant like Pfizer, and you know you can fall back on $1.95BN from the federal government right out the gate.

 

Other companies involved in vaccine distribution logistics, but not in vaccine development itself, are still expected to attend, including FedEx, UPS, CVS, Walgreens, and McKesson. Though most will likely send lower-ranking executives as opposed to their CEOs.

 

Additionally, Peter Marks, the FDA official in charge of overseeing vaccine approvals, might attend, though the FDA is reportedly "uneasy" about the political connotations.

 

And the Democrats complain that Trump has been "sabotaging" the transition - yet, executives tacitly aligned with his political opponents won't even deign to meet with the president and his team.

Top Republican on Armed Services: House will try to override a Trump veto of defense bill

 

"Other than a couple senators running for president, which we all need to take with a grain of salt, I don't know anybody who is saying, 'yeah, this is the time and the way to deal with liability of social media companies,'"Thornberry says

 

House Armed Services ranking member Mac Thornberry said Monday that President Trump is "serious" about vetoing the defense authorization bill if it doesn't include elimination of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

 

The Texas Republican also told reporters that the House would attempt to override a veto from the president.

 

"I think the president really believes it. He is very upset at social media companies, in particular, and the results of the election have poured fuel on the flames. So I don't believe that it's empty. I know he's serious about it," said Thornberry, who is serving his last term in the House, during a press briefing.

 

"But I also believe that most of my colleagues think this is not the place or the way to address that issue. I mentioned before you've got Republicans and Democrats, House, Senate who think it should be addressed," he added. "But an airdrop, you know, in the last week or two of the session is not the way."

 

Section 230 of the law protects social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter from liability when posting third-party content. However, such platforms continue to exert control of the content by censuring some of it.

 

Trump has also said that he would veto the bill if it includes a plan to rename military bases named after generals in the Confederacy.

 

The final version of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 comes in at more than 4,500 pages and totals $740.5 billion.

 

It is expected to be voted on in the House and Senate this week. It does not include elimination of Section 230 and requires the secretary of Defense to implement a plan submitted by a commission to "remove all names, symbols, displays, monuments, and paraphernalia that honor or commemorate the Confederate States of America."

 

Thornberry said he reached out to the "committees of jurisdiction" to see if there is something that could be done that everybody agrees on regarding Section 230.

 

"Man, opinions are all over the board about what needs to happen. It is a complex subject with lots of consequences," he said. "So I don't think it's empty, but I'm hopeful that a strong vote can persuade the White House that there's a better approach to deal with that issue, so that you're not punishing the troops for something that is totally unrelated."

 

Thornberry said the House vote on the bill is expected on Tuesday.

‘We are not Americans,’ says Satmar grand rabbi

The Grand Rabbi of the Satmar Hassidim community of Williamsburg, New York, Rabbi Zalman Teitelbaum, has said that his hassidim should not consider themselves as American but rather as Jews in exile.

 

The rabbi made his remarks on Sunday night during an annual commemorative event for the rescue of Satmar founder Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum from the Nazis on the Kastner train in June 1944.

Georgia Governor and Lieutenant Governor Announce They Will Not Call Special Session of Legislature over Election

 

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan, both Republicans, released a statement on Sunday that said they will not call the General Assembly back into session to address concerns of election integrity in the presidential election.

 

“While we understand four members of the Georgia Senate are requesting the convening of a special session of the General Assembly, doing this in order to select a separate slate of presidential electors is not an option that is allowed under state or federal law,” the statement said.

 

“State law is clear: the legislature could only direct an alternative method for choosing presidential electors if the election was not able to be held on the date set by federal law,” the statement said. “In the 1960s, the General Assembly decided that Georgia’s presidential electors will be determined by the winner of the state’s popular vote.”

 

“The statement comes just one day after reports that President Donald Trump called Kemp in an effort to pressure him into calling the special session according to The Washington Post and confirmed by CNN,” WXIA-TV reported. “The governor reportedly rebuffed the president on the idea. Trump has previously urged Gov. Kemp in at least one tweet to ‘call in the legislature.’”

 

If Joe Biden is confirmed as president by the electoral college, he will be the first Democrat to win the state since Bill Clinton.

Elections Director in Fulton County, Richard Barron, Claims No One Was Told to Leave Atlanta Arena Election Night But Affidavits Say Otherwise

 

On election night in Atlanta workers were told to go home due to a water main break. However, we soon found out that this was a lie – there was no water main break:

 

This event led to numerous questionable events. Ultimately a video was released showing individuals going under tables and bringing out suitcases full of ballots after Republicans were told to go home. We identified at least three of the individuals involved in jamming the ballots from the suitcases through tabulators after the arena was cleared out.

 

One of the individuals who stuck around was Ralph Jones Sr. , noted above, whose son is the the official spokesman for Democrat US Senate Candidate Warnock and is also linked to Stacey Abrams.

 

The question arises is who told Ralph Jones Sr. to lie and claim a water main break and send people home on election night?

 

Far-left ‘fact checker’ Politifact claimed that Georgia election workers didn’t kick out observers and illegally count ‘suitcases’ of ballots. In their article they reached out to Fulton County Elections Director Richard Barron:

 

Richard Barron, the elections director in Fulton County, which includes Atlanta, also addressed the issue with the county’s elections officials. In a video published online by 11Alive, the NBC affiliate TV station in Atlanta, he described sending instructions for the scanners to keep going.

 

“No announcement was ever made to leave, for anyone to leave,” Barron said. “Certain staff that were on the cutting stations, that were on the flattening stations, that were extracting from the inner envelopes, those staff left as work completed. I found out sometime, I think a little after 10:30, that they were going to cease operations, and I told them not to do that.”

Michigan House Committee Threatens Dominion CEO with Subpoena

 

The Michigan House committee looking into alleged vote fraud in the 2020 election is threatening Dominion Voting Systems with a subpoena to appear and testify.

 

In an letter obtained exclusively by Breitbart News, state Rep. Matt Hall (R) told Dominion CEO John Poulos that he ignored Hall’s pre-Thanksgiving invitation to testify before the committee, and in a letter dated December 4 invited him again to appear.

 

“On November 23, I sent you a letter inviting you to join the House Oversight Committee so that we could get answers to the many questions that we have regarding the potential issues that occurred on Election Day. I have not received an answer to my request,” Hall said.

 

“I am writing again to request your appearance before the House Oversight Committee so that we can further investigate Dominion’s role in the election,” he wrote.

 

“To help our constituents, committee members, and colleagues better understand the election software, and get to the bottom of any of the issues that arose on Election Day related to the software I am hopeful that you would agree to appear and speak with us,” Hall said, offering an option to appear virtually via Zoom.

 

The chairman concluded, “Finally, if Dominion chooses to ignore this second request to come before the committee I am prepared to seek legislative subpoena power to compel your appearance before the House Oversight Committee. I am hopeful that it would not come to this.”

 

Michigan talk radio host Steve Gruber reported Antrim County judge Kevin Elsenheimer ordered an exam to be conducted on Dominion voting machines in that area, where about 6,000 votes mysteriously flipped from Donald Trump to Joe Biden in the election.

 

According to Gruber, Dominion is threatening “lawsuits against Antrim County and its 22 townships for violating … contracts with The State of Michigan.”

 

“Those contracts forbid access to the Dominion tabulation machines or the software and algorithms that run elections,” he said.

 

Dominion had been scheduled to appear before the Pennsylvania legislature in mid-November, but canceled just hours before the hearing was scheduled to begin., WFMZ said.

 

“Today I am saddened to report to the taxpayers of Pennsylvania and the 1.3 million voters who used Dominion voting that Dominion has hung you out to dry and slapped you in your faces,” Pennsylvania state Rep. Seth Grove said after the announcement.

 

Legislators wanted answers from the company, regardless of if or how they impacted the outcome of the election.

 

Addressing concerns some have about the integrity of the election, Grove said, “Whether they’re true or not, let’s have the discussion and knock them down to provide accuracy for our voters.”

Gretchen Whitmer Extends Michigan Lockdown by 12 Days

 

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer extended the three-week coronavirus “pause” on Monday by “12 days” and claimed “hope is on the horizon.”

 

On November 15, Whitmer announced the state was regressing despite her relentless coronavirus orders and shuttered in-person dining as well as in-person learning for high schoolers.

 

Whitmer also restricted other activities, such as group exercise classes. Casinos, movie theaters, and bowling alleys were also mandated to be closed.

 

High school sports were canceled, while professional and college athletics were not.

 

Today, she said she was lengthening that “pause.”

 

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) said families should not gather indoors, “and only two households may gather inside, with strict protocols recommended.”

 

Whitmer recommended individuals wear masks “consistently whenever they are inside with individuals not in their household, and are recommended to pick only a small group to see regularly.”

 

“Hope is on the horizon, but we need an additional 12 days to determine the full impact of the Thanksgiving holiday on our efforts to mitigate the spread of the virus,” Whitmer said, adding, “This is all about protecting our families and frontline workers until we eradicate this virus once and for all.”

 

Whitmer said outdoor gatherings and outdoor dining are still permitted during the “pause.”

 

It is predicted to be as cold as 23 degrees in Lansing this week, according to Weather.com.

 

Whitmer said retail shopping, public transit, haircuts “by appointment,” and individualized gym exercise “are still allowed.”

2020 Presidential Election Update: Where We Are in Terms of the Courts

 

The 2020 Presidential election fiasco will have several key developments this week.

The media continues to act as though Joe Biden has won the election and that any and all lawsuits launched by the Trump administration have been defeated.

This is false.

There are literally dozens of lawsuits underway in various states regarding the 2020 President election.

The Trump administration has filed three. The rest are from individuals, state legislators, and other entities.

Each individual lawsuit on its own is of relatively low significance. Ultimately the ONLY lawsuit that decides how this election turns out will be the one/ones that are presented before the Supreme Court.

The media is pretending this is not the case. But remember, this is the same media that told us:

1) President Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election (we know from declassified documents that this was a lie and that the media KNEW it was a lie from 2017 onward).

2) That activists burning and looting cities in America DO NOT spread COVID-19 but that everyone else is forbidden from attending church or meeting with family and friends because they WILL spread COVID-19.

Put simply, the media has an agenda here. And they’ve proven they will lie to our faces about things.

So, where are things in the U.S. right now?

Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Wisconsin are all in play.

Recent legal developments that can change things:

1) Georgia is now suggesting a forensic audit of votes involving signatures.

2) Michigan has allowed the Trump campaign to have a forensic audit of voting machines.

3) Arizona allowed for an audit of 100 votes, of which 3% were found to be fraudulent/ illegitimate. The state has since allowed an audit of a larger pool of votes.

4) The Supreme Court is open to hearing a case to determine if Pennsylvania violated election law by adopting a mail-in ballot voting system.

The biggest items in terms of potential impact on the election’s outcome are #2 and #4.

Regarding #2, the Dominion voting machines being audited in Michigan were used in 30 states.

If the Trump administration can prove via a forensic audit that these machines were open to manipulation or fraud, then the results of those 30 states can be TOSSED OUT.

That would mean the election results in those 30 states are no longer valid and either a NEW vote is required OR the state legislators will decide who to elect OR the election will move into Congress where the House will vote with 1 vote per state.

ALL of this would mean Trump winning the election.

Regarding #4, the Supreme Court has the final say in the law in the U.S.

If the Supreme Court decides that Pennsylvania’s decision to use mail-in ballots was illegal or illegitimate, then ALL mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania would be thrown out and the states votes would be recounted WITHOUT them (meaning Trump wins).

This would open the door to similar legal decisions in other states that used mail-in ballots. This again, would mean vote recounts in multiple states. And with Joe Biden winning those states by less than 1%, it would mean Trump winning.

This is the state of things in the U.S. today. Those telling you that the election is over are ignorant or lying. If anything, the odds are now favoring a Trump win more than at any point since November 3rd.

With that in mind, I stand by my original forecast that President Trump will end up winning this election.

Came here today to inquire what my fellow patriots make of this? Weirdly, Lifelog referred me to this China site as I was holding backspace on a random youtube link. I noticed it shares the same symbolism as Q-linked Typhoon Investigates report, which is also the classic one eye symbolism. Another Missing British Teen Girl Found in Syrian Camp for ISIS Brides

 

Nasra Abukar, who went missing from her London home aged 18, has been found at the Kurdish-run al-Hol camp for Islamic State family members in Syria, the same location where Shamima Begum was tracked down last year.

 

Ms Abukar had been persuaded to travel to Syria to marry jihadist Aseel Muthana six years ago, according to information obtained by The Times — the same newspaper that found Ms Begum in February 2019.

The newspaper reports that social media posts allegedly attributed to the young woman showed her promoting life in the Caliphate and sneering at the 2015 Bataclan terror attacks, typing the word “Paris” followed by a “crying with laughter” emoji shortly after jihadists slaughtered 130 people.

Journalist Assaulted, Arrested for Recording Police Extortion Act in Mexican Border State

 

Local police in the border state of Nuevo Leon arrested and roughed up a renowned journalist who photographed the moment when two officers extorted and harassed a street vendor selling Christmas ornaments. The reporter was listed as being under a government protection program for previous threats due to his work exposing corruption.

 

The case took place on Sunday afternoon in Monterrey when Juan Cedillo, a book author and journalist with Proceso Magazine, spotted two officers harassing and extorting a woman and her son selling Christmas ornaments. Cedillo photographed and documented the incident as the officers threatened the woman with arrest.

 

According to Cedillo, when the officers spotted him, they began to harass him despite being under the protection of police for his anti-corruption reporting. The program is meant to provide security measures for journalists who are targeted for their investigations.

 

According to the press freedom organization Article 19, the officers got their personal cell phones and took photographs of Cedillo before arresting him, a move that could be an intimidation tactic. During the arrest, the officers reportedly assaulted Cedillo and broke his computer. Three hours later, the officers released him without pressing charges.

 

The assault on Cedillo comes at a time when Mexico is considered by several press freedom organizations as one of the most dangerous places for journalists to perform honest reporting. Despite government assurances, there have been eight journalists murdered in Mexico in 2020.

The graphic lays out a serious of challenges, both in court and in Congress, which the GOP and supporters of President Donald J. Trump could execute in order to get to the bottom of exactly what happened on November 3.

 

The first step, according to Raiklin, is for the Supreme Court to rule in favor of Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA), who brought a lawsuit on behalf of the Trump campaign claiming that a 2019 law passed in Pennsylvania, which allowed for universal mail-in voting, is unconstitutional. According to Kelly, for such a law to be legal, an amendment would have to be passed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. The deadline for Pennsylvania, the defendant in the case, to respond to the Supreme Court is Tuesday.

 

Michigan will hold an election integrity hearing on Thursday, following similar hearings in other closely contested states.

 

Raiklin is also calling for the Director of National Intelligence to assess possible foreign election interference and present a report to President Donald J. Trump. That, according to Raiklin, would happen after the Department of Defense and its many federal law enforcement entities fully investigate election fraud, including fraud in the form of mail-in ballots and and absentee ballots.

 

The Congress, too, is an important piece of Raiklin’s plan, which details how the Senate Intelligence and Judiciary Committees, along with the House Judiciary Committee, could convene to investigate claims of fraud over the next 30 days.

 

Raiklin also calls for the postponement of the hotly contested Georgia U.S. Senate runoffs, slated for January 5, until full investigations into presidential election fraud are completed.

 

The final key component to contesting the election results, according to Raiklin, is mass protest by American patriots, particularly in key cities like Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, and others in swing states where election fraud appears to be most rampant.

Hawley Urges Trump To Veto Any ‘COVID Relief’ Bill That Excludes Stimulus Checks For American Families

Senator Josh Hawley (R-MI) spoke to President Donald Trump via phone over the weekend and urged the POTUS to veto any so-called congressional COVID-19 relief bill that refuses to authorize $1,200 payments to American citizens, stating, “Working families and individuals ought to be first for COVID relief, and then we’ll talk about everything else.”

 

A proposed $908 billion “economic relief package” backed by presidential candidate Joe Biden and the Democrat Party would offer no such stimulus to the American people, opting to bail out wealthy multinational corporations and government offices instead.

 

Though Hawley has signed multiple pieces of legislation in recent weeks that make a mockery of the American people by removing the names of American icons from military bases and replacing American workers with foreign labor, he is promising to veto a bill that does not include stimulus checks.

 

“I said, ‘I think it’s vital that any relief include direct payments, and I’m not gonna vote for it if it doesn’t.’ And I also urged him to veto any bill that did not have direct payments in it,” Hawley said in reference to his phone call with the President.

 

The senator stated, “Working families and individuals ought to be first for COVID relief, and then we’ll talk about everything else. I see some of these comments about ‘well, we just don’t have any money left over,’” adding, “We don’t have money left over for people? We can give it to state governments, to businesses, but we don’t have any money for people? I just think that’s crazy.”

 

Senate Republicans have a history of waffling on stimulus payments. Whether Hawley will actually live up to his promise to veto a bill that does not include stimulus relief for working families remains to be seen.

 

President Donald Trump has shown a strong interest in sending out another series of stimulus checks, stating in October, “If I am sent a Stand Alone Bill for Stimulus Checks ($1,200), they will go out to our great people IMMEDIATELY.”

For example, Ukrainian media released a recording of phone calls between an SBU agent (posing as a fake recruiter for the security agency) and ther persons that the Ukrainian side described as three former members of self-defense forces of the region of Donbass – Denis Kharitonov, Sergey Sherbakov and Alexander Sidorov. On the tape, the SBU agent requests them to describe their combat experience and skills under the pretext that this information is needed for signing of the security contract.

It is noted that Gaofen-14 will allow taking high-resolution images of terrestrial objects, which will help in creating 3D maps.

 

The current launch is the 354th launch for the Long March series launch vehicles.

 

Separately, on December 4th, China released images of its flag on the surface of the Moon.

Having packed samples of soil and rocks from the Earth’s only natural satellite within 19 hours after its smooth soft landing, the ascender of the Chinese spacecraft using the lander as a launch pad, took off from the moon surface, according to the China National Space Administration.

 

The Chang’e-5 ascender successfully took off from the lunar surface with soil and rock samples, and sent to the lunar orbiter some 15 kilometers away with the 3,000-newton thrust engine.

But now, her inner circle and related companies are under criminal investigation in three countries. She is blocked from accessing assets worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Among dos Santos’ major investments, she was forced to cede control of three companies, at least seven have been seized as part of lawsuits and another is bankrupt.

 

Lawyers, advisers and accountants, who opened shell companies, signed off on audits and devised tax avoidance strategies for the billionaire, have walked away. There’s been personal tragedy, as well. In October, dos Santos’ husband Sindika Dokolo, a businessman and art collector also implicated in corrupt schemes revealed by ICIJ reporting, died in a scuba diving accident.

U.K. Snatches Cocaine Stashed in Banana Pulp

 

The U.K. Border Force officers have seized more than a tonne of cocaine, estimated at 100 million British pounds (US$133.28 million), hidden amongst a shipment of banana pulp bound for Europe, the U.K. Home Office confirmed to OCCRP Monday.

 

“The Class A drugs were detected at London Gateway on 12 November - having been concealed within a shipping container transported on a commercial vessel docked at the port - as part of routine inspections,” the Home Office said.

 

It added that the cocaine, which weighed a total of 1.06 kilos, “was suspected to have been placed in the cargo in Colombia and was bound for Antwerp, via Rotterdam.”

 

Using hi-tech search equipment designed to combat immigration crime as well as detect banned and restricted goods, Border Force officers were able to identify anomalies within the container cargo.

 

Home Secretary Priti Patel said that the “significant seizure” sends a “stark message” to drug traffickers, adding that the U.K. would “use every inch of our law enforcement powers to track down and stop drugs from coming” into the country.

 

The shipment makes for the second largest such seizure by British authorities over the past few months. Earlier in September, border force officers “found 1,155 kilos of cocaine in a shipping container loaded with paper which was bound for Antwerp,” the Home Office included in its statement.

 

“These significant seizures have taken a large amount of dangerous drugs off the streets, which not only reduces the significant harm they cause to communities but also makes a huge dent in profits of smugglers and dealers,” the Head of Maritime Command for Border Force, Steve Whitton, said.

 

Branch commander of the U.K. National Crime Agency (NCA), Jacque Beer, also stressed that the recent success of such actions by law enforcement have inflicted “a significant hit to the organized crime groups involved, meaning less profit for them to reinvest” in further criminal enterprises.

Hard to believe that anyone has the audacity to predict such calamity on China. Let alone from Miles. Nathele King Bowers, "Tellie", 91, passed away Friday morning, October 24, 2014. She had moved from Midvale, UT to Country Pines in Clinton, UT.

 

She was born August 18, 1923 in Prescott, Arizona and has lived in Gilbert, Mesa, Chino Valley and Scottsdale, AZ. Her later years took her to Star, Idaho and then Midvale. She attended schools in Gilbert, Mesa, AZ, then at BYU and graduated from ASU.

 

Nathele was well known for her musical abilities on the piano and organ as an accompanist. Likewise her sweet soprano voice was heard in so many musical productions as she was a classically trained artist. She taught 4th grade for 18 years in the Mesa School District. Singing and dancing, many Arizona 4th grade students participated in her Arizona History productions.

 

Faithfully and happily, through her life, she served in some capacity in the ward and stake LDS auxiliaries. Working in the Mesa and Boise temples and then serving a mission in SLC at the age of 80 kept her young.

 

She raised seven children, Andrea Nathele Child of Kuna, ID; Morgan Dale Bowers of Clinton, UT; Charlotte Ann Odale of Midvale, UT; Daniel Grant Bowers of Sandy, UT; Russell Wesley Bowers of Mesa, AZ; David Parley Bowers of Boise, ID and Steven King Bowers of Coolidge, AZ.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband Wesley Raymond Bowers, parents Lottie Ethel Noble and Parley King, siblings Lorraine Isaccson and Noble King.

 

Siblings Margie Dallabetta and Wayne Crandall are still living as are all her children, grand and great-grandchildren.

 

Nathele will be buried next to her husband, Wes, in the Antimony Cemetery in Antimony, Utah on November 1, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. A celebration of life will follow at the Antimony LDS Church.

 

Her family and friends will miss this wonderful woman who is full of talent, humor, faith and charity.

There are a number of OSHA regulations that can define what is legal, etc.

But why are they acting bizzarly now? Enforcing 'regulations'…but there is a process to get an OSHA regulation passed.

 

This process was not followed?

 

They are expanding beyond their legislative authority of statuatory law. Like the DMV…can only make regulations according to statutes.

Must go thorugh a lawmaking procedure, public omment, etc. but now bypassing and going around the process…edicts, measures, etc. are NOT laws of Regulations.

 

OSHA making up things with emergency orders…skipping process… guidelines, recommendationns now warnings and threats. But there is NO BASIS for this.

 

They are PUTTING people at risk.

Undue burden on employers…mask police. PPE requirements, unsafe, unhealthy, creating a greater hazard.

 

Why? Becaiuse these directors of state agencies are HIRED by GOVERNORS…so what are the GOVERNORS doing to us?

 

Directors of agencies are their henchmen. They KNOW its wrong, but they are in a bind. Do it or lose their jobs. So they turn a blind eye to putting people at risk. They should be fired for what they are doing and will be fired if they do not do it.

 

In their case, it is not about their job, it is about their freedom. They should realize this.

 

OSHA website says masks are not PPE. They do not protect against infectioius disease. OSHA website still says this.

 

People should file a complaint with OSHA AGAINST OSHA…not being able to breathe IS a hazard. You cannot smell a gas leak, spoiled food, etc. A mask stops you from smelling. Complain TO OSHA about the masks.

 

Sue OSHA. Must be personally harmed, however. Waiting for someone to raise this complaint (file the lawsuit.)

 

Things will not change unless it is challenged.

 

Band together, stand together. Get on offense. Enough of this. Will not change until then.

 

Do not comply. There is no law on the books to require your employees to wear a mask.

 

Mask harms are plenty. Wearing a mask VIOLATES OSHA.

 

Michigan Governor is now using OSHA and HHS to do the same thing the courts said she cannot do.

 

Lawsuits will put the Constitution's role back in order. Whitmer ignored the Constitution and is acting illegally so is Newsome.

 

We are guaranteed a republic form of govt., no governor can make a law, no judge can make a law. If their Regulations are unlawful it needs to be brought forward.

 

We the people have the right to inititate legislation. We have this right. We have to do a petition properly. Have to do it right. Needs to be worded right so it is an Approved peition. Petition Drives can become legislation by doing it correctly.

 

Lawsuit against the state Secretary of State.

 

Veto proof: not going through the rule-making process of a law but repealing something that is already on the books.

There IS no law that says they have to close. THEY are the owners of their business to run as they see fit.

 

If you get a violation, the violation is:'issuing a fraudulent instrument,' it is bogus. It is a felony. Call Peggy Hall. They are CONSPIRING AGAINST YOU to remove a Civil right.
