Let's focus on the [10] marker. First actual [10] marker was 12/15/17 where Q mentioned 'Dark'. This could refer to '10 Days of Darkness' = Shutdown.

Possible it was a 3 year delta. December 14th is arbitrary electoral vote day. We may have "President Biden" for 10 days of darkness where the media will blatantly censor and shutdown any opposing narratives. However we will know better and need to be the light in the dark for those who are lost.

12/15 - 12/24 would be the 10 days thus opening up the window for a Christmas Miracle by Trump and the team.
