On Tuesday, Schumer and 13 Democrats sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Joseph Maher, a top official at the Department of Homeland Security’s intelligence division, requesting a written brief on the QAnon threat domestically.

 

“QAnon conspiracy theories have inspired acts of domestic extremism and violence, sought to undermine democratic institutions, and contributed to hatred in the United States and overseas,” wrote the Democrats, according to a copy of the letter obtained by The Daily Beast.

 

They also requested analysis on “the role of foreign influence actors in nurturing and amplifying QAnon,” citing reports that foreign actors, such as Russia, have used the conspiracy theory as part of its toolkit to inflame political division and racial tension in the U.S.

 

The FBI has previously classified QAnon as a possible source of domestic terrorist violence. In 2018, an armed Q believer blocked a bridge near the Hoover Dam with an armored truck, demanding that Trump make a certain Q prediction happen, for instance.

The president urged governors to act quickly to distribute the vaccine, noting that it was their responsibility to care for their citizens.

In a stunningly transparent and disingenuous effort to run out the clock on any challenge to the 2020 General Election, the attorney for Fulton County, Georgia informed an open records petitioner that no information would be available until 24 hours before the January 20, 2021 Presidential Inauguration.

 

A local news media organization, The Georgia Star News, filed an open records request on December 1, 2020 requesting all ballot transfer records for the November 3, 2020 General Election.

 

These forms certify the secure chain of custody for absentee ballots, mail-in ballots, and ballots that were submitted via the many drop boxes placed around the state.

 

On December 7, 2020 the news media outlet received a letter from the Office of the County Attorney for Fulton County which stated:

 

“Due to the numerous factors like multiple requests related to our prior election, the current pandemic, recounts, and the upcoming election, our response times for election related materials have been significantly delayed. We believe we can have responsive records to you by January 19, 2021. That said, should responsive materials come available sooner, we will provide them to you.”

 

January 19, 2021 is just one day – 24 hours – before the Presidential Inauguration in Washington, DC. This timetable would effectively make any criminality found in the chain of custody reports moot, thus rendering any vote fraud or ballot tampering unactionable where the results of the presidential election are concerned.

DENVER (KDVR) — Get ready for COVID-19 arm jabs next year. Legal experts are warning employees that they can be fired for refusing to get vaccinated.

 

Barring an individual employment contract or union collective bargaining agreement, the United States is largely a country of at-will employment, giving bosses a lot of leeway. There are legal exceptions for wrongful termination, but when it comes to COVID-19 vaccines,workers might not have much of a choice.

 

“An employer has a duty to ensure that he has a safe (workplace) environment,” said Don Eby, partner at Robinson & Henry P.C.

 

Eby said bosses may think of a COVID-19 vaccine as they would the influenza vaccine.

 

“An employer can, and many do, demand that their employees get the flu vaccine each year,” Eby said.

 

DU Sturm College of Law assistant professor Govind Persad agrees.

 

“For the COVID vaccine, the same sort of broad (flu vaccine) rules apply,” Persad said.

 

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) allows these types of employer vaccine mandates with some exceptions. Certain religious requirements and documented vaccine-adverse medical conditions could provide protections for employees.

 

“(Employees) may file a reasonable accommodation request … make a reasonable accommodation request with their employer based on the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act),” Eby explained.

 

There is some uncharted territory. Laws continue to play catch-up with the pandemic. The vaccines are new and, if approved, required to receive emergency-use status. Those facts could play a role in what employers are permitted to require, according to Persad.

 

“Because the FDA is making this emergency-use authorization decision, I would wait to see what (the FDA says) about the (employer) mandates before knowing what things are going to look like,” Persad said.

 

In other words, potential federal mandates could change everything for employers who may wish to require COVID-19 jabs.

 

Healthcare settings are being watched closely concerning employee vaccine policies. FOX31 reached out to Denver Health, Centura Health, UCHealth and HealthONE healthcare systems on Tuesday. All of those organizations are strongly encouraging their employees to get vaccinated, but hospital administrators are not requiring it.

With the median age of U.S. farmers at 55, many face retirement with no prospect of family members willing to take over. The National Young Farmers Coalition anticipates that two-thirds of the nation's farmland will change hands in the next few decades.

 

"Texas is kind of a free-for-all, so they don't have a limit on how much land can be owned," say's Ohio Farm Bureau's Ty Higgins. "You look at Iowa and they restrict it — no land in Iowa is owned by a foreign entity."

 

Ohio, like Texas, also has no restrictions, and nearly half a million acres of prime farmland are held by foreign-owned entities. In the northwestern corner of the state, below Toledo, companies from the Netherlands alone have purchased 64,000 acres for wind farms.

 

There are two counties in this region with the highest concentration of foreign-owned farmland — more than 41,000 acres each. One of those is Paulding County, where three wind farms straddle the Ohio-Indiana line.

 

Once a foreign entity buys up however many acres they want, Americans might never be able to secure that land again. So, once we lose it, we may lose it for good. - Ty Higgins

Our restaurants. People are going through a wave of corona virus right now…but so is everyone else. On August 28th, 2015 veterans joined together with Post Commander Gabriel Suarez, Monterey Park Councilmember Stephen Lam, San Gabriel Vice Mayor Chin Ho Liao, Janet Chin representing Senator Ed Hernandez, and Antonio Chapa representing Supervisor Hilda Solis to raise funds for the roof of Post 397 in Monterey Park.

 

250 guests attended the dinner with live entertainment held on August 28th at the Capital Seafood Restaurant.

 

The goal was to raise $50,000 to replace the roof on the building that was constructed in 1931.

 

Scott Shimamoto was the Master of Ceremonies and Stevie Mack, one of the many entertainers for the evening.

Yeah, I've got enough things on my plate. Learning about the "deep" mysteries of sound frequencies is the least of my concerns. I specifically mentioned the lyrics/lifestyle angle because I can say for sure this messed me up when I was young. I'm an empiricist at heart. I'm not going to lose sleep over things I never heard about. But I experienced the pull of lifestyle/lyrics. But I also grew out of it too. It wasn't like music was the only influence in my youth or this shit had some MK Ultra like grip on me. And that goes for probably most people.
