The attorneys filing these lawsuits do not have all the facts.
-The U.S. had a hand in creating and releasing the virus. They cannot create the danger then use that as a pretense to take away our Constitutional rights.
-The virus is not so dangerous hat it warrants a lockdown. The statistics show this-no flu or pneumonia deaths, for example.
-Wearing masks has not proven to be effective at stopping a virus, especially covid-19. If masks don’t stop a virus, then the requirement to wear one is arbitrary and capricious.
