The academics with whom Fauci has came in contact over the years can't wait to publicly fellate him and his reputation eagerly and sloppily. Big Pharma and academia is a rather prolific mutual mass circle-jerk besides. It appears this may be contributing to a lack of critical thinking and corroding real scholarship when prestigious careers and networking is paramount.
