This was fucking obvious: The SUNBURST trojan included functionality to load moar code onto compromised networks.
As I said: Good fucking luck in cleaning the affected networks.
It appears to be questionable.
According to [1], the Pfizer Vaccine is delivered in vials. While syringes with self-retracting needles do indeed exist, those usually come pre-filled and sealed, with no need for vials.
