What it tells me is that the National Security and Intelligence apparatus is completely fucked up. The information comes in and gets lost through a maze of different channels, all of which are guarded by Deep State assets and legal roadblocks. So in the end, you have clear evidence of a completely rigged election, or even children getting tortured and killed by the powerful "elite", and not a damn thing can be done with it. The whole system is a convoluted mess that makes no sense.
