German police seek US military community's help to identify woman found dead near Kaiserslautern mall

 

KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany β€” The police in Kaiserslautern are asking Americans who live and work in the area for help identifying a woman who was found dead near the K-in-Lautern shopping mall, who they believe was the victim of a crime.

 

The woman's body was found Monday evening, lying just off Stauboernchenstrasse about 600 feet south of the mall, by several witnesses, one of whom called the police at about 9 p.m.

 

An autopsy conducted Tuesday showed that she was a homicide victim, the police report said. Details about the autopsy’s findings were not available while the investigation into her death is ongoing, the report said.

 

β€œWe do not know the identity yet,” police spokesman Michael Hummel told Stars and Stripes.

 

β€œWe would like to ask the Americans for help” identifying the woman, he said, adding that, although there was nothing to indicate what the woman’s origins were, she β€œcould be American” or be known to someone in Kaiserslautern's sizeable U.S. military community, which numbers in the tens of thousands.

 

The woman was 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighed 139 pounds, the police report said. She had brown eyes, curly, shoulder-length, dark brown hair and a tattoo of flowers on her lower left leg.

 

She was wearing a black, long-sleeve shirt, a white winter jacket and red Puma sweatpants with a white stripe down the side when she was found, the police said.

The Canadian military has launched an administrative review and is considering disciplinary action after a Toronto-area reservist appeared in uniform and spoke at an anti-pandemic lockdown rally over the weekend.

 

Appearing before the rally, cadet officer Lesley Kenderesi warned against what he described as "a killer vaccine" and said it was "criminal" to administer it to people.

 

He urged members of the Armed Forces β€” truck drivers and engineers who would be involved in transporting the life-saving vaccine β€” not to follow what he claimed would be an "unlawful order" to distribute the vaccine.

 

The Department of National Defence has confirmed Kenderesi is a member of the military. The Ottawa Citizen was the first to report on his speech today. CBC News tried to contact Kenderesi through Facebook but has not received a reply.

 

His remarks β€” made Saturday during a Toronto-area protest and recorded on video β€” were shared on several media platforms and plastered all over military chat boards on Monday.

 

"You've got the balls and the courtesy to come out and tell the Government of Canada that freedom and tyranny doesn't roll with Canadians," Kenderesi told the crowd.

 

Claiming to represent the views of some members of the military, Kenderesi went on to criticize retired general Rick Hillier, who heads Ontario's vaccine distribution task force, and Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin, who is in charge of the Public Health Agency of Canada's vaccine logistics campaign.

 

Kenderesi belongs to the Cadet Instructor Cadre, which oversees the Army, Navy and Air Cadet programs.

 

A spokesperson for DND, Dan LeBouthillier, said a review will be undertaken "that will determine next steps."

 

While members of the Armed Forces are entitled to their personal views, there are clear regulations prohibiting full-time members from criticizing the government or government policy. Those rules also apply to reservists.

 

Members of the reserve force can be hauled up on disciplinary charges if they make disparaging comments in public while on duty or uniform.

Over the course of the past several days, the FBI, CISA, and ODNI have become aware of a significant and ongoing cybersecurity campaign. Pursuant to Presidential Policy Directive (PPD) 41, the FBI, CISA, and ODNI have formed a Cyber Unified Coordination Group (UCG) to coordinate a whole-of-government response to this significant cyber incident. The UCG is intended to unify the individual efforts of these agencies as they focus on their separate responsibilities. This is a developing situation, and while we continue to work to understand the full extent of this campaign, we know this compromise has affected networks within the federal government.

 

 

As the lead for threat response, the FBI is investigating and gathering intelligence in order to attribute, pursue, and disrupt the responsible threat actors. The FBI is engaging with known and suspected victims and information gained through FBI’s efforts will provide indicators to network defenders and intelligence to our government partners to enable further action.

 

 

As the lead for asset response activities, CISA took immediate action and issued an Emergency Directive instructing federal civilian agencies to immediately disconnect or power down affected SolarWinds Orion products from their network. CISA remains in regular contact with our government, private sector and international partners, providing technical assistance upon request, and making needed information and resources available to help those affected quickly recover from this incident. CISA is engaging with our public and private stakeholders across the critical infrastructure community to ensure they understand their exposure and are taking steps to identify and mitigate any compromises.

 

 

As the lead for intelligence support and related activities, ODNI is helping to marshal all of the Intelligence Community’s relevant resources to support this effort and share information across the United States Government.

Sam Jayne, the frontman of indie rock band Love As Laughter, has been found dead, the NYPD confirmed to Billboard on Wednesday (Dec. 16). He was 46.

The Democratic candidate in the 2020 US presidential race, Joe Biden, now the president-elect after the electoral college vote, is making picks for key federal government posts. Some of those reported picks have raised questions about the competence of those chosen for the job.

 

Hollywood movie producer and a co-founder of DreamWorks Animation, Jeffrey Katzenberg, and a Disney executive chairman, Bob Iger, are both reportedly under consideration for ambassadorships in 2020 election winner Joe Biden's administration, The Hollywood Reporter wrote on Wednesday.

 

Iger, 69, is reportedly being considered to fill the politically heavyweight post of US ambassador to China or, reportedly, to the UK, under a forthcoming Biden administration. The ambassadorship to the UK is regarded as one of the most prominent diplomatic assignments, as well as to China, as both countries are currently in trade negotiations with the US.

 

Katzenberg was a chairman at Walt Disney Studios from 1984 to 1994 and donates heavily to the Democratic Party. According to the outlet, Katzenberg is seeking an ambassadorship as well, although the specific position was not clarified in the report.

 

The Hill reported that the Biden transition team had issued a statement via email, preempting the Hollywood Reporter, stating that any discussions on such appointments are "premature".

 

On 25 February, Iger announced his resignation from his post as Disney CEO to become the company's executive chairman, and his contract with Disney is up for renewal in December 2021. Earlier this month, in an interview with Bloomberg TV, he said he would consider a job in Biden's incoming administration, if approached.

 

"Giving back in some fashion β€” serving our country in some fashion β€” is certainly something that I would consider seriously", he said.

 

After the Trump administration pulled the US out of the Paris climate accord, Iger left Trump's Presidential Advisory Council, of which he was previously a member.

 

According to the Hollywood Reporter, taking into consideration the huge support toward Democratic presidential candidate by Hollywood, "it should come as no surprise that the president-elect would be looking to reciprocate".

 

Key Hollywood players have been prominent supporters of Joe Biden's presidential campaign, and in particular, Iger reportedly gave $250,000 to the Biden Victory Fund, joint fundraising effort between the campaign, the Democratic National Committee and state parties, with Katzenberg donating $617,800 to the same fund.

 

Earlier, Susan Rice, 56, a former US National Security Advisor and ambassador to the UN under the administration of US President Barack Obama, exited the Netflix board to run the White House Domestic Policy Council for President-elect Biden's administration. Reportedly, Nicole Avant, a former ambassador to the Bahamas during the Obama administration and Netflix co-CEO and chief content officer Ted Sarandos's wife, is seeking to return to a diplomatic career.

Sidney Powell's "Kraken" has finally made it to the docket of the Supreme Court. The suit is perhaps the strongest collective argument yet against voter fraud.

 

It contains the forensic audit done in Michigan that proves systemic voter fraud occurred through the Dominion Voting System tabulation. It also has proof of at least 200,000 FRAUDULANT VOTES casted in the election.

 

Further, it contains official Georgia elections records that prove the Dominion Voting Systems program's "inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results." In other words, official Georgia election canvassers could not rely on Dominion Voting Systems' software to count the vote because it didn't repeat the same vote totals twice.

The Lawsuit states:

 

  1. The Interim Report shows multiple grave problems with the accuracy and vulnerability to hacking and evidence destruction of the Dominion Voting Systems (β€œDominion”) machines used in Antrim County, Michigan. The report is relevant to each of the Related Cases because each of the states in question uses Dominion equipment. The Interim Report vindicates the lengthy opinion and order of Judge Amy Totenberg in Curling v. Raffensperger, 2020 WL 5994029 (N.D. Ga. 10/11/20), which found β€œextreme” and unacceptable security risks in the Dominion system. Compelling evidence and expert analyses show convincingly that the results of the Dominion system cannot be trusted and should not have been certified.

 

  1. The findings in the Interim Report are consistent with the expert testimony provided by Mr. Ramsland regarding Dominion’s vote manipulation in the Petitioners’ November 25, 2020 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (the β€œDistrict Court”) (R 450; 2438), and with his testimony in the Related Cases. Mr. Ramsland concluded in the Georgia case that, for the State of Georgia, β€œat least 96,000 mail-in ballots were fraudulently cast,” and β€œ136,098 ballots were illegally counted as result of improper manipulation of the Dominion software,” id., each of which is several times larger than former VicePresident [sic] Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia (10,457 votes). Similar anomalies exist in the Related Cases. ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP)- The U.S. gambling industry won big at the polls Tuesday, with three states authorizing legal sports betting and three others either approving or expanding casino gambling.

Maryland, South Dakota and Louisiana approved sports betting. That sets up a situation in which by the end of next year more than half the country could have legal sports betting, less than three years after a U.S. Supreme Court ruling cleared the way for all 50 states to adopt it if they chose.

Virginia approved casino gambling in four locations, Nebraska authorized adding casino games at its horse racing tracks, and Colorado expanded the number and type of casino games it can offer, along with eliminating some wagering limits.

β€œIt appears that Americans are becoming increasingly comfortable with legalized gambling,” said David Schwartz, a gambling historian with the University of Nevada Las Vegas. β€œThe addition of casinos in Virginia and racetrack casinos in Nebraska indicates that casino-style gambling is on the upswing as well. We have reached a point where voters seem satisfied that legalizing gambling will offer positive returns for their state.”

The American Gaming Association, the casino industry’s main trade group, hailed the expansion votes.

By the end of 2021, at least 25 states and the District of Columbia could have legal sports betting in place.

Voters in four Virginia cities - Bristol, Danville, Portsmouth and Norfolk - approved ballot measures authorizing casinos.

Caesars Entertainment released a statement thanking voters for approving the Danville proposal.

β€œWe look forward to fulfilling the trust the voters have placed in us by bringing 1,300 good-paying jobs, tourism dollars and economic development to the city, and we are incredibly excited to begin construction,” CEO Tom Reeg said.

In South Dakota, the ballot question allows the Deadwood casinos to add in-person sports betting. For now, mobile sports betting, the largest and fastest-growing part of the industry, would not be permitted.

Nebraska allowed casino games at racetracks in Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island, Columbus and South Sioux City.

In Colorado, casinos in Central City, Black Hawk and Cripple Creek can do away with limits that restricted maximum bets to $100. They also will be able to offer new games including baccarat, keno, and a spinning wheel.

He was a super-vain fashion tycoon famous for his flamboyant outfits, so the extent of Peter Nygard's downfall was painfully clear as he shuffled into a Canadian courtroom in shackles on Tuesday. He was dressed in a grey sweatshirt and prison-issue tracksuit trousers, his trademark flowing mane of grey hair scraped back into an untidy bun. The Finnish-born retail mogul's emotions were difficult to gauge behind his white face mask as a prosecutor in Winnipeg detailed why he should be extradited to the U.S. to face charges that he sexually assaulted dozens of teenage girls and women for decades at his sprawling Bahamas and Los Angeles homes. As 79-year-old Nygard, who has previously denied allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering against him, languished behind bars yesterday, he cannot be the only one deeply regretting his arrest. For of course, he is not the only multi-millionaire in recent years to be charged with turning his hedonistic Caribbean getaway into a den of paedophile iniquity. Jeffrey Epstein, whose home off St Thomas was dubbed 'Orgy Island', committed suicide before he could be tried in New York by the same prosecutors now pursuing Nygard. And they had something else in common: they have both met Prince Andrew. The Duke of York visited the Canadian businessman at his Bahamas home in 2000, shortly after Nygard settled out of court with three employees who had accused him of sexual harassment. Amid new revelations published in the Mail this week that undermine the Prince's account of his relationship with Epstein and with Virginia Roberts, the woman who says she was lent out for sex with him when she was 17, this twist in the Nygard scandal is the last thing the embattled Andrew needs. There is no mention of the Prince in the U.S. case against Nygard β€” sources close to Andrew insist they are neither 'friends' nor 'associates' and it remains unclear how they came to know each other. But parallels with Epstein, a friend with whom the Prince chose to stay even after he had served a prison sentence for soliciting a minor, will doubtless be drawn by some.

 

According to New York prosecutors, since 1995 Nygard has used the power, influence and even the staff of his fashion and retail empire to 'recruit and maintain adult and minor-aged female victims for [his] sexual gratification and the sexual gratification of his friends and business associates'. His targets frequently came from 'disadvantaged economic backgrounds and/or had a history of abuse' and through threats, financial support, drugging and false promises of modelling opportunities and other career advancement, were coerced into having sex with him and his cronies, the prosecutors say. Nygard, who is said to be worth $900 million (Β£668 million), allegedly pretended some were his 'girlfriends' or 'assistants', requiring them to travel and stay with him regularly, to 'engage in sexual activity at his direction' and to recruit new victims for him. According to an affidavit filed by the Canadian authorities, his victims were as young as 14 and ran into the hundreds. The similarities with Epstein's alleged web of abuse β€” vulnerable girls groomed, then trafficked around the globe on a private jet and lent out to his famous and influential friends β€” are so stark that the allegations could have come from his charge sheet. In fact, the same prosecutors charging Nygard still want to question Prince Andrew about his friendship with Epstein. Many of the sexual abuse allegations against the Finnish-Canadian businessman relate to events said to have taken place at Nygard Cay, the bizarre 4.5-acre home he built in the Bahamas in 1987. Prince Andrew was about 40 when he visited the pleasure palace in early 2000. Although he had then been divorced from Sarah Ferguson for four years, she and their two daughters accompanied him. As with Epstein, the Prince was either ignorant of or untroubled by Nyland's notoriety following the sexual harassment claims by his three employees.

Foreign interference would justify invoking the military, but I can't see it happening that way. I always thought the only way POTUS would invoke the military, regardless of justification, was after the great awakening. If I'm right, that means the first arrest has to happen first.

Now you might think this is crazy and many will jump down my throat, but they have no proof either.

 

But if you read Revelations 11.3 and read what the powers of the two witnesses are about rain, take into consideration watch the water, think about the 3 gorge dam, 5.1 earthquake directly underneath it a week or so ago. You might think if that Dam goes so does China's army on a save and spread campaign.

 

Most people do not believe outside of their own experiences. But consider the time this happened in DC. Rioters were going to storm the WH, then a storm hit that night dispersing the crowd. The next day a photo op with POTUS holding up a Bible.

 

His back is against the wall. Do you think if internal enemies battled domestically that China would support them? Maybe this is why it is going to be Biblical. Maybe the two witnesses have to stop China first as a marker. Just throwing it out there. I do know these things for a specific reason.
