Hypothetical:
Let’s say you buy a Remington rifle at some point in life. Paint it black and make it more evil than it already is. Then post it up on an online auction website as ‘evil black Remington rifle’ , people run it up way more than its worth in 4-5 days- then you receive a msg from eBay saying ‘Remington filed a copyright violation against your account and item was removed’ bc I listed it as evil black Remington rifle, which it was a Remington Before and after I painted it black.. and when you list something on eBay, it’s what they specifically tell you to do in the description. More details the better.
That all being said: the Remington was an elf on the shelf. Made it evil to freak my kids out for touching (the other elf). Wife anon flipped out. Threw it in the trash. I took it out of the trash, & put on it eBay for .99 cents. Bidup over 120$ in a few days, then CCA&B (elf on the shelf) filed a copyright complaint to eBay.
My guess some elf on the shelf nigger in atlanta got triggered cause it was ‘black’
But what gives ?
