SCOTUS refused to hear the Texas hearing because they can't hear the same case twice regarding election fraud. The electoral college votes will be announced Jan 6th in the House , with a House if Representative objecting to the votes and requesting a Senator to object with him. This will shut down the legislative process down. Then a hearing will be before the SCOTUS to decide who won. This is how I understand the process to be.
