Could be a warning. Could also be a date marker. 11/22 is actually Jan 5, 2021 (coincidentally the day before Jan 6th when the Electoral College votes are determined…which is also Epiphany)

Except for one little detail - if a decode worked off the China calendar, wouldn't that necessarily mean it's also on China time? If so, they're one day ahead. That would make it the 24th…which would make 2 days ahead Dec. 22.
Not sure how Jan 5-6, the day before and the day of the Electoral College/Epiphany, would factor into any of this. That would be either 14-15 days after Dec. 22, or 13-14 days after Dec. 23…
