CALL FOR DIGGZ (and perhaps some Yelp! Reviews) ON FLORIDA PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT POTUS LIVING AT MAR-A-LAGO
Seems that some Florida residents don't want President Trump to live among them. That doesn't sound very constitutional to me, anons. Although these neighbors are not state actors who would be liable for deprivations of substantive rights under the federal statute(s) (which are 18 U.S.C. 242 and 18 U.S.C. 241) they or the City may, nevertheless, be violating President Trump's substantive rights under the Florida constitution (given that state constitutions frequently offer MORE protections than the federal one, and therefore frequently do not require someone to be a "state actor" in order to be liable for violation of a person's substantive rights).
Two things jump out at me:
-
the veterinarian is a former New York asshole who's had beefs with President Trump in the past; and
-
the DeMoss family "runs an international missionary foundation," according to the article.
. . . can you spell child trafficking?
So we should dig into these assholes, in my opinion, and perhaps those of us who have had any business dealings with them (I have not) should write an online review. . . .
One of the complainants is theDeMoss Family, who run a “missionary.”

Another one of the complainants, is a nice Jewish man, a former NEW YORK veterinarian named Glenn Zeitz (on twatter at Glenn Zeitz (@gmz1978) / Twitter) whose Florida business might need some reviews on Yelp.

‘’’Next-door neighbors of Mar-a-Lago, President Trump’s private club in Palm Beach, Fla., that he has called his Winter White House, have a message for the outgoing commander in chief: We don’t want you to be our neighbor.’’’
That message was formally conveyed Tuesday morning in a demand letter delivered to the town of Palm Beach and also addressed to the U.S. Secret Service asserting that Trump lost his legal right to live at Mar-a-Lago because of an agreement he signed in the early 1990s when he converted the storied estate from his private residence to a private club. The legal maneuver could, at long last, force Palm Beach to publicly address whether Trump can make Mar-a-Lago his legal residence and home, as he has been expected to do when he becomes an ex-president after the swearing-in of Joe Biden on Jan. 20.
