She was aggravated by Youtube's shady dealings on her Youtube views and felt she was being cheated money, no matter how she protested.

Went ballistic at YT HQ and shot up the place, then committed suicide.

The act itself was probably something we'd not want to ever do, but her determination to show her displeasure to dictatorial powers is what is admired.
