The truth is, is that none of these people know how to fight no matter how exalted or trained you think you are. If they did know, they wouldn't fight because they would know just how vulnerable they are. No one studies defense, it is a lost art. Do you ever see anyone in MMA blocking? When they are in an arm bar from the ground do they ever get out of it once the arm is extended. Real defense works for women, children, and even seniors.
