In the military they say doing operations during a storm is opportunistic, the rain gives your location cover and muffles any noise you make.

We don't know what the trump team, or Q, is doing right now, everything about them is clouded right now, just know the storm is just as vicious to the enemy and they have no clue what's going on either.
