Agree with you on the idea portion, my thoughts as well, still strangely stated. This appears to have been a BHO Administration works. God only knows who really is responsible for some of the content. Why would they adapt from a country in the condition that Africa was in at the time. Where they planning a intercept after the death of Qaddafi?
