The Pedo stuff is the central control mechanism. If you are involved, and I am involved, we're not going to out each other because we'd be dead or worse, right? So, to keep the sham going, we agree to keep it secret, and do our dirty deals behind closed doors, and before/during/after our lascivious parties. But it really doesn't stop there, either.
There are those that take it to a whole other level, and are involved in other forms of rituals and ceremonies that take some of these victims into chambers and do the sort of shit they used to do in practicing worship to the princes of Hell. The temple is where the worship happened. Some people, probably those not into actually worshiping Satan (or the four princes of Hell), were contempt with the underage sex parties. That's how you trap 99% of those willing to "join the club"; sex parties. You'd be amazed at how many people would fall for that one so easily. LIkely, Satan, Leviathan, Lucifer, and Belial were worshiped in different ways from sex, to torture, to cannibalism.
The pedo stuff is central to it all. Pure evil. It's central to the control these evil people exert over other people in key positions. CEOs, Banks, Politicians, militaries, etc. It all ties to this, in the end. They are stupid. All of them.
