Regarding Alaska/Dominion/election results-

Alaskanon opinion is that our cheat was being delayed to be used only if needed. It was at least 2 weeks before we certified.

They definitely used the cheat down ballot though, and on propositions.

One of those propositions gave us ranked voting.
